We recently had our party at Ground Control, and it was an awesome experience! Our host, Noe, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. From the moment we arrived, he was helpful, attentive, and truly made us feel taken care of. He assisted with setup, brought up extra items we needed throughout the party, and was always nearby in case we needed anything. We've had parties at similar places before, but Noe was by far the best host we've ever had! We reserved the mezzanine level and paid for 25 jumpers to ensure we had the space to ourselves—and it was perfect! The area was spacious and easily fit our entire group. The only downside was that a few other guests from the facility wandered upstairs and sat in our reserved space. We had to politely let them know it was a private party. It would be helpful if Ground Control added a sign at the bottom of the stairs with the birthday child’s name, making it clear the area is for party guests only. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Noe made sure that things were done on time and made it easy for us parents to enjoy our time there as well. We’ll definitely continue to recommend Ground Control to friends and family, especially if Noe is their host!

We came to Ground Control during our vacation here in San Antonio. We came for Seaworld, but it was too busy there. We decided to take our three children to do something else fun. The prices are good & the staff is actually extremely friendly and patient. We went on a Saturday (mid day) and it was busy, but there’s so much space that it doesn’t matter. My kids had a blast!

Google
This place is a lot of fun. We have the membership where we can go anytime and we usually go a few times a week. The one thing I wish that they had was a nice place to sit down and relax as our children play. One time I had an issue and they made sure to take care of it. Izabella is so sweet, accommodating and makes sure everyone is very comfortable.

Google
We had such a great time at Ground Control! The place is clean, spacious, and packed with activities such as trampolines, ninja courses, and tons of ways for kids to burn off energy. It’s fun, safe, and perfect for all ages. I came with my 2 year old and we easily played for hours, I couldn't get him to leave. I have to give a special shoutout to Joe! He was so kind, helpful, and truly made our experience amazing. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a great atmosphere for families. If you’re looking for a spot to bring the kids (or host a party!), this is it. Highly recommend!

Google
We love this place! It’s super fun for the kids and lots of seating and watching places for the adults (also lots of fun for the adults too)! Membership options are really affordable and totally worth it if you plan to come frequently. And good food options for a snack after the kids burn off energy. The weekday staff is phenomenal, super attentive to ensure everyone stays safe and keeps a very clean facility. Not to mention really friendly and supportive to the kids. Things don’t seem as smooth sailing on the weekends (they’re also much busier). The weekend staff is far less attentive and honestly the facility is not nearly as well taken care of over the weekend. I’d love to give them 5 stars but our experiences on the weekend don’t show a 5 star experience. But the weekday crew is on top of it and deserves lots of praise! Definitely worth it to take your kids here, of all ages! But stick to the weekdays ;)

Google
First time here and 3 of the activities were closed when we were there: the foam pit, ninja obstacle course and one of the bouncing pits. I was pretty unimpressed and disappointed that so many things were unavailable. They need to rotate maintenance so it’s not like that- or discount it, $43 for a few trampolines is rediculous. I wish there was a 60 minute option too; 90 minutes is long for little kids. It’s nice they offer a military discount but we will probably not be back.

Google
We didn't know this place existed until a few days ago when we got a birthday party invitation. We came here today, December 7th for that birthday party and had a great time. There is a great selection of bouncy things to jump up and down on and things to climb on and roll over on. The party rooms are pretty small and the parking lot is way too small for as many people come there. Otherwise, I'm sure we'll come back for more fun and exercise.

Google
I love my membership over the summer so my kiddo gets out of the sun and all the energy out that's necessary during the long summer months! Izabella is super knowledgeable and friendly always helpful when needed!

Yelp
Definitely fun for the kids and kids at heart. They have a small snack bar and they also have pizza by the slice and whole. I would definitely eat before you comes as the food didn't look appealing at all. They won't allow food or drink to come in but people had water bottles. The parking lot is very tight too

Yelp
Fun place to go with the kids are adults. I always enjoy the dodgeball area! They could stand to do some cleaning on the edges of the trampolines. Makes me wonder how often they clean any of the areas.. But lots of jumping opportunities, lots of fun.

