I like to thank The manager and team at the Habit Burger & Grill 1730 East Craig road they have excellent customer service great hospitality and always greet me with a smile when I enter the business so The two young ladies in the picture One is the manager and the lady in the singular photo is Ty .I would like for them to be awarded for this . Thank you for having them there at the habit making people's day so if you're looking for a great place to eat with good quality food I advise you to go over to the habit and grill on East Crab road you will not regret it they have the most gracious welcome when you enter the building even before you're in the building and the door opens you hear them all yell out Hi welcome that's the way to run the business. So go check out the habit you will not be dissatisfied and the workers stick together they work so hard, I love going in there to watch them and I'm eating or even going in order dine in or out and I just would like to say thank you

The food is great. Employees are great, and I never got bad service. But it is a bit expensive.

Very good restaurant, quick and friendly service, nice variety of choices on the menu. I had the teriyaki burger, side of tempura green beans and large Pepsi, delicious they paired perfectly together

Anyone who has been to Habit Burger knows it's burgers and chicken, salads and more made to order and so good. Prices are good, clean restaurant, it's just plain good 👍

I visited this place with a few folks and came highly recommended for their burgers and fried green beans. The burger was just alright. Thin meat. A bit greasy which was fine, but I've had better, more satisfying burgers from other burger joints. I recommend trying their freshly fried green beans though.

Being a gig worker, I'm constantly picking up from this location. I've always been greeted, and the wait (if any)is no issue.The employees are well dressed and attentive, and it shows professionalism.The lobby and seating area are nice and clean as well.Tried the food and i was not disappointed. Please don't change!

Well worth the wait! My food is always hot,fresh and delicious! I normally get the #1(cheeseburger combo). But, tonight I got the #6(Santa Barbara char meal). And I'm glad I did. See you soon! 😊

This was my first time going won't be my last the food was GREAT I hand the chicken sandwich much bigger than I expected and the price wasn't bad either my husband had the hamburger and he said it was cooked just the way he like it and the best part I can walk there I hope they stay open a very long time good clean and friendly places are very HARD to find my server was Roslin what a nice young lady.

Burgers and fries were delicious, Oreo shake was too. Employees were so sweet and quick. Lobby was clean and everything was fully stocked. Will be coming here again!

Love this place and the food but employees need to pay attention to what the order says because I put no onions due to an allergy and guy making it spoke no English and she had to tell him that it said extra lettuce & pickles and no onions. All he did was take off the onions off and didn't put anything I requested for extra on it. Disappointed this time around. I asked for extra garlic sauce on the side and barely got any in a cup, maybe a nickel sized drop. I really hope management takes care of this because I could have ended up in the hospital due to having raw onions touch the other ingredients so I couldn't enjoy my burger at all. On a good note the lobby is always clean and the pepper bar is very well stocked. It's always quiet in there and not a lot of noise. Good location just staff needs to pay more attention to customer needs

I am a big fan of habit burger because I used to work right next to one. I love their fries, the burger has lots of flavor and it's pretty affordable. My friend picked up food from this location and I was bummed because the fries were way overdone. All I could taste was the overdone/burnt flavor. I understand making a mistake but at some point of overcooking it has to be redone. I love the sweet potato fries so this was really unfortunate. They didn't include any sauces for our fries. ):

Inside was fully stocked and clean, customer service was great the cashier was friendly and quickly answered all the questions we had for a few burgers/sandwiches. Portobello mushroom burger was fabulous if you like mushrooms you'll like this burger. Bacon cheddar Chargrilled burger is what my husband got and he enjoyed it as well. Better than any burger joint around here, check them out highly recommend!

