Google
Great shopping experience, they have a great selection and many bargains. The store is clean and comfortable to shop at.

Google
I wish I could give this place 10 stars. $20 here takes you a long way. If you see an item don’t hesitate to buy since it may not be there the next time you visit. I’ve been to all the Grocery Outlet’s in the area and this Altadena locations takes the cake. It’s always clean and if there weren’t already deals, most of the time, they have a table with clearance items. My only recommendation is to double check expiration dates. You would think a place with such great deals would have a line out the door. I have never waited longer than 1 minute to check out. Speedy and efficient customer service. I can’t emphasize how much I love this place.

Google
Our store in Altadena, reasonable prices, the only downfall is not everything is priced on shelf and asking seems like an inconvenience to workers. The produce section needs help, a lot of gnats and they are still trying to sell the overripe produce, a hard pass.

Grant Minagawa

Google
So glad that they survived the Eaton fire, even though so many neighbors did not. Their selection varies (like with all locations), but what they do have is a great value.

Sarah

Google
Love the vegan selection here ! Our 1 single 33¢ soda can had a 0.75 CRV charge attached to it though, so keep an eye on that.

Greetings Tour

Google
Thank you to Sandra & Jose who fought hard to get us to paint the Greetings from ALTADENA mural on the side of their store! We are happy to make it all happen finally. Also, we end up going to Grocery Outlet weekly as it’s the best prices! This is not a plug but we are so happy we discovered it. We hope that this piece will become a future landmark for ALTADENA for generations to come! Thank you again!!! PS - You can see Grocery Outlet actually inside the mural on the “A” view up Lake Ave.

Yelp
The Altadena location is open! Help support Altadena businesses affected by the recent fires! This grocery outlet is well stocked, plenty of parking and friendly service. Some cool finds here like a scavenger hunt!

Yelp
Came here to support them reopening after the fires. I've been to the Burbank, Arcadia and South Pasadena locations and this location is my favorite. They carry all the brands I love. Ended up buying a lot more than I planned to

Kgirl K.

Yelp
Great store stocked with all new groceries! Support this recently reopened store! Store is almost completely stocked!

Maricela V.

Yelp
I visit from NorCal regularly and was relieved to see this Grocery Outlet is back on Lake Ave. I'm happy to be able to once again support this local Altadena business!

Yelp
I was always an Aldi shopper but due to the fires I have been coming to Grocery Outlet. Not anymore. Last night I went to purchase produce and there was so many little flies. I didn't mind this too much and continued on. The reason why I am not shopping here anymore is due to this rude cashier. She had no patience with my mother. She got visibly frustrated and raised her voice a bit. She noticed and didn't do it again, thankfully she had that moment of reflection which I appreciated. My mother is still learning how to use her cards, a bit of patience and empathy would have been appreciated. There was only a young man behind us and he was more caring than the cashier! Must have been because she stated that her break was coming up before our transaction started. I don't know... I might pop my head back in if I need something of emergency but if I see that cashier, I am walking out.

Joanne C.

Yelp
I really wanted to support this store - just up the street from me - after the fires. I have lived just a few blocks away for 10 years and never shopped there, but felt it was important to support local businesses at this time. I went 2 days ago and was helped by a wonderful checker who recommended I download the app, and would get a $5 coupon for my next purchase. I returned today, purchased several items, and entered my phone number. I asked about the discount, and was told by the checker "there is no $5 discount today." I tried to explain it was on the app and even showed her, and she continued to argue with me, not offering, until several of these "no"s to get a manager. By that time I just felt sad, and thought, you can keep my $5 because I don't think I will be back. So much for trying to be a good neighbor and support my local store.

Yelp
Walked in today to shop. there were 4 people in 1 line, all had full carts. This was a guaranteed 15-20 minute wait just to get some libations for the football games this weekend. set my stuff on an empty shelf and proceeded to Rite-Aid across the street. All good for everyone but the store I intended to spend my money at. Whoever is managing this place. . . .why didn't you open up a 2nd register for a few minutes to take strain off the line instead of letting it build up?
google avatar

London D.

