I really don’t like leaving low reviews, especially since the restaurant did give us 50% off our order, and I do appreciate that. But the service and overall experience were simply too poor to overlook.
We placed our order at 2:25 PM, and our food did not arrive until 4:10 PM nearly two hours later. Our server walked past our table multiple times saying, “I didn’t forget you,” but it became clear the order was never put in. During that time, seven tables that arrived after us were served promptly, and three of those tables had already finished their meals and left before ours even came out.
Throughout the wait, we had no drink refills, no table clearing, and no check-ins. When the food finally arrived, there was still no follow-up, no offer of condiments nothing. It truly felt like our table was being avoided.
The food itself was good, and again, the discount was appreciated. But the service made the entire experience stressful, disappointing, and not reflective of the standard I expected.
I'm glad we aren't big drinkers, but a second hard cider would've been nice!