I had to give this place 1 stair because it wouldn't give me a choice of doing a negative 3 stars I am beyond livid I ordererd two number 5"none with a large coke and one with a large lemonade plus a lemonade on the side with an ice cream cone the ice cream was almost melted my food was cold the fries were old and the lemonade wasn't lemonade it was ice water I'm not sure what was going on in there today but it was a horrible visits I am so angry that I spent my money on this trash and did I mention when he handed me my drinks he handed me a cup holder and one of my kids were not on correctly the soda spilled on a check I had next to me never ever again I spent toooooooooo much money to not have been able to enjoy my meal

Nothing special, and honestly for the price it's probably not worth it. It's a charburger. Sort of like a small step above Carl's Jr. Beyond that, there's really no unique qualities to their burgers.

There's a problem in this country with pale skin, Mexicans being racist towards black Americans.... Obviously, this epidemic has reached the Habit Inn North Las Vegas earlier today I ordered online two burgers and some nuggets. When I went inside to get my food, I stood at the counter and one gentleman absolutely ignored me, and the other lady played it off as if I wasn't even standing there and when the other female walked in obviously not a black woman. They immediately turned and attempted to serve her, I needed to speak up in order to get service. I know this will fall on deaf ears, but everyone in Diaspora be on the lookout!!

I've never been "Catfished" by a burger joint before until now. I picked, by the use of pictures posted, for the biggest burger available. What I got was a burger the size of a McDonalds tiny cheeseburger. How is this place getting Rave Reviews? The price of the burger and what I received don't seem to correlate. I will never try this place again.

TIPPING FOR EXACTLY WHAT? I placed my order at the counter I pay for it. I am giving a little buzzer to know when I should come pick the order up at the counter myself. I am given a drink cup, which I have to serve myself. I eat my meal then I have to clean my table throw my trash away and put the tray in the appropriate location. I have to get my own condiments, my own napkins. So as far as service exactly what did your people do that commands a 20 to 30% tip you automatically program into your credit card machine and then a bad attitude? I'll be deleting my Habit app good luck you won't be receiving any more of my business. Now that you're done reading this your first thought wow he's a jerk. No I'm just an individual that is tired of being taken advantage of. It's called you're playing the percentages. A percentage of the people will feel embarrassed to not give a tip.

I haven't been to the Habit since leaving California in 2017. I just realized there was one on Craig, so we had to try it. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with tomato & pickles. No mayo. I also ordered the meal which comes with fries & a drink. The burger itself was absolutely delicious. Char broiled & not over cooked. The Fries were Outstanding. Just perfectly cooked. They have coke products. Which is fantastic. Bottom Line: we will absolutely be back.

Every time I go there it's something I swear. There's an online offer which says "Free Charburger with the purchase of a drink". I order a drink and a regular Cesar salad. I get to the window and they say it's not going through. Mind you there is 2 offers online but I made sure it was the right one and it still didn't go through. She tells me the manger says since you didn't get the burger it won't discount anything or give it to me for free. I explain the offers and she says that what the manger says and says sorry. I'm upset by the whole encounter and won't be going back anytime soon.

I was craving the yummy Santa Barbara Char after a long day at work, I so decided to drive out of my way to this Habit (was the closest). I found it strange that it was empty and not a single car in line, but considered myself lucky at this point!!! I pulled up to the window, paid for my meal and waited.. and waited... and waited some more! I was thinking " why is it taking so long, no one is here" then I just looked at the bright side that at least it would be fresh. I noticed a young lady throwing some grayish brown rubbery looking meat (I'm guessing) onto what I assumed to be the grill. Against my better judgment, I ignored the glaring sign and nagging inner voice to just cancel my order and drive quickly away. I was too committed, I already invested 10+ minutes and over 10 miles. I finally get my food and drive off. After about 5 mins and a few fries, I could no longer wait to get home to sink my teeth into one of my favorite burgers. I took a bite and almost immediately realized the texture was off. I took another bite and it was very soggy! I turned on the light in my truck and was shocked to see this under cooked poor excuse for a $9 burger patty staring back at me. How could they not cook it completely when no one was there and I waited over 10 minutes? What were they doing? The patty isn't even thick!! I then put the pieces together and realized why there was no one there in the drive thru. I was disgusted and turned the truck around to go back and let the manager see what they were serving. I walked up to the counter and asked for the manager. She walked right up ( completely annoyed ) and just picked it up and threw it in the trash. No questions asked! Like this is the norm.. I realized that she was the person I mentioned earlier that was struggling to toss the grayish meat on the grill. She came from that area and was still wearing what appeared to be the same gloves. She dug into the cash register and gave me a refund. I'm sure the money she handed to me is contaminated with raw meat residue because she did NOT change or remove her gloves. I told her I really hope I don't get sick. She just looked past me... She handed me the money, no apology, no explanation. She might as well have told me to go f$&@ myself. I asked for a business card for the corporate office and she said I can Google the info. It's online. I think she may have single handily broke this #Habit of mine! You're welcome