Yelp
My issue with the store is the lack of variety. Just tried to get water there and they had only two brands, both which I avoid as they taste like tap. They have some good things but it's hit or miss. I have a big bone to pick with a checker. I had just purchased very very expensive cat food across the street and as I was cycling could bring it home so I walked in with it. When I am in line and being rung up (African American young, medium build) she has the audacity to ask me if my cloth bag with my purchases in it is from that store. I said "this is very expensive cat food!" Literally cost me 120.00 for two bags. The. This uncultured uneducated rude ass asks again "But did you get it here". Listen if you CANT TELL what a homeless person looks like you should start figuring it out. There's no reason to INSULT people and accuse them of trying to get a way with something. She needs to be re-trained with sensitivity training so she doesn't ACCUSE people and talk to them that way in an u kind manner simply because they walk in with a bag. Perhaps she's projecting. I have noticed several mentally I'll homeless walking in but I'm not wearing a blanket over my body. It's thoroughly nasty and insulting to say that to a hard working and honest person like me and frankly I really resent it

Yelp
Every thing about this store is a good thing. I started following the posts from the owner on Facebook in March 2020. This was one of the first stores to offer senior shopping times. The owner had daily updates as to what supplies were available and what she was doing to promote COVID safety for her patrons and employees. In April 2020, when many products were in short supply, I went in looking for peanut butter. An employee took me right to the shelf and handed me the peanut butter. Something I haven't seen mentioned about this store is that they have dedicated parking spots for veterans and for families. I think that's a fantastic thing to do. Well done, Grocery Outlet!!

Yelp
Here is my 4th review with just One (1) star in it, after dozens of 5 start reviews. Yes, the interaction was that awful. I am either extremely lucky or I don't know what, since 98% of the clerks and employees that I find at random stores are kind, cordial, nice, professional and polite at all times with me. I also had the chance to work in the food and industry before (restaurants) so I guess being on the other side of the equation has given me the empathy to relate to workers and be able to carry out a business transaction in the smoothest way possible. All of my other reviews can attest to this. I am easy to please and get along with and I won't be in your way nor stay longer than it is required. There is usually a 2% that are difficult to deal with, but I usually chalk it up to either them having had a long and bad day, or my order being unusually long and difficult to fulfill. In this case (part of that 2%) it was neither. Let me explain: I frequent this store since relocating to Pasadena in June of 2022 and every single employee has always been part of that 98%, kindness, courtesy, politeness. Short 1 to 2 minute interactions and I'm out of their way so that they can take care of the next customer. This time around, it was 1:30pm on a Saturday and the store was slow moving, this short lady was manning the cash registry, and because I only had a tray of chicken breasts, and needed some quarters for my laundry, I decided to get in her lane (again, super positive experience with every other clerk in the several months that I've been coming to this store, so why would it be any different now? Her name was Ofelia (I did not ask her, I just read the receipt later). After finishing with the lady in front of me (they laughed for a bit and overall, I can tell the interaction went well), I went ahead and greeted her with my "hey, how are you?" to which she didn't respond. I just assumed "oh, maybe she did not hear me, it's ok! :). After charging me for the one single item I had (that one tray of chicken breast) I asked her "is it ok if I please get some change back?" in the most courteous voice. She rolled her eyes at me and started acting inconvenienced, as if I had gone to her house, knocked on her door at 2am and asked her for a cup of sugar to put in my cake recipe. Ofelia continued being dismissive, rude, disdainful and extremely patronizing and at one point told me that it wouldn't be possible, because her quarters are counted and she needs to keep some in her cash register. I told her "oh, it's ok, is it fine if I go pay at a different line?," to which she replied "no, just put your card here, and pay already." I just need 5 dollars in quarters, but the machine only gave me the minimum amount of 10 for change back, I courteously and politely asked her if she could please input the 5 dollars. She turns the machine towards her and very rudely tells me to just do 10. I did. So as to not leave Ofelia "quarterless" (since she had mentioned that at the beginning of our interaction as to one of the reasons why she could not give me change back), I told her that (to help her out) it's ok if she only gives me 5 dollars in quarters and the rest in cash. She opens the cash register and she has a whole roll of quarters with a "10 dollar" strip running through it and covering it. She asked me how much I needed, I said "5 is ok, but if possible 10?" She gave me the roll and in the most patronizing way told me to leave. I kept my cool the whole time mostly because I really needed to do laundry hahaha :). I try not to be a pushover and not let people walk over me, especially because, she already was in a foul mood, so what would I have gained by losing my cool? Absolutely nothing. If I would have stared complaining to the manager about Ofelia, maybe nothing would get done either (although, I must emphasize, EVERY other employee in this store, outside of Ofelia is super kind, polite, professional and courteous). Her day is already ruined, so I would lose the "battle" if I give into feelings of indignation and offense and start complaining to the manager about Ofelia, and in the process ruin my day too. Other than that, though. Great location and fantastic prices. Just avoid Ofelia at all costs and come get your savings and nice products here! :D.

