Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai

We recently stayed at this hotel—my wife is a wheelchair user—and we felt welcome everywhere, at all times. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel completely at home—whether at the reception, in the restaurant (Sloane’s is absolutely amazing!), outside with the doormen, or with the housekeeping team. The entire experience was just perfect. What stood out the most was how genuinely warm and attentive everyone was. The happiness and positivity we brought with us were returned to us twice as much by the staff. We truly felt like valued guests and will remember this stay for a long time. A special highlight was the complimentary access to the beach at the sister hotel Le Meridien. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, and the beach is perfectly accessible for wheelchair users. You can easily reach the sandy area, and getting into the water is made possible with a beach wheelchair. We are already looking forward to our next visit—we are sure this was not our last time here! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an accessible and heartwarming hotel experience! Thank you!

This was a return visit for us and we were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary. We had booked a Premier Room and therefore had the chauffeur collection at the airport. On checking in we had a huge upgrade to a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom corner apartment (1536) along with Brian our Executive Butler. Brian is the most lovely person you could meet and deserves praise. Hotel is gorgeous. Food is excellent. Staff are wonderful. Club lounge is such a great place in the afternoon and evening. Harish? Behind the bar is the best bartender ever. Works so hard. There wasn't anything to fault about our holiday apart from it being a little too hot!! Great time by The Nicholsons

The welcome pack waiting in the room was such a thoughtful touch – it made me feel truly valued as a guest. The room itself was stunning, with a beautiful dual-aspect balcony offering breathtaking views over the marina. Waking up to that view each morning was a real highlight. Breakfast was absolutely superb – a wide variety of delicious options, all fresh and beautifully presented. But what really stood out was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. Their attention to detail and service made the whole experience unforgettable. A truly luxurious stay in every sense – I’ll definitely be returning.

From check-in to check-out this hotel was lovely even though I was only there tor two nights. I was upgraded to a suite being recognized as a titanium member is always nice. The room was very spacious and the bed a delight to sleep in. The lounge is a great addition serving breakfast and dinner with drinks always a plus. There is lots of sights to see in the Marina area from bars to restaurants. I did not use the pool as it was very hot beginning of summer in Dubai. My other favorite part of this hotel was that it has a cigar lounge on the top floor of tower 1 along with a cool lounge. The staff in all parts of the hotel was great and I even met the lounge manager which happened to come from Mexico City. Also don’t forget to check out the speakeasy they have in tower two. So many cool things to do in this property. I wish that I had tried one of the restaurants but there will be next time for sure. Thanks for hosting me and being kind during my stay

His professionalism and warmth truly set the tone for our entire stay. Each morning at Sloane’s, we were greeted with the smiling face of Hannah, who was consistently welcoming and kind. The breakfast service was flawless, thanks also to Adam, the restaurant manager—extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout our stay. At the front desk, Angelica was another standout. She was incredibly helpful in offering great local recommendations for dining and activities. Her thoughtful suggestions enhanced our experience immensely. Poolside, Mr. Adnan and his team created an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. His positive energy, hospitality, and engaging conversation made our time by the pool one of our favorite parts of the trip. The room itself? Heavenly. The bed was unbelievably comfortable—some of the best nights of sleep we’ve had in a long time. From top to bottom, this property delivers luxury, comfort, and service at the highest level. With a current rating of 4.9, we honestly believe this hotel deserves a solid 5.0. Grosvenor House is a gem, and we can’t wait to return.

A superb hotel for families and couples alike. All staff are so attentive without being intrusive. Great choice at breakfast, a top class hotel right on the Marina. I'd highly recommend this hotel in my experience and I cannot fault it! Added benefit of having access to the Le Meridian Beach Resort and Spa hotel close by.

Grosvenor House Dubai – Quiet Luxury with a Marina Soul 🏙️✨ This place knows how to do luxury without screaming about it. Grosvenor House sits right in Dubai Marina, but instead of trying to be flashy or trendy, it stays calm, elegant, and ridiculously well-run. From the moment you walk in, it just smells like money – but in a classy way. Breakfast at Sloane’s is solid. Loads of variety — fruits, Arabic, Asian, Western — and the outdoor seating is great if you want to start your day slow with a view. And yes, they have real coffee, not just machine espresso.

Amazingly specious suites and apartments. Business lounge such a convenient place for business or just to sit and read while enjoying some complementary tea or coffee and much more. Staff is great, I mean all of them. From concierge, bell desk, guest services, reception, servers, chefs... Just worth every cent😍
