This was the WORST customer service experience I’ve EVER had. From the moment I sat down, I politely let the waitress know I was ready to order. She snapped, “I’m not ignoring you,” and then proceeded to ignore me anyway. She spent most of her time sitting down, chatting with another customer right next to my table—not working, not checking in, not even noticing when I was clearly trying to get her attention.
She’d eventually come over like nothing happened, then go right back to socializing. It felt deliberate, rude, and completely unprofessional. And let’s not even talk about the entrance—there’s a sign that says “Please wait to be seated,” but the moment you walk in, she tells you to “sit anywhere there’s a menu.” So… no greeting, no direction, no welcome. Just sit down and figure it out yourself, I guess.
I will NEVER step foot in this restaurant again. Ever. I don’t care how the food tastes—if there’s no basic respect, I’m not staying.
Let this be a PSA: From the second you walk in, prepare to be met with the opposite of hospitality.
Inhospitality. Disrespect. A total lack of care.
Go at your own risk. Especially if you’re not one of her regulars—because everyone else might as well be invisible.
