Gritty City Winery

We got the 2nd ever tour which was a lot of fun. They gave us the overview of their work and let us try an array of wine. Then they gave us some cheese and crackers. It was interesting seeing what is essentially a home brew operation. We hope to see them grow the way they want to! They need to partner with the Flyers and get Gritty out to take some pics. We love Gritty.

It is super cool to see this new urban winery here in olde Kensington. Stopped by during their grand opening and met the two brothers who opened this winery. Mike and Tim are very passionate about their winemaking and it became known to me in just minutes talking to them. When I got home and tried the wine they were generously sampling, I was simply in love with Malbec from Chile. Floral and fruity notes with a smooth finish. Highly recommend visiting the Gritty City Winery to pick up a bottle or a case. The place is truly a gem.

Great wine without the fuss! Really down to earth guys and you can tell they're excited to share their wine with you. Small but cool space, almost like an old long wine cellar!

Great ambiance, delicious wine! One of the first urban wineries in the area. Run by two local brothers who take care and great pride in providing the best product, service, and experience!
