I wanted to extend my sincere thanks to Dyan Librel for going above and beyond to make our recent stay truly comfortable and for accommodating all my requests with such grace and efficiency. The rooms are absolutely fantastic, exuding luxury in every detail. Equally impressive is the outstanding service provided by every member of your team—from housekeeping and the doormen to the check-in staff and gym attendants. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. There’s something truly special about the welcoming scent that greets you upon entering the hotel—it instantly makes you feel as though you’ve arrived home.The thoughtful little gifts left during each evening turndown service were a delightful and charming touch that truly enhanced our stay. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, but I have never experienced service of this calibre before. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to return—and to recommend Grosvenor House to others. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience.

From the very first moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. The entrance and front-of-house team deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive. The staff at the entrance went above and beyond to assist, always offering help with a smile and creating an atmosphere that immediately made me feel special and at home. Their hospitality set the tone for an excellent stay. I would also like to extend sincere appreciation to Akibb and Chamara, who were responsible for the housekeeping of my room. Their work was truly exceptional. The room was consistently spotless, beautifully maintained, and prepared with great attention to detail. Their professionalism, dedication, and care made my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. It is clear that this hotel takes great pride in its team and service standards. We have just returned from our 6th visit at this fabulous hotel. Excellent service, very clean, and super friendly staff. Our room overlooked the marina and we loved sitting on the balcony at night watching the boats go by.||Breakfast at Sloane’s was great with lots of choice , and there are lots of fabulous restaurants to choose from on the half-board option, which gave us plenty of variety. The shuttle bus to Le Royal Méridien runs all day and is very convenient. Beach service was excellent, and the staff remembered us and our usual orders, such a lovely touch.||The beach area is so well organised, lots of sunbeds not crammed together and you can always get bed. ||The new lobby is gorgeous and the addition of the piano bar was great. We’ll definitely be back next year and can’t wait.

This was my first time staying at this resort. The amenities and facilities are second to none. Despite being here for business and making full use of everything the resort has to offer my experience was fantastic and primarily due to the staff who were extremely attentive and friendly and always welcoming with a smile. In particular Shaikh who tidied up and cleaned my room (3402) over the 5 days has to have a shout out as his attention to detail, hospitality and friendliness in general was second to none. Thank you! I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Dubai. Andreas

Had another great stay at an amazing property with outstanding service end of Nov to early Dec - stay number 9 if not miscounted (across business and leisure). One does not notice that the property itself is already a few years old as it is very well maintained and clean everywhere/constantly being cleaned. We had one small request on how to change settings on the AC and housekeeping/maintenance has been very fast to support and followed up to ensure satisfaction - well done! ||Yet, where Grosvenor House really excels is the service and hospitality (to a level I have rarely seen in many years of (business) travel and stays at luxury/upper-tier hotels). |A very big shout out to the full staff at the Executive Lounge/Level 5 and the butler team. The lounge is very well ran, with a strong focus on great service and a fair/broad selection of dishes during breakfast, afternoon tea and pre-dinner canapés. The lounge and its staff was actually the most prominent thing our older-one even remembers across several stays.|Notably here:|- Lucia and Susanne from the butler team having provided warmth and hospitality as well as surprised the kids several times across stays. Kids love them!|- Romel and the rest of the butler team being at service at any time. |- Karunakaar from the waiter staff and one of the “egg station managers” (I believe to have seen this term somewhere) who remembers preferences even across stays and is proactively offering other options/surprising the kids with little treats.|- Great waiter staff with Carol, Julian, Ade and others having always been fast and proactive across the 8 days.||With kids being 2 and 4 years old, we more and more enjoy and appreciate the kids club which is well ran and we feel safe having kids there (kids can stay without parents from 4 years old). Shout out to Ashani - not only for having taken great care but also for a very lovely farewell gift.||The hotel shuttle to the sister property by the beach with a large pool landscape including designated kids pool (Le Royal Meridien) is still running throughout the day but walking is typically faster (less convenient though as one needs to walk through a bit of sand and dirt).|2 observations indicating that management seems to care about staff and - conversely - staff enjoying working at the Grosvenor House (made across several stays):|- Not once have we not encountered people smiling at us or greeting us when passing by; gives the feeling of genuine warmth.|- Staff is staying for a long time and rotating into new positions, e.g., Su having been part of wonderful staff in Level 5 during 2021, moving into Rhodes W1 (during 2022/23?) and still being part of staff this year (we went to have breakfast at Sloanes one day to see her).||We would return in a heartbeat any time - in fact, cannot wait on doing so!

Grosvenor House is one of the top choices in Dubai (if you don’t want to spend 1k$ a night). Best option in Dubai Marina. It is not about super modern hotel rooms or facilities; bit the service. This extraordinary service level is amazing; barely seen in the world (close to ASEAN high end standard like a Mandarin Oriental). Hotel a bit „older“ but verything is absolutely top notch. Super high quality lobby and luxury design of hotel facilities (just upgraded in 2025). Rooms als still super nice - maybe at some point in time will get some updates. On top you get the beach and pool facilities of the Le Royal Meridien which is perfect for families. No question - this hotel at this price point is always the right choice.

Back again because its simply the best place for us in Dubai to stay due to location,food and the service.|Let's start with the service.|Sloanes ❤️❤️❤️ never fails to disappoint,the food is fantastic 😋. |Great people who work there,top of the list Sahaid,what a fantastic worker we have known him for many years now and it's a complete joy to catch up with him,just such a special person who Sloanes and the Grosvenor are lucky to have.|Shahbaz another great worker who is also a credit and another friend we have made. Ruksana,Payal,Sreerag,Roydon and Sajun,brilliant people who also serviced us 👌.|Breakfast Chef Ram,you would think he has 4 hands because of how quick he makes those omelettes 👏👏👏.|People who cleaned our room Wanna and Vinod,brilliant ,fantastic,we were very pleased with the service they gave our room.|At reception Ahmed who gave us a special upgrade when we arrived and was so professional.Marzouk who was also at reception looked after us throughout our stay,bother fantastic 👏. |Last but not least Muhammad at the entrance,your looking very smart in your new uniform 😀 and brilliant person to know.|All these people are a are amazing and this is what makes us to keep coming back.So its a sad farewell 😢 just now but we'll be back soon ❤️|From you friends in Scotland| Mr John/Janette see yous soon guys.

This hotel holds itself to the highest of standards when it comes down to customer service. From the minute we arrived to leaving, we were looked after and accommodated in every possible way. Angelica at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout, as are all the staff, at the doors (Khan notably), in the restaurants and around the hotel. We also opted for breakfast every morning which had a magnificent selection of choice and delicious throughout. I couldn’t recommend staying here more.
