Expectations vs. Reality. We didn't even order the cheesecake so not only did they get the order wrong, but this was $8. Anyway, the food itself is also... Meh. Overpriced. Guy would be very disappointed.

Didn’t get one of the entrees that I ordered, so that sort of set the tone for the meal. Zero ability to contact the restaurant but was able to get a refund for the missing food through Postmates who fulfilled the order. The food that *did* show up wasn’t bad except for the Cuban sandwich which was embarrassingly skimpy on meat and cheese. Not sure I’ll be trying this again based on the other negative reviews.

What a huge disappointment. I was stunned at how bad it was. The packaging it arrived in was the best part of the meal. The eggrolls were terrible with horrible cheese sauce. The mac & cheese looked delicious. It's not. I was looking forward to a wonderful meal and most of it went in the garbage. Guy, please overhaul this disaster or at least take your name off so we don't expect good food.

Not worth the price you pay. I could have gotten better at Wendy's. It actually taste like a Wendy's burger but cost 3xs the amount of a Wendy's combo. Fries taste like they had been in the refrigerator then placed back in the oven to warm them up.

(Would give zero stars) This is not worth it!!! I ordered the chicken sandwich and after the first bite my immediate thought was “this tastes like krystal.” Only, the reason why Krystal is successful is because they charge you what the food is actually worth!!! I paid $13 for KRYSTAL?! And $5 for a la carte fries? Maybe worth it if they had any taste. It tasted like the leftover ore-ida my mom would forget about in the oven 3 days later... My husband got the cheesy (something) burger and, the other reviewer is correct, McD’s is better. Also got the fries pickles and it was (1) too doughy (2) too SALTY (3) the actual flavor was....earthy. Like dirt almost. Meanwhile the fries had little to no flavor.... Do NOT waste your money on this. I know nothing about guy fieri and have no opinion of him so this is strictly food biased 😂 hope this helps

Love Guy and his shows. But- the food is the opposite of flavortown. It was so incredibly bland, lack luster, and overcooked. I never knew Mac and cheese could be so disappointing or that cheese sauce could taste like water. Had better cheese at a gas station. And don’t bother with the chicken sandwich. You can get a tastier one from your local elementary school lunch lady. As for the burger… better at McDonald’s. And the egg rolls may as well have been paper towels. Anyway- still love Guy and won’t hold this against him… but this food is expensive garbage.

Trash.. I Paid $35 & I deserve it back.. the chicken sandwich was nothing like it was shown .. and the ingredients was soo different it was Veryyy very bland and dry. The peppers was rushed some had sauce some didn't. Over priced. I will never eat there again.. and I recommend you do the same.. GUY WILL BE SHAME IF HE KNEW HOW HIS FRANCHISE IS BEING TREATED... SO SAD. PLEASE SHUT DOWN AND TRY AGAIN .. CAUSE THIS IS A HOTT MESS.. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

This place is trash. The packaging is the best. The egg rolls were soggy the filling was overcooked. The jalapeños were tasteless and the bacon undercooked. Won't eat here again.

Delivery only that will explode your taste buds! Yep this venue is a deliver only spot. Why in the world does this fabulous food experience have such a blah rating! The food is almost as loud in flavor as the packaging. Order on line, wait a bit, ding dong... and you are sitting at home with great Guy Food. I ordered the steak and cheese egg rolls and the Cuban sandwich. Every bit was an exploration into how deliver should be. The Cuban was perfect while the egg rolls were decadent... seriously good food! My wife had the wings which she said were flavored to perfection, but were not crispy. She also had the fries which were seasoned well and were very good! Over all the food was quite tasty tasty...

First time trying Guy Fieri's new spot and it did not disappoint. I ordered via UberEATS and everything was packaged perfectly with beautiful branding. The cheesesteak egg rolls are flavor rich and are definitely an oh so worth it cheat meal all by themselves. My hubby had the Cajun Chicken Alfredo and he approves!! We also ordered a Caesar salad which was average at best...but we only ordered the salad to alleviate the guilt of the calories in those egg rolls. I'd love to try a burger next time!

Food was good, but really needs insulated packaging. Nothing 2 minutes in the microwave can't fix, but disappointing. Pricing was a little steep, but in line with upper end delivery service. All in all, 4.5 stars for the food, 3 stars for the price, and 2 for the experience. So if you don't mind warming it a bit, give it a go!

overpriced assembly line food.don't waste your time or money

Burger, chicken sandwich and Italian salad were bland. They use shredded lettuce in burger so it's completely broken down and soggy by the time it arrives. Fries were delicious and well seasoned, crispy.

We were VERY excited about Guy Fieri starting a new restaurant in our area for delivery only. We had high expectations but were SADLY DISAPPOINTED. We ordered some burgers, a Cuban sandwich, mac & cheese, fried pickles, chips & cheese and some cheesesteak egg rolls. We NEVER RECEIVED the pickles, tortilla chips and one of the 3 burgers. The Cuban was BLAND the mac & cheese was 99% mac and 1% CHEESE, the cheesesteak eggrolls each received one bite and the remainder was thrown out (they were REALLY BAD!). The burgers were the best part but were still only rated as a 5 out of 10. We really expected a much better experience from the Guy Fieri brand.

I ordered the bacon wrapped jalapeños a burger and fries. They all tasted horrible! I'm only giving 2 stars because the package was nice! The peppers where slimy and they left several seeds in them which is not how you make them. The French fries where over cooked and hard as rocks. The burger also was way over cooked. I won't order from here ever again! I'm surprised Guy has his name attached to such bad food!

I really wanted to like this place. The first burger I got was excellent. The next time I got the chicken sandwich and it was way over cooked, disgusting. The third time trying it I got a burger and it was barely cooked!! I won't be eating here ever again. Guy fieri should come here and fix this place or shut it down.

Ordered from Uber Eats and I have to say, it was quite delicious. I got the Buffalo wings and a cheeseburger and they were both tasty. I almost didn't order as the reviews haven't been so great, but I'm glad I did. I'll definitely be ordering again

Com'mon it is Guy Fieri's food is great. We live a bit of a distance so we need to warm it when it arrives. However it is always a treat

There are many of these gourmet burger joints popping up all over town but Yeah! The burger is one of the best. I had the fieri's burger and it was excellent.