Marc B.

Yelp
BEWARE! Many items you see here are more costly and much more expensive than if you were to purchase at a regular grocery outlets! This includes wine, beer, fresh meats, and especially produce! Bananas are $0.89 per pound which is 20 cents more than at Stater brothers and Ralph's!
google avatar

Richard O.

Yelp
Eggs and milk are the same prices as Ralphs, so I don't know why this place has a higher score than Aldi's which is right next door. Aldi's prices are generally better than Grocery Outlet.

Jane D.

Yelp
I have been shopping here (off and on) since they first opened. The first owners were very nice and caring/concerned, however they moved away and sold their operations a few years ago. The atmosphere (with the current ownership) seems quite tense/unhappy. The checkers, for the most part, are quite unfriendly and seem to be unhappy. A recent racist incident occurred and the management doesn't seem to care (as the offending cashier was not suspended or anything and I saw working the floor the day after her offensive behavior). On a recent trip, after the cashier rang up all my purchases, without a word, she threw 2 paper bags on the belt and/yet did not bag my purchases. I waited for her to do so and she just looked at me defiantly. This has always and still is a store where you do Not bag your own groceries but the clerk/cashier does. I asked the clerk, Elizabeth, "Is this a bag your own' store and she said 'yes'. I said, 'since when?'. She said, It always has been. I said, "that's a lie, because I've been a customer here since it first opened". I then took my groceries out to my car and then came back in. What did I see this same checker/cashier doing when I walked back in just 1 minute later? She was bagging a caucasian man's groceries happily and with a smile (and she saw me watching her). I then went to look for a manager. Suddenly, she was no longer on the register and had closed it down and disappeared. I told mgmt. about this and they 'appeared' appalled yet the cashier was still put on the schedule for the next day (because I went in the next day to see). The managers said that they'd relay my concerns to the owners and the owners would/should get back to me. Obviously, this is OK with the owners because, you guessed it, they have NOT responded at all. Anyway, I'll take my business elsewhere in the future, where ALL customers are treated with respect.

Yelp
Love this place for snacks and drinks! They have the best "bargains". I was so impressed by the manger, Rachel, today. I had a discrepancy on my receipt from my visit earlier that I came back to the store to resolve, and, although she was leaving for the day, she stayed to help me out! Much appreciated.

Felicia G.

Yelp
Grocery Outlet is a great place to find home essentials at a fraction of the cost ! I go for one thing and I come out with a whole bunch of things I never knew I needed or wanted ! There are random products, mostly name brand. For example, you may go in for Honeynut Cheerios and they have mixed berry or some flavor you've never heard of. You could also go in for ketchup and they have Heinz but it's the family size but at the small size price. Unique deals can save you money here. They have the basics and more. You need to experience Grocery Outlet fur yourself !

Yelp
GREAT LOCAL MARKET WITH AMAZING SERVICE ==================================== TIPS: ==== 1) Follow their Facebook Page to find out what important items they have in stock. 2) Don't hesitate to send the sweet owners an e-mail if you are looking for something in particular. 3) Don't forget your mask, give shoppers and staff space and don't bring your own bags. I am really happy to have found this market during the Covid-19 pandemic. They are good people.
google avatar

Solovino D.

Yelp
Nice-ish staff and good prices, but it's not the kind of place you go with your grocery list. You buy what they have, and then you go somewhere else to get the rest of the things you need. A couple of the cashiers are surly, but the manager does a lot to support the community.

Dan B.

Yelp
cashier 'ofelia' refused to bag my groceries because I had reusable bags. First I had asked her if I could leave my purchases in the bag, she said no. I don't know why this is an issue. Cashiers at trader joe's can do it why can't you? Then she said she would only bag my groceries if I bought one of their bags. I reminded her that the covid restrictions ended months ago. Again she refused and stated she was only following orders from her supervisor. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the cashiers at this store. Typically they are rude, and in this situation violating county and state measures. Single use plastic bags were banned to encourage use of reusable bags. Do not discriminate against reusable bags!

Kevin O.

Yelp
Just go to find out for yourself the savings and bargains that Grocery Outlet provides. From meat to seasonings to vegetables to everyday household items to even wine - Grocery Outlet is the place to save money on these items - just GO!
google avatar

Mike O.

