Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai

We had a lovely stay in one of the executive suites, very spacious and luxurious. ||From the moment we arrived til check out all of the staff through the entire hotel were polite, helpful and professional. We did get a little lost trying to get to the executive lounge and one of the concierge team escorted us personally across to the other tower.||Location worked well for us and although traffic is always about in Dubai we didn't have any issues. ||We had dinner at the Siena restaurant. It was superb. Great staff and delicious food and wine.||We only wished that we had stayed longer.. will definitely be looking at returning in the near future.

First time in Dubai and I stayed at Grosvenor House for two weeks with my fam. Honestly had such a brill time. The place makes you feel proper VIP. Loads of options with bars, restaurants, spa, and the pool was my favourite spot. The pool was really busy, but the team managed everythin for us. Spent half my days there. Always clean and sunbeds sorted.||Shoutout to Indr, Gihan and Kasun at the pool, always smilin and helpin us find the best spot. Reception team, Jan, Sanika and MJ, always polite and on the ball. Sloane’s food was lovely. Buddha Bar and the other bars were spot on. Some names I’ve forgotten, sorry.||And gotta mention Stephan in the gym. One of the best trainers I’ve met. Full of knowledge about Dubai, he guided me on what to do and where to go, and the workouts were perfect. Even made sure my grandparents were looked after as soon as we enter 4th floor, which meant a lot.||Overall, loved it here and I’ll definitely be back in January.

My stay at the Grovenor Luxury Hotel Dubai was simply unforgettable! From the very first moment, I felt welcomed and truly taken care of.||A huge thank you to Karina and Sebestien, Rakesh,Nick,Mayer from Service whose warm smiles and helpful attitude made every day a joy. A special thanks also to FO Manager Mr. Mazuck, who personally ensured that everything was perfect – this level of service is truly exceptional!||The room was stunning, spotlessly clean, and offered a breathtaking view. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and full of variety – the perfect way to start the day. The location is excellent and makes exploring Dubai very easy.||I rarely feel so welcome at a hotel. Thank you to the entire team – I will definitely be back and highly recommend the Grovenor Luxury Hotel to everyone!

Well where do I start from the moment we arrived to the moment we left . This was the best experience ever the staff were lovely very efficient and friendly never met staff like it . We haven’t been to Dubai before so never had another hotel to compare with . We were giving an upgrade as it was out 32 nd anniversary cake and wine delivered to our room which as lush . Hotel is spotless pool not huge was big enough service at the pool was impeccable. Always found us a bed lovely comfy beds and given cold drinks and cloths when arrived . They would go around with cocktails and melon etc to keep you cool and refreshed. The views from the hotel of the marina from our room and hotel was beautiful wish it wa a bit cooler to explore more . The food I. The buffet restaurant was lovely lots off freshly cooked stations staff always willingly to help and cook things to your satisfaction we just used this restaurant mostly . We also booked into Buddha bar for a meal one night which wa also fabulous but will do a separate review . The suite we had had everyone that you would expect and the comfiest bed ever . Fresh water replenished every day . We also took the free shuttle to the le meridian for a day which was also lovely more beachy vibe hotel but lovely also . We just weren’t in Dubai long enough . Thank you so much to everyone at the fridge or house hotel for making our first experience to Dubai one to her repeated . Can’t wait to come back .

Stayed in Tower 2 in a premier room providing amazing views of Dubai Marina and access to Level 5 executive lounge. We were picked up from the airport and warmly greeted at the hotel. Paula personally guided us to our room and facilities and couldn't have been more helpful. All staff were so attentive. Food in the variety of restaurants within the complex were superb especially the Buddha Bar and Indego. Used the shuttle bus service to sister hotel on beach again a very good service. Would certainly return to this hotel as had many guests we spoke to. Highly recommend.

I have been in Dubai many times stayed in so many luxury and five star hotels and Grosvenor House Hotel is one of the best I always visit. I love this hotel for its quality and luxury. The staff here is very profesional. This is my fourth time visiting. I went to Level 5 Sloanes Restaurant food was very good. Buddha Bar is very beautiful. Krishna at reception is very nice manager always with a smile. Abbus is also a very good person always helping my husband.||Before I stayed at other hotels like Le Royal Meridian W Hotel Habtoor Hotel which are similar. But this time at Grosvenor House I had some negative experiences. Spa was closed. Too many repairs in the hotel. Big pool was closed only small pool was open with too many people and sunbeds. I met a Russian lady Dilnaz near the pool entrance who was very rude. I asked about sunbeds or services but she didn’t answer properly to me or my husband. She acted like she don’t care with her attitude I see this first time.||At the gym lady named Mary was talking too loudly to one clean guy and was rude not professional. Later I asked about pool opening she said she didn’t know and went out. I waited 30-45 minutes expecting guidance from a trainer but nobody came. Later I saw her laughing near the elevator attitude not profesional. Jeewanta is very good coach helped me and my husband with kind but the lady Mary not good attitude.||On the positive side valet team was excellent from the first moment. Also the restaurant staff were always polite helpful and attentive. The cleaning guy who always cleaned my room was very nice I forget his name but he is the best everyday room very good smell.||Despite these incidents overall experience was very nice and awesome. I will come again because the hotel treats everyone very well

Our experience of Grosvenor House was excellent in all respects, from meeting us at Dubai airport, welcoming us at hotel and looking after us during our 5 night stay. All staff provided the highest levels of customer service we have ever experienced. We had booked a Premier Room with access to executive lounge and received upgrade to suite as we were celebrating an important anniversary. Dined at Toro Toro, Rhodes W1, City Social and Sloanes with food and service outstanding at all venues. We now understand why so many people return to Grosvenor House when they visit|Dubai and we will also return to this magical place.

We arrived from Singapore to find our room at 2pm wasn’t ready, a 1.5 hour wait for the room to be made up 😳. After that disappointing start, it’s a fair comment to say the place as a whole is fantastic. Lovely rooms and very well appointed. Breakfast is very good with a great selection of tastes catered for. Masala Dosa is fantastic and very authentic. The pool has limited full sunshine due to the buildings around the hotel, to be honest when it’s 40+ is not an issue. What this would be like later in the year would be interesting, the sister hotel at the beach was scruffy, with no beach access due to ongoing work. The Buddha Bar is a real assault on the scenes, something out of John Wick. Great service and food but at Dubai prices. Would we go back, probably not but a nice couple of days.
