Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai

Look no further. This hotel has it all. Check-in once again was very comfortable and fast. I love the personalised service. From the moment I entered a friendly staff member was welcoming me and showing me around. The chefs are very friendly to customers and the food is delicious. The room cleaners did an excellent job daily, and even some extra means such as folding my clothes and arranging my things in a very neat manner. The polite reception in front of the hotel upon arriving and leaving is very appreciated. The fresh flowers are a lovely sight. The service is fast and efficient. Hotel shuttle bus takes u to the beach. The shampoo and lotions smell amazing. I will love to visit you again. Compared to Atlantis the Royal, Ramada or any other five star, I will choose Grosvenor’s house any time due to its care to customers satisfaction.

I wanted to extend my sincere thanks to Dyan Librel for going above and beyond to make our recent stay truly comfortable and for accommodating all my requests with such grace and efficiency. The rooms are absolutely fantastic, exuding luxury in every detail. Equally impressive is the outstanding service provided by every member of your team—from housekeeping and the doormen to the check-in staff and gym attendants. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. There’s something truly special about the welcoming scent that greets you upon entering the hotel—it instantly makes you feel as though you’ve arrived home.The thoughtful little gifts left during each evening turndown service were a delightful and charming touch that truly enhanced our stay. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, but I have never experienced service of this calibre before. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to return—and to recommend Grosvenor House to others. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience.

Exceptional Hospitality & Impeccable Service My stay at this hotel was truly outstanding and exceeded all expectations. From the very first moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. The entrance and front-of-house team deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive. The staff at the entrance went above and beyond to assist, always offering help with a smile and creating an atmosphere that immediately made me feel special and at home. Their hospitality set the tone for an excellent stay. I would also like to extend sincere appreciation to Akibb and Chamara, who were responsible for the housekeeping of my room. Their work was truly exceptional. The room was consistently spotless, beautifully maintained, and prepared with great attention to detail. Their professionalism, dedication, and care made my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. It is clear that this hotel takes great pride in its team and service standards. Every detail—from arrival to daily room care—reflected excellence. The staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction is what truly sets this property apart. Stayed at Grosvenor house in Dubai over Christmas and it was a fabulous stay! Booked the deluxe room, but as a platinum member got upgraded to an executive suite (did use my upgrade awards but somehow I got emailed that didn’t go through), I did request a marina view but the room allocated had a bad view, but they kindly moved us to a much better room. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was good, coffee was excellent! although we didn’t try the executive lounge. Got a fantastic little surprise in our room on Christmas Day (see photo)! Left my DJI selfie stick in the lobby and only noticed after three days that I had lost it, needed it for a video shoot the next day morning, and the kind security personnel took the night bus to reach the hotel again for them to give it back to me immediately. Shows the fantastic personnel and staff and attention to guests they have at this hotel! The hotel offers many good restaurants but sadly we couldn’t try them as we had other arrangements. They also accommodated a late checkout of 6 PM for us .Overall recommend the hotel if you’re planning to go to Dubai.

Just had a perfect stay at this hotel Every detail was impeccable. The staff is wonderfully welcoming (a huge thank you to the incredibly helpful Marzoq!), the breakfast is a dream with so many choices, and the dining options are fantastic. Highly, highly recommend for a luxury experience done right. Can't wait to return!

The room and attention to details of housekeeping are top notch. Haven’t been able to sleep so well as a frequent traveller - the choice of pillow, the beddings, the turndown service etc all made a huge difference. The housekeeping team is very helpful to keep the room tidy and paying attention to details such as tidying up phone cables. What a great service The hotel itself has some history as you can tell from the room design and floor ceiling height etc. But it’s very well kept and maintained. The room has introduced some Smart Control features, AC is new so you don’t feel like you are staying in a old hotel that need refurbished The staffs at check in are also very helpful, check-in non alcoholic drinks, introducing to room features, bringing our luggages to the room by housekeeping team etc. The services and hospitality are excellent. One thing did kinda make me feel a bit disappointed it’s that since our booking was 2 separate one, when we did check in we thought both deposit were done and secured. But the middle of our stay, a lady called from front house had a fairly pushy and rushing demand for us to secure the deposit of 2nd booking at 8pm by calling our room. The overall tone was not very friendly and kinda rude, and she requested to go to front desk before midnight. While it must be the standard protocol but I’d appreciated her tone to be more professional and friendly for such request. This could have done a better way.

One of the best 5 star hotels in Dubai Marina. The service here is no match. You are treated like a God here. There is mini bar in the room having different beers, chocolates & tonic/soda water. Room service is top class. The In-Room Dining guys are amazing and professional at the highest level. They will deliver your order at lightning speed even when the Hotel is busy. There are multiple restaurants & bars inside the hotels. There is Business lounge also. Overall THE BEST!! They have 2 towers. Tower One is Hotel. Tower Two is mainly Apartments but around 5-6 floors are hotel rooms. They have some great Suites, Villas also.

Had the opportunity to spend a long weekend at Grosvenor House for a family trip, celebrating a family member's bday. We were welcomed by the very friendly staff, beautiful lobby and reception (which we later found out was temporary as the original one was being renovated) and although our rooms were no ready yet, the staff made sure we will be hosted during the waiting time and cared for. The rooms are luxurious to the max, the service and staff all very helpful and are eager to help in anyway possible. They say 'God is in the details', and the staff is all about the details at Grosvenor. Sloan's buffet (breakfast and even had lunch once) was perfect to satisfy our every need and offered many choices. Many options, all made with love, and that's the only way to prepare food. The Bar 44 (on the 44th fl. of Tower 1) was a great place for drinks, especially if you like cocktails (they know how to make the classics which tells you a lot). Pool on Tower 2 is a nice one, though not a lot of sun times due to blocking towers. We enjoyed our entire stay, and although we had a medical mishap on our last night, we received a lot of help from the hotel and staff for making sure we can make our way to the hospital, and later be able to catch our flight in time the day after. I've been to some luxury hotels before in my time, but Grosvenor topped it all. Looking forward for our next stay!