Yelp
This is the second Grocery Outlet I've been to and I think this location over the other was much cleaner. We were in the area, but I would prefer it if they would open a location close to us. The reason why I wanted to come in is that I have their circular sent to me and they have pretty good wine sales. Although not familiar with the label I looked up the reviews on an independent site and thought...hmmm sounded good so I came in because of the low cost. They have an okay selection of wine, but this was out on the shelf. I talked to an employee who went to the back and after 5 minutes came back and filled the shelf. Nice customer service and we picked up a couple of other deals. Nice place, clean and good deals plus a friendly staff...I would recommend. As a bonus, there is an Aldi right across the parking lot.
google avatar

Geri A.

Yelp
I use to love this store. The previous owners were so awesome and very attentive to the whole community. Ever since the new owners have taken over it seems that this place is going downhill. So many times I have asked employees when they might get a product in and of course, instead of trying to find out, they look at you and say I DON'T KNOW ??? Great customer service NOT... Another thing is that A LOT of items are not priced. If it's not prices I will not attempt to buy. Something needs to improve here. I'm sure they have lost customers and will loose more

Diane W.

Yelp
The people who work there are especially warm and friendly. They act as if the really enjoy the work and interfacing with customers.

Virgil S.

Yelp
The wine aisle is a lot more interesting these days. The selection has vastly improved. Nice work Jose and Sandra. Love the Rock Wall wines among others.
google avatar

L T.

Yelp
I think it is time to give up on this store. Being overcharged every single time, and then having to wait to have the issue corrected because the cashiers cannot do simple math. Today the cashier didn't give me my change and I literally had to stand to one side and wait thru another transaction. It's time for this store to be reported to the State of California and pay the hefty fines for this behavior. It was great before these new managers. Now it's a Crap Shack. Avoid. Seriously.
google avatar

Davi Y.

Yelp
I am a recent Altadena resident and a long time devoted Trader Joe's shopper. Now that TJs is inconveniently far, I tried out Grocery Outlet. Immediately I took a liking to it. They have a broad selection of products I need on a regular basis. One of the reasons that keeps me coming is the discovery of amazing deals. Like, Illy coffee for $1/can. Or quality whole chocolate milk for $0.50/pint. It was ridiculously priced and my children LOVED it. Oh, and I didn't mention the Steve's Ice Cream or the $0.99 bags of ice. Meeting the owners Mario and Michelle gives Grocery Outlet a distinct community feel. They know me and my family and we chat whenever we see each other. It makes shopping here enjoyable. Check them out!
google avatar

Freddy D.

Yelp
I found them up on Lake in Pasadena, honestly can't remember how, I was on the prowl for a particular thing and they appeared in a search. It's a nice operation. Very clean and friendly staff. I've only been there during Covid times but it looked like they were looking out for the well being of their employees as well as their customers. Nice place

Nuna B.

Yelp
If it was possible to mark zero I would . As an RCFE we used to shop there all the time hundreds of dollars each week . , previous owners were always nice, eager to please and doing everything in their power to attract clients . The new owners and staff are rude unfriendly and don't care about their customers. We will not tolerate them and will never ship there again .
google avatar

Sam R.

Yelp
We discovered this spot a year ago & will never look back! Strong quality & selection of all the brands you know/love. Great, big parking lot & the staff takes Covid very seriously!! We are fans.
google avatar

KiKi C.

Yelp
Big fat nope, never again. They were selling greenish burger patties for a markdown!! I get it, people love deals but come on.....green hamburger patties crosses the line. Produce is eh, questionable on how long it's been sitting. Short use by dates on the food, that is if it isn't already expired. Bought 6 Secret Squirrel coffee drinks and all 6 were expired with floaty something's in the drink. ...when I tried to return them, the employee asked me "didn't you look at the dates before you bought them?" Dude, do I need to? Isn't that your guys job not to sell expired stuff? Some of their shelf stable items are a good deal but I'd rather just go elsewhere and buy all my stuff at once. Employees avoid human interaction except the cashier who decided to sing at the register. The one star was for her, she's pretty cool.
google avatar

Terry P.

Yelp
Great place for your grocery needs plus little extras! You really need to just walk through each isle in order not to miss anything!!!

Penelope S.

Yelp
I've been shopping at this grocery outlet for years now. Ever since it opened. The previous owners were so friendly and the prices were unbeatable. It's definitely convenient place to shop for local Altadeneans however the new owners are destroying the reputation the old owners left behind. Im genuinely concerned because there is so much expired food for sale and ive found rotten food on the shelves. I've talked to multiple employees yet no one is taking it seriously. This is a public health concern , so BUYERS BEWARE , if you shop here double check the expiration dates.

