I got the blueberry milkshake. I also used my app to gain points to gain rewards. The milkshake tasted awesome! It wasn’t too sweet but sweet. Perfect! Go try it or whatever you like on the menu!!! The staff and service were amazing!

Me and my husband downloaded the app and it gave us 2 perks. No. 1 was free mini cone or scoop on 15th May 2025(that offer was for everyone not just new app holders) and second perk was free mini or cone for those who have downloaded the app first time. We were told both perks could not be used the same day. Fair enough! We visited next week where my husband got his free scoop while I delayed for after a walk in the mall. When I came after 2 hours the lady working there denied to scan my app. Saying you have already used it. Not even look g at my app. How would I have an active scanning reward in my app if I had used it. I am amazed someone could be so unaware of technology in these days. She was very disrespectful and rude. Never coming here again. Better ice ream and customer service available in galleria and other places in dallas.

We had a nice experience here. The ladies working were happy to offer samples to test before buying. The ice cream and toppings were delicious!

I used to love these Häagen-Dazs branded ice cream stands as a kid but like many things, it seems they aren't what they used to be. The service was okay, but the ice cream was fairly mid. I'd probably only come back if I was in the mall for awhile.

Maria at the galleria store was a thorough professional who immediately replaced our ice cream when we complaint about the waffles. Appreciate her customer service. These are the people who attract more business. Good job Maria keep it up 👍

Very rude woman at the cash. It seems like others here have also encountered her... After ordering, she asked my friend and I if we had been helped. I told her that we had placed our order, but we just were waiting for it. She glared at us and said condescendingly, "k, so y'all have been helped." Eventually the order came from someone working behind her. Before leaving, my friend asked the young lady a question about where we could locate something in the mall (it was our first time there) and she once again stared at us angrily like we had insulted her mother. She dismissively gave him some type of non-answer and we moved along to find things ourselves. The ice cream itself was okay, but I would prefer to pay for a product where staff are even just a little friendly. Seeing as how they've had complaints for years, I'd recommend avoiding. There's definitely better places to grab a treat at the mall - absolutely wouldn't take a child or an older person there to be subjected to unnecessary attitude.

We got the banana split, coffee frappe with caramel, small ice cream 🍦 and all tastes good but a little bit pricey too.

Spent the afternoon in a blissful chocolate coma after my visit to Haagen Dazs!!! So happy to discover a store in the city, as they carry several great flavors that you cannot find in the grocery store freezer. The Belgian Chocolate chocolate ice cream is my fave! Rich chocolate ice cream, with small slivers of belgian chocolate pieces interspersed... mmm mmm mmmmmmmm creamy, chocolate-y DELISH! Today I decided to incorporate the Belgian Chocolate chocolate into a "Dazzler" -Häagen-Dazs version of the ultimate, decadent sundae! Three scoops of ice cream alternating with layers of hot fudge, and smashed oreo cookies - topped with whipped cream and more chocolate sauce!!!! CHOCOLATE HEAVEN. It is extremely rich and sweet - you can have the dazzler made with any flavor ice cream you choose. Pretty decent size @$6 a pop - I personally can never finish a whole one. You can also get shakes, smoothies, cakes, and cookies to satisfy your sweet tooth! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This used to be a great stop at the mall, but they could use some improvements. First they are extremely slow. Even though I was the only customer it took longer than usual for someone to talk to me and then longer for my order.my order was a shake. It came out super melted and more like melted ice cream than a shake.

The reason why this place has crappy reviews is because employees can give 2 f**** about this place. Today I went to check out the ice cream and I noticed that the flavor tags were messed up. They had vanilla where it shouldn't be and praline flavor misplaced as well. I let the employees know so they could change it for the customers. I was trying to help them out. As a business owner if that was my business I would like to know so I can correct it. Anyway, apparently me helping them out with my one sentence observation was a nuisance to the girl in front (brunette). She gave me attitude, acknowledged they knew it was wrongly placed yet did nothing about it. Next time I just won't try to help. Screw this place. It always sucks to see when employees don't care about their work place.

I just went up to get ice cream. I was told that they don't have the ice cream out because the freezer is too cold. Really.......

I was really disappointed that I finally find a store and it sucked!! The service with the employees was bland not very a nice happy experience, but not bad customer service. The ice creams- half of the options were soup like melted unfrozen ice cream apparently they were defrosting the freezer. Why try to sell melted ice cream? They also looked upset when my spouse and I asked to try the ice cream. Also why sell a kiddie cup size for 3.50 if you can get the same size at Walmart or Target for $1.00?

Very disappointed in my $7.24 milkshake! The girl did not know what she was doing, she seemed untrained. And on top of that she was the only one there. This is a failure on the part of management. Who leaves an untrained employee to man the front by themselves!?!? Our milkshake was so much milk that you could hardly taste the ice cream, and she gave us a small when we asked for a regular. Definitely will not be going back to this location.

3.5 stars. First time at a Haagen Dazs! I got a small cookies and cream cup, which was very satisfying. The ice cream was soft and creamy, but not runny. The cashier was friendly and fast!

I was visiting Dallas and got a scoop of ice cream at this location and they gave me the lid of a cup and claimed it was a cup when it obviously wasn't. I'm sure this is just some way of them trying to cut costs but it was really unacceptable especially when the lady argued it was not a lid but rather an actual cup.

I bought a shake from them and for $8 it was runny, but the flavor was ok. I don't think that I'll be back.

I got their strawberry banana smoothie & my bf got a praline & cookies n cream scoop of ice cream. The smoothie is pretty easy to make. They just added pomegranate juice with a banana & strawberry ice cream. My bf ice cream taste just like any other store bought ice cream. All this for about $10...some things are only pricey because of the brand name. Doesn't live up to the name.

Love love love the rocky road ice cream here. This particular location is inside the Galleria mall. Whenever I need a sugar fix, they always have the freshest cookies and the best ice cream. Lines are usually long but move quickly.

Very good! I love it my favorite ice cream definitely! In my opinion the dulce de leche or chocolate are the best flavors.

Worst customer at the ice cream parlor .. he didn't bother to explain the types of shakes when asked and he seemed extremely disinterested and even seemed to looked down upon us .. we left in a fury and didn't want to purchase , however tempting the ice cream looked ...

I went to this shop the second time. The milk shake was slightly better, but not better than Dairy Queen's. I recently went to the San Antonio Hagen Dazs shop and again is very satisfied with their milk shakes. I paid more attention on the ice cream portions served for the milk shakes and obviously San Antonio's beat Dallas' by miles. Unless this part is fixed, there will not be any improvements at the Galleria's shop.