Yelp
This place is pretty fun for the kiddos. It contained a mixture of activities including dodge ball and rock climbing walls. The front desk staff were really friendly and inviting. The concession stand staff, another story. They were very dismissive and unfriendly. There were not a ton of people so there was no rush or long line, causing them to be stressed. We ordered chicken strips and they were all burned and they still served them to us. We returned them and traded for pizza but it was ALSO burned. We didn't complain but it was very disheartening.

Yelp
Wall climb was closed, they seemed very short staffed Prices have raised . I saw one employee walking around trying to attend to different stations.

Yelp
Some pros and cons with this facility. FYI: We came in a slow weekday. Pros: its atmosphere and ambiance is great. There's a dogdge ball area, multiple jumping areas, basketball jumping area, a game arcade area, climbing wall, and more. It's also clean. We saw several bays/areas for birthday parties and an upstairs area with bar stools. I really liked that there was a locker area that we could lock up out belongings. The music was fun and nostalgic. 2000's Con's:The climbing wall wasn't open. I assume it was because we came during the weekday instead of weekends. But our little one was bummed. When we first walked in and multiple times we were there- it had a weird smell. Like something wires were burning. They don't have a toddler and small kid area like some other trampoline parks we've been to. Overall, it's great for older kids but for younger kids and toddlers- it's good for a slow weekday.

Beverly W.

Yelp
Brought my grandkids here to buy them season passes that were advertised online. We had done this in previous summers and enjoyed it greatly. They told us they don't sell them any more. You have to purchase a membership and let them draft monthly from your bank account. Super disappointed. They looked at ad that I had seen online and showed me it was dated 2022! The place was not crowded at all. Wondering if business is declining.

Yelp
Had a party here for my nephew and our party host Rudy was AMAZING!! He was very very attentive and super friendly! The kids loved him! Great experience because of him! Food was great, no complaints!

Yelp
Ground Control trampoline park is an awesome place on Marbach rd - I visited for a bday party and my son had so much fun! The place is well maintained and clean and has alot of different play areas. Even with all the chaos of all the kids running around and playing, the areas are well spaced out and not congested.

Christopher D.

Yelp
My daughter loves this place, but as a parent, I observe the staff, and they always look like they hate their job. If my 6 year old tells me on the ride home the young girl working the rock wall was rude, that's quite telling. No one wants to feel like an inconvenience to the staff, especially after paying money. Probably going to look for a different park.

Lander B.

Yelp
Equipment is decent and areas are clean. Staff will actively reject children from half of the activities if they do not have "ground control" branded grip socks despite no difference in quality. The "manager" gave a standard line on liability but that could be an easy solve with a quick inspection but they need to sell more socks to pay for a few more employees to stand around the whole time. Pretty dismissive and uninterested, will take our parties to urban air moving forward.

Yelp
It is good for people who like swinging and being up high because theres a lot of things up high. but for people who don't like heights, it's still fun and there are many things to do. The obstacle course and trampolines were my favorite things there since I am one who doesn't like heights. And they have black lights that make your shirt glo. Tip: take water so you have something to drink when you leave. You'll be thirsty.

Yelp
This place just keeps getting better!! When they first opened it was OK, now it's awesome! My kids absolutely love it! 1 hour of running around and my hyper kiddos leave tired! Ready for food & to relax! Wrist bands can be purchased for a hour or 2, your pick. Weekday prices are lower then weekends. Be ready to buy the GC socks, they are non slip & work great! There is a snack bar that's of course a little pricey but if your in need of drinks or snacks they are available. Shoe cubby, most kids were using them which helps there not be shoes randomly spread out causing a tripping hazard. Overall this place is a WHOLE VIBE. I love to see my kiddos playing, having fun and making memories at this awesome establishment!! Reminder: If you have older children and there are little ones playing please be sure they are being mindful of the younger kids playing. Also running & shoving is NOT allowed. The staff somewhat enforces the rules. Restrooms: 1 out of order, clean stall & sink area.