The Pizza King D.

Yelp
I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. What a great grocery store! I do business with grocery chains; and so, I have seen my fair share. Everything from the Albertson's brands (lots of them owned by Albertsons), Krogers.....Aldi/Trader Joe's, HEB, Publix...you name it. This store, and this operation generally is AWESOME. Never seen cleaner. The product mix is just about perfect. Is it Whole Foods? No. Is it exactly (for the most part) what I am looking for? Yes. Are the prices amazing? Yes. The produce dept. is very very very well organized and well stocked. They even have Beyond Meat products! For me, this is the perfect grocery store; and, it's just up the road from my main home. Great job Grocery Outlet!

Yelp
Amazing shopping experience at this Grocery Outlet store!!! I have been shopping at Grocery Outlet stores for the past few years and happened to stop in this Grocery Outlet on Lake Street in Altadena. All I can say is WOW what costumer service! The day I came in I purchased an amazing wine that is usually 44$ a bottle and only 5.99 a bottle here.I was so exited about the savings I purchased all 35 bottles on the shelf as well as a cart full of gourmet and organic meats ,cheeses and goodies for a weekend with friends and family. The store was full of helpful associates and even had the wine boxed up and waiting for me at the register. Upon checking out the cashier told me my savings was $1,562 yes that's right!!!! Over $1500 in savings. For those of you who have a hard time believing this I've attached my receipt. The Cashier was Genuinely excited about my savings and announced it over the stores loudspeaker. After feeling like I just won the lottery and people congratulating me on my way out, The stores owner Michelle Guajardo Came out to the parking lot to hand me her card and introduce herself. "What a nice lady" She proceeded to tell me that she and her husband Mario are the owners and do a lot of charity work for the local community. After having a 10 minute conversation with Michele and being so impressed with the stores cleanliness and organization I quickly decided this will be My grocery Outlet of choice. I travel all the way from Santa Monica to Altadena Just to shop at this store and can say it's absolutely worth the drive .

Melissa B.

Yelp
In general I like this location, but today I tried to come in and they are filming something, and instead of closing for business or filming after hours they have decided to stay open which seems more to do with them wanting to maximize their profits and not lose money rather than being convenient for shoppers. As I was trying to look in the dairy aisle I was asked along with other shoppers to step into a different area momentarily so they could shoot, and then they said we could come back but then it was just for a few moments before they would shoot again, and they told me they'd stop so I could 'grab what I needed', but I didn't know what I wanted to grab, I was trying to look in the aisle. As I put my basket down and left without buying anything an employee said she'd help me 'get what I needed' again, that's not helpful since this is the type of store with a rotating inventory of new items and deals I was here to SHOP not just grab a couple things on my list. I know this is LA and in general I have no problem with filming going on, but in the store while acting like you are open for business but then shifting the shoppers into side aisles as needed? No thanks, I went next door to Aldi.

Yelp
I thought today they would let seniors in at 7:00am. Instead they let the Seniors freeze out in the cold from 7:00 to 8:15. I couldn't wait any longer as it was too cold and my feet were starting to hurt me. It would not surprise me if the Seniors outside got sick from the cold. Very Surprised GOBM did not even have the decency to allow the Seniors inside the market while they were counting their money. I'll write a much better review on GOBM if they can make up for this morning by Allowing Seniors during these dark times to have a free box of food with 1 roll of TP in it.

Robin W.

Yelp
It's a good stop if you want to grab some eggs or milk. The tall stock guy is a space invader and petty.
google avatar

Bailey R.

Yelp
This is my first time here, and I am OBSESSED! My friends have told me about this place forever, but I haven't had a chance to go yet. All my vegan, healthy options for HALF the price of other stores!!! Now if they had vegan cheese it would be way better ;) BUT you can't beat it. I normally have to spend a strict budget of $50 per week, and I got everything I needed for $48!!! At other stores I'm usually pushing it with $50 and have to sacrifice some of the things I need. But not here! Definitely coming back!

Intelligent O.

Yelp
i have spent a LOT of money in this particular location and today was very rudely told by cashier (new one, to me -- they seem to have lots of employee turnover ... hmmm ... i wonder why? lol) and manager that they don't give 'free' bags because they have to pay for them. so it was worth it to both of those people to deny a customer a $0.15 plastic bag rather than retaining a regular. this after I'd already paid and simply realized that i didn't have my bags in the car that i was driving. it really wasn't so much the denial of the bag (while petty, and frankly a very unintelligent business practice), but it was more about the derisive, condescending tone. NEVER returning and will share my experience today with coworkers, friends and family.
google avatar

Christine B.

