Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai

This Hotel I will recommend 10000 times.|From the day we arrived to the day we checked out service was on point!!|We stayed for 8 nights and usually one would think why not stay at two properties just in case food gets boring. This was not the case here. Staff were so friendly ready to help and happy to see you at every given opportunity. |The room was clean 👌 amenities were niiiccceee daily surprises at turndown. We found no fault. |We celebrated our anniversary there and they constantly reminded us with pleasant different surprises. ||FAROUZ our personal room attended was amazing. Went above and beyond. Unpacked my toiletry bag and made my stay more than comfortable. God bless you and elevate you. ! ||The bar upstairs 🙌 amazing view. Drinks were lovely 😍 ||Thank you for making our anniversary special.

After reading numerous reviews, we already had high expectations upon checking into the Grosvenor House. All of those high expectations were quickly exceeded! And it was all due to the amazingly warm reception, friendliness, professionalism and overall customer service we received from the entire staff. Extra shout out to Ray and the entire concierge team for making our family truly feel extra special during our stay.||Regarding the property; the rooms, the lobby/reception area, the restaurants were all immaculate. Watching the staff refreshing all the flowers in the lobby was also impressive. ||GH is in a great location. It’s nice to walk (or scooter) around the Marina area. It’s also an easy drive to downtown or Palm Jumeirah. Also, having access to GH’s sister hotel, Le Royal Meridien, is a nice perk…with their beautiful private beach and pool area. (And having the shuttle to drive you back and forth between properties makes it very easy.)||Overall, an amazing experience and we look forward to coming back soon!

A superb hotel for families and couples alike. All staff are so attentive without being intrusive. Great choice at breakfast, a top class hotel right on the Marina. I'd highly recommend this hotel in my experience and I cannot fault it! Added benefit of having access to the Le Meridian Beach Resort and Spa hotel close by.

The welcome pack waiting in the room was such a thoughtful touch – it made me feel truly valued as a guest. The room itself was stunning, with a beautiful dual-aspect balcony offering breathtaking views over the marina. Waking up to that view each morning was a real highlight. Breakfast was absolutely superb – a wide variety of delicious options, all fresh and beautifully presented. But what really stood out was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. Their attention to detail and service made the whole experience unforgettable. A truly luxurious stay in every sense – I’ll definitely be returning.

We stayed at the Grosvenor for 10 nights at the end of May and into June and what a wonderful time we had. It was our second full stay there; previously we'd stayed across the road and only eaten in the restaurants.||From the moment we pulled up and were greeted like old friends by Athula to the moment we left, all the staff made our stay and holiday a very special time (mentions to Frank, Nileesh and Zahaib). You will not get better service anywhere.||We were given another superb room which set a tone for a trip, everything was perfect. The hotel is spotless, the food fantastic and the location on the marina is spot on for visiting other parts of Dubai.||All the staff really spoilt our 12 year old daughter who'd just had her birthday and we cannot thank them enough; she felt very special all the time we were there.||Its not a case of if we come back, its when...I cannot rate this hotel high enough. Already counting the days till next year!

The restaurants on-site offered fantastic food and top-tier service, and the staff were always welcoming, professional, and eager to assist.||Special mention must also go to the pool attendants and bar staff, who were attentive and friendly without ever being intrusive – always ready with a cold towel, a refreshing drink, or just a warm smile.||Grosvenor House truly lives up to the Luxury Collection promise, offering a refined and authentic experience in one of Dubai’s most vibrant locations. We had the most incredible stay at the Grosvenor House, it completely exceeded our expectations as the photos just do not do this hotel justice. They thought of everything possible in regard to service, the food was amazing at Sloane’s and also the dine around restaurants. The staff was so attentive and was happy to help with anything we required. Around the pool there was staff constantly bringing over ice cold water and free fruit, they really made us feel welcomed. We have stayed in a few hotels in Dubai and this hotel was up there with one of the best, we will definitely be returning soon.

Me and my wife went here for our honeymoon, when we were looking to book a hotel in Dubai was a very difficult choice due to the vast choice, we were not disappointed. The staff were fantastic so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and gave great recommendations. The room was immaculate, the food choice was incredible, really nice pool, and gym links with royal Meriden. Absolutely fantastic place. Thank you so much for being a part of our amazing honeymoon