Yelp
Each time we have been here we have had a great experience. We came for my daughters bday party this year and last year in 2022. We enjoyed the open space- and I have children aged 14 and 7 both had a lot of fun. This location is pretty close to us, so we are glad to have a place to go with our family and friends.

Yelp
Never again if your going to this place BE CAREFUL FOR THE TRAMPOLINE SPRINGS they make you jump high I was jumping on there then I fell on my knees bent my back heard a big crack I was stunned for 30 seconds and couldn't breathe I had to go take a CT scan at the hospital this is the worst trampoline park it was fun then This place needs to shut down the doctor said they had 7 injuries there.I'm not saying the whole place is bad just the trampoline springs

Yelp
Had my daughter 9birthday here a few weeks ago. Not much for the older kids but she really enjoyed it so did my nieces and nephews who are ages 4-7. Our host was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with my party . The guy that checked us in was very friendly very pleasant loove it when customer service is likes this! Place is very clean and pizza was actually good. Definitely recommend for a party kids had lots of fun.

Yelp
Normally I never ever leave reviews anywhere. I have had countless birthday parties here throughout many years! This is the only place that I book 3 parties a year for my kids for the past 12-13 yrs. Aug, April and Nov. This past friday was absolutely the worst experience EVER!!! Staff was very rude and inconsiderate. After I specifically had booked the upstairs mezzani 1 I went up there had set up most of my stuff and they went up and told me i had space 2 and it was so much smaller and my invited guests were standing with no space to sit! I had to move all my decorations .They refused to give any of my guests their jumping socks til we paid at the beginning. Never ever have I had to pay my remaining balance at the beginning, I always have paid it at the end because you always add more food or drinks or more jumpers show up. They refused so it took 30 min of arguing til my kids got their jumping socks! That whole time was wasted jumping time. The whole party anything I asked for after that they would say of we are out. Y'all aren't the only party going on. I literally asked for 2 extra pitchers of Dr pepper and they said no because there were no pitchers available. How the hell not. Never ever have they ran out of pitchers and I have had parties when it has been way more crowded. They never once announced for the kids to come eat or cake time or anything until we would go up and complain why hasn't it been done. When we would ask the employees who were giving us a hard time they refused to give us their names. The party next to us that they made me move over for had not even half of the ppl that I had they had no cake no decorations no nothing yet I had to move all my things to a smaller area which I made sure when I booked it that I would get that area. They literally treated us like dirt like we didn't matter at all. My little girls birthday party we spent arguing with the staff the whole time. They didn't deserve the $500-$600 we had to pay for how they treated us. We witnessed other parties paying their balance at the end and have it recorded too but yet they kept telling us it was a new policy that they had started. When I asked since when was this policy changed the girl couldn't even tell me she was speechless cause she was lying. I told her I just had a party here in Aug and a friend had one October 26 and we always pay at the end. It was a total embarrassment to my guests and ground control will no longer have any more of my business nor my money. I will tell everyone how wrongfully we were treated and none of the staff, the actual owners as well didn't care! They kept telling me to be out by 9:15 when they barely announced the cake cutting at 9:05 cause we asked them when are yall going to make the announcement?! The party next to us were not rushed out and we're still there when we left with no one pushing them out! I was infuriated never ever have I felt discriminated against and ground control did nothing to try to help the situation no apologies no nothing. It was more like too damn bad and suck it up and go back upstairs. Worst worst worst customer service ever. I have pictures of my crowded area and the other party area that was totally empty and proof of everyone paying at the end! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have they don't deserve even my 1 star!!!!!

