The balance of effortless luxury and warm, intuitive service is rare - every detail felt considered, and my needs were anticipated at every turn without ever feeling intrusive. The General Manager Pam Wilby has so much to be proud of at this property. The team reflects exceptional leadership; they are polished, attentive, and consistently professional, with service delivered so seamlessly it feels natural rather than rehearsed. An outstanding property that sets a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

I have chosen Grosvenor House following my travel agent’s recommendation, as I wanted somewhere truly special to celebrate my birthday week and it exceeded every expectation from the very first moment. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth at reception, and to my surprise, I was upgraded to a better room, which instantly made my birthday stay feel even more meaningful and unforgettable. Every single member of staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and sincerely caring, checking in to see how you’re doing and making sure you feel looked after. The dining experience is outstanding. There are so many restaurant options, and honestly, one is better than the other. Each night feels special, with the team going above and beyond to create memorable evenings. Room service deserves a special mention to Friday, he was absolutely amazing, always checking if we needed anything and ensuring the room was perfect every single day, always with attention, care, and detail. If you’re looking to experience true luxury, exceptional service, and feel genuinely celebrated, Grosvenor House is not just a choice, it’s the choice.

This hotel truly deserves its seven-star rating, excelling in every aspect beyond what five stars typically offer. From the moment you arrive until your departure in a taxi to the airport, the hospitality experience is exceptional. The staff is meticulous, friendly, and attentive to every detail and desire of the guests. The hotel has recently undergone an impressive interior design upgrade, which is evident in every corner. You’ll find beautiful large olive trees, contemporary artwork, and high-quality furniture, creating the ambiance of a boutique hotel rather than a typical large chain establishment. The hotel's restaurants are tastefully decorated to match their themes (international and Italian) and serve exquisite dishes that are expertly prepared. Located next to the marina, the hotel provides stunning views from the restaurant terrace, especially at night. Our room was spacious, clean, and luxurious. On Valentine's Day, we were delighted to receive a bouquet of fresh, stunning red roses. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel, and we will definitely return!

As I was celebrating my birthday during our stay, I was immediately surprised with a room upgrade. On my birthday itself, I was welcomed with a beautifully arranged cake and a bottle of wine in our room – such a thoughtful and wonderful gesture! On Valentine’s Day, every lady received a red rose, a bottle of prosecco, and a sweet treat arrangement – attention to detail at its finest. The rooms are stylish, luxurious, and equipped to the highest standard. The dining options are outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes that are absolutely delicious. Another highlight was having access to the Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa Dubai , where we could enjoy the beach with full service. It’s the perfect combination of city luxury and relaxing beach holiday. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and warm. Rarely have we experienced such genuine hospitality. From the very beginning, you feel welcome and completely at ease. We have seldom stayed in a hotel that delivers this level of service and hospitality. Exceptional service EVERYTIME! I stay here everytime I come to Dubai. I always receive exceptional service from the manager John. My family and I are always treated with most upmost respect from all members of staff. Top tier service from John, Farheen, Sandeep and definitely the crew at the front always welcoming all guests with great level of attention. Can not fault this hotel at all.