Yelp
I believe the good reviews on this page about Grocery outlet are frauds ... The place is empty the parking lot is empty ...I was in the store and couldn't recognize any of the brands Altadena Needs A Trader Joe's Altadena deserves it !!!
google avatar

Barbara G.

Yelp
Good evening! I usually wouldn't leave a bad review for any business but I was just shopping at your store and their was a young man with a breathing condition who couldn't wear the mask because he said it limits his breathing. I don't really know all the facts but they were yelling and cursing at him and the manager came over and smacked a bag of chip out of his hands and said he was going to kick his a** and to never come back to the store again. I feel like there should be a better way of handling customers with medical conditions who can't wear the mask or people who don't wear the mask in general. I just feel that whole thing was very unprofessional and hostile and it rubbed me the wrong way. Thank God children were present for that type of scene.
google avatar

Velvet O.

Yelp
Sometimes i rate things at a five when they are actually a 4.5, 4.75 or some other less-than-complete figure but these guys merit what they get. Their pricing is good, and the staff is non invasive; prices are clearly marked and the place is clean overall. I went in the afternoon on a weekday, so perhaps it is more crowded at other times but it was quite empty when i went. The pricing does not change from store to store, which can be (is) really annoying, like at CVS.
google avatar

Alex H.

Yelp
Grocery outlet is unlike any other grocery store you've been. They always sell certain unique products you might have never seen. That being said, you'll find some ridiculous low amazing prices. A 48oz ripple milk that I've bought everywhere else for 5.99 only 1.99! A 6 pack of San Pellegrino soda blood orange for only $2! If i had to say anything negative, maybe only that fruits and vegetables selection are limited and double check expiration on products just as you would with any grocery store. That being said, store is still amazingly cheap and worth a look !
google avatar

Mark C.

Yelp
I've never written a negative review but one of the tellers at the Altadena branch is not a nice person. I feel as if I'm putting her out when I got the wrong item. No people skills. I most likely won't shop there again. And if anyone ask me about them, I will not recommend them. Sorry!

Yelp
In light of the spread of the novel corona virus, this store has responded to its community needs by offering the first hour for shopping to people 60 years and older. This is a time when the store is freshly cleaned and stocked reducing the health risks to its elderly customers. They have also offered to work with elderly customers who cannot get to the store by finding a way to get groceries to them. I hope more stores follow this example!

Yelp
Nearly two years later and I still frequent Altadena's Grocery Outlet. The selection is great and the prices are still unbeatable. During this pandemic Grocery Outlet has truly gone above and beyond to ensure the community has access to everything they need and more. I'm defintley impressed.

Yelp
I love the Grocery Outlet and the Altadena location is my favorite. Prices are very good (I just bought a bag of lemons at Vons on California St for 5.99 and they are 2.99 at Grocery Outlet) and I have grown fond of the ice cream selections. They have lowfat Mousse and Sorbet which is just what I need right now to keep that Quarantine weight gain under control! I like the staff also because they are very friendly and helpful. They have items that other stores don't carry and their Avocados and produce is reasonably priced, too. From time to time they have great seafood deals (I bought those Red Argentinian Shrimp once and they were so good! I should have bought 2 bags because they were gone in the blink of an eye!) I just like the vibes of the place and the manager is cool also. So that's my story and I'm about to head there now to stock up on ingredients for my veggie soup! Yum!

Yelp
I have to say that I like that the store is down the street from my house and if I need to go pick up something quick I can come to the store rather go all the way to food 4 less or to stater bros. But what really irks me to core is that there's this particular cashier she's light skinned probably in her 50's maybe 60's and she has freckles on her face by all means she's the worst cashier there at the store if you go to her line she doesn't greet you with a hello when you say thank you she doesn't say you're welcome. I've dealt with this mean woman a lot but the last time was the final straw I was standing in line waiting for the cashier and she came passed me and said I can help you at this register I proceeded to follow her and she had the nerve to yell at me because I went to the wrong register I was so disgusted I didn't even bother to go to her line. My fiancé went today and he was waiting in line to be rung up because she was the only cashier and while my fiancé she was too busy talking to either another employee or a customer and she didn't come to register until she was done with her conversation. I don't know how she's able to keep her job. To the owners of this particular store you really need to school this woman on customer service or not have her as a cashier.