Yelp
So. Much. Fun. We've been to trampoline "parks" before. Most are bounce houses and wall to wall trampolines. I loved that this place had more. From the high jump into the foam pit, to the trapeze and kinetic balls - the kids had a blast!! So did the adults, let's be honest. The price was great. This was an awesome way to spend a rainy afternoon and get some energy out.
google avatar

Fernando A.

Yelp
So I love the amount of little obstacles they have for the kiddos! It's smaller in size than Altitude for example however it makes up for it with the glow in the dark they do after 6pm weekends and the amount of types of trampolines! We had our daughter's 5th birthday party here which wasn't a bad deal except our guy was a little overwhelmed with hosting us but he was super polite! Don't recommend a large party since their "bays" comfortably hold 15-20 people. We go back very regularly! Once every week or two typically, our daughter loves it!

Complete Clean P.

Yelp
Super Fun and Clean ! food prices are reasonable and the time slot reservations make this easy access to all areas . Diffidently going to make this our Summer spot

Yelp
Absolutely worst experience I have ever had for a birthday party for my child and my oldest is 18. This party was for my 11 year old. The birthday check in employee name Shyann was extremely rude and not even correct about a situation. My child's party started promptly at 8pm. I had 8 kids there and one on the way. Ten minutes into the party she pulled me to the side to charge me for an extra jumper. My package was 10 plus birthday child which is allotted 11 total. I only had 8 there at the time. She accused me of having more than 11 and because it was an extra child, she said I needed to pay. She accused me for 15 min. I kept saying I didn't know who that child was mind you even if that child was part of my party it would have been 9 kids and one still on their way which is 10 total and doesn't warrant an extra charge. She was hostile, rude, ignorant in the sense that she didn't know how to do her job. Another employee ended up correcting her mistake showing her the child she checked in was actually for another party. She not only talked to me in an extremely disrespectful manner but she wasted my time and once she was corrected she didn't apologize in which I as a paying customer I deserved an apology for the scene she caused and the disruption of my child's party. Through the 15min argument I told her don't give me attitude when you are wrong. She said, "you don't give me attitude". She as an employee is not allowed to talk to a customer that way among other things she did to be disrespectful. I asked for a manager and her and my party host whom was another teen name Jackie did not go get the manager Ephriam. They didn't want to tell him they were wrong. It was until I went back to my party annoyed by her ignorance and feeling so disrespected when I asked my party host Jackie a second time to go get the manager. Yes ... I had to ask a second time. What she should have done was not accuse a customer, figure it out in a calm manner, instead of acting like a troubled teen from Marbach being confrontational, no manners, no customer service skills, and hostile. My recommendation to anyone who has a party here , stay near the birthday check in booth and make sure each jumper for your party checks in correctly! So their teen employees don't make this mistake again.

Yelp
Went a couple months ago with my friends. We are divers, so we're used to high quality equipment, and this park was pretty neat. We were probably the oldest ones jumping, but nonetheless it was fun and there is a variety of areas including a platform jump, swing, trampoline court, and many other interactive play options. In my personal opinion, Thin Air (been closed for a few years) was the best park, and while ground control doesn't have quite as many play options it's still a solid 2nd place (1st place now that thin air is closed). Despite being surrounded by little kids, the park still feels large enough to be able to accommodate both young and older children without the constant risk of the little ones being trampled as occurs in most smaller parks. Of course, like any other trampoline park, be prepared to inhale the scent of feet sweat and rubber the entire time you're there. I went on a day when the park wasn't extremely crowded, which made the scent easier to tolerate because there weren't as many bodies around. I plan on coming back to this park, and it is my first choice out of all the parks in the city.

Yelp
It's pretty clean inside. It's really fun for the kids, but they were 20 minutes late opening for the birthday party we went to, when they told them they could get there 20 min early to set up. Lame. We then had thermometers shoved in our face, they didn't even ask if they could take our temperature. Then we stood there and they didn't tell us there was a separate place to check in for birthday parties. In fact there were some people not with the party also just standing there.
google avatar

Tiffany J.

Yelp
My son has been coming to camp here for the past couple of months. The staff are very friendly and my son loves the program. Thanks for staying open during Covid so my little one can continue to get his energy out and socialize with friends.

Jessica P.

Yelp
It looked like a cool place but it's only because of the bright colors and it's shiny. I felt it was very overpriced and you cannot bring socks from other trampoline parks. Teens and adults would enjoy this place more. My children are young and they grew bored quickly. Also, my son fell through a crack at the edge of the obstacle course and hit himself on concrete because of a substantial gap in between the airbag and concrete. It was a very disappointing experience. The only perk is that it is close to our home but I would go to other trampoline parks in the future even if it meant driving further.

Becky V.

Yelp
This is the BEST trampoline park we've ever been to. Brand new, but beyond that, just very organized, well thought out, affordable, and I can't stress this enough...clean! There are continuously multiple employees walking around sanitizing every inch of the space. There is a small snack bar offering some seriously amazing pizza, soft drinks and water, and nachos. There are party rooms we can't wait to use for a birthday, and they hold events like DJ nights, homeschool stuff, etc. We bought a back to school pass which allows your child to come for 2 hours per day, M-F through end of October for $59...a steal for how often we come here. Another reviewer noted this place is best for teens and adults, and while it is a great spot for them especially during event nights, my 2 year old, 5 year old, and 11 year old absolutely love this place! We've seen the owners here working on a few occasions, and all of the staff has been wonderful, even playing with kids who seem to be playing alone or have disabilities. COVId: you're not required to wear a mask inside, but the staff does the whole time if that is of concern for anyone.

Mrs. Precise O.

Yelp
The coolest jumping place in San Antonio. My kid has had her birthday here three times in a row. Great service and professional staff.

Shohana B.

Yelp
Came here for my little guys birthday during the day. It was pretty empty around 1pm during the week. But I'm sure that will change once kids start getting out of school for summer break. Upon arrival there are kiosks to sign the waiver for each person wanting to jump. They have some pretty decent and reasonable prices which makes it very affordable for families to come and enjoy. It is pretty small compared to other trampoline parks however. The gentleman was very helpful to guide me through the process. Socks are three dollars a pair, and also I think it's worth mentioning that they offer a 10% military discount. So that knocked off quite a bit off of our bill. The place seems to be very clean, I saw the employees walking around with sanitizer bottles in their hands and frequently cleaning and dusting the place. They also have a small snack area where you can get drinks pizza and other snacks. There aren't that many places to sit just some benches around and three picnic tables. Overall it was a great experience just wish it was bigger. Definitely would return with the kiddos in the future.

Yelp
This place sucks and ridiculously small, made for young kids...maybe 10 years old and under. I was so disappointed because half of trampolines was soak with water, the virtual game was "broken", their pizza taste like cardboard and the workers was extremely rude and disrespectful! I asked to speak with a manager and the worker told me that there was no manager because it was a family own business. So I decided to ask another worker about speaking with a manager and she points at the same guy that told me that he was not a manager....really! Well they don't have to worry about me stepping foot in that place ever again.

Ka C.

Yelp
When we went, the VR equipment was broken and they didn't have enough employees to run the rock walls. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to come over and help at the wall. Finally I asked for the GM why nobody was helping. She wasn't rude exactly but every sentence she said to me ended with "baby". We don't have enough employees to run the rock wall, baby. We can't get the VR fixed, baby. I'm 52?? When I informed her that we wasted our time, she didn't offer extra, a discount and even refused to give a free drink. I really didn't want anything free but we wasted 20 minutes! It was chaos, stuff was broken and the employees didn't even know the rock wall was closed. I finally had to tell the GM that I wasn't her baby. Unprofessional and a terrible way to run a business. It's a shame. Could be a cool little place.

Yelp
So I came for my child's birthday party on a weekday advertised that it was a better deal and in the package I assumed it consisted of a 1hr and 45 min Jump span for 10 children. When an hr was up for my party to return to the room the manager Jarad was so rude about my children not being allowed to jump anymore and I guess advised his employees to continue to tell my children something. When I went up to talk to the manager Jarad he didn't offer any types of offer I could extend my jumpers to attend but had the audacity to renounce that my child's party was to return to the party room. I guess because my party was booked on a weekday I didn't have the service I deserved. I chose to celebrate at a trampoline park and this is by far the worse decision I could have made. I had to go up and request for drinks and for my pizza to be ordered and I was never Briefed on what to except with this party plan y'all offer. Even as I tried to communicate with my host the manager once again announced my party to return for the third time like I didn't know already. All I was trying to do at that point was talk to someone with respect and I couldn't even do that. The service I was given by the manger was unacceptable and I felt very singled out because I've attend gatherings here for friends birthday parties they have had and it was nothing like this. And when I had a party guest check in they charged her for her child when I only had 6 children jumping at the moment.

Marisa D.

Yelp
This place is so fun! My husband and I had just as much fun as my kids. I'd recommend it anyone who needs a clean, fun, and safe place to spend the day.

Yelp
Our family visited today, and had a great time. Eric and his staff at Ground Control had great customer service and helped our kids navigate their different activities. Ephraim was very patient with our littles as they took turns on the different rock walls. There were also multiple staff members cleaning and sanitizing during our session. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be back!

Cassie D.

Yelp
My family loves ground control! My kids go crazy and get all their energy out. Meanwhile I'm over there devouring their pizza- I don't know what it is but it's bomb pizza.

Yelp
Amazing trampoline park. Family/locally owned. Owner and staff were really great! My son is a teen and has been to a few trampoline parks over the years and this was the best one so far! Parents can jump on in and have fun too. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Sirimas A.

Yelp
My kids looooove ground control. They beg to go multiple times a month. We tend to avoid Saturdays since it can get pretty crazy for our young kids. Try the pizza though- it's honestly our favorite.

Yelp
Awesome place!! The kids and I had a blast! The pizza was ok. I am going to have my sons 5th birthday here next year. We didn't want to leave so I guess that's a good sign.

Jannett P.

Yelp
Great atmosphere, took my son with me about a month ago and he hasn't stopped talking about it yet

Ryan L.

Yelp
My family and I were really impressed with this trampoline park. The prices were reasonable and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were having a good time. Will be back for sure.

Vanessa W.

Yelp
My 9-year- old daughter is a regular here. She absolutely loves it and begs to go all the time. I pray they offer memberships soon. The staff is always friendly and park is always clean. I usually just sit in the upper area that looks over the park and do work on my phone.

Great place. Love it!! Definitely going back and whole family friendly. Even planning on doing a birthday party there this year. Staff was friendly and facilitates are clean.

Yelp
Everything was great for my sons birthday! Besides being upstairs the party host said the a/c broke and nobody notified me. And still didn't discount. Other than that everything was perfect

Yelp
I want to start with this place is so much fun for kids and teens. We booked a bday party for my 12 year old son and everyone loved it. But, I must say the birthday party organization needs some work. My sons party was scheduled for 8:00 pm and we were advised we would be able to get in the party room to set up prior to. That wasn't the case. The party before us ended at 7:45 and then they did the clean up until 8. This cut into my party time because my guest had to wait to come in and be seated while I set up all the decorations and table covers. Second, the check in system is bonkers. You have to wait in a long line for one person to check you entire party in and the Other parties going on all at the same time. This also cut into my party time. Third, the host was so slow..... this I can deal with they are teenager host so what do I really expect right? The pizza was better than most party places so that's a plus. Fourth, I was over charged. I had 21 jumpers and was charged for 23 instead. I didn't want to call and embarrass myself for 30.00 so I left that alone. But 30.00 is 30.00 especially when you just paid 480.00 for a party that was exactly 1 hour and 45 mins. Over all the guess had a wonderful time jumping!! This was a relief. All in all Eric the owner was nice when he showered us the place before booking.