We enjoyed our burgers, onion rings and green bean fries! Habit never disappoints! Hubby had the Charburger with cheese and Onion rings! I had the Teriyaki char with cheese and tempura green beans! All tasted great!!!

Had the pretzel pub burger, it was very good. Had this with sweet potatoes and iced tea. Love the bread.

Amazing location. Super friendly staff front and back of the house. Always clean location. Food here is always done right. My fav go to atm teriyaki grilled chicken or the grilled chix club w side of onion rings or garlic fries thanks Habit I'll see yaal tomorrow again!

So bomb! The drive through was friendly and accommodating I swapped for sourdough and added avocado to the portobello char. Literally perfection. The bread was buttery and toasted and everything was fresh. Mmmmm so good!

The customer service was outstanding greeting us straight from the door let us take our time to order without feeling rushed and the food was AMAZING in one sitting this has become my new favorite location whenever I'm feeling habit

The worst HABIT in Las Vegas. I went there to have a good fast food dinner. Absolute worst ever. If I could give no stars I would. Went through the drive thru on my way home. I waited at the drive up window for about 20 mins without being greeted. Can easily see the employees standing around doing nothing at times. I actually knocked on the window. It scared the employees a little bit. The kid opened the window and said WHAT WE ARE BUSY ?!?! I told the employee to cancel my order then drove home. Do not get how the location on Criag in north Las Vegas is still open.

I love Habit Grill. No matter which location I've been to, I've always left satisfied! Another great visit to Habit! I was hungry and in the area... I saw Habit Grill and had to stop! This seems to be a brand new building and location.... Either that, or they do an amazing job at renovations and cleaning! I always order the same thing. Cooked perfectly to order! You can taste the freshness in their food! The staff was very friendly, and everyone worked very hard to get people our food. Bathroom was spotless, which is very important to me. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone

We went through the drive thru. There was a long line and it was moving very slow. Once we got to the order window the girl who took our order was a little rude. When we got to the window to pay , our drinks had soda all over the outside of the cups. The food was pretty good but I have had better at different locations. If you're in the area and don't mind mediocre service then I recommend.

I ate chicken Caesar salad there and I had Diarrhea for a week. Not sure if I want to ever go back to that place ever again.

Stopped by yesterday. My limit is one fast food meal a week for health reasons. Had the single char-cheeseburger meal. The fries were good and hot. They had a bottle of Heinz Malt Vinegar available for the fries, a special treat that I enjoy along with sport peppers and jalapeños. The burger meat patty was similar to In-N-Out but Char-grilled, tasty. Where they failed was the veggies on the sandwich. The tomato was a small scrap and kind of wilted. Lettuce was chopped, not leafed. Nothing special. The raw onion was three skinny, small, thin rings of red onion. The sad veggies was the dealbreaker. I expect "Fresh" and substantial on a $9 Single meal. The order taker was helpful, pleasant and efficient. They have salads and grilled Tuna on the menu. In-N-Out, Five Guys and others are a much better value. Won't be back. Sorry Charlie.

Where is the meat? Double patty not. Service was good. Had to wait a great amount of time for my order. Not too sure if I will return

I was just there at 9:30 I told them 3 times make my burger plain she said of course I will be sure to tell them plain. It was not plain what a disappointment they just wanted to close already oct 8 Night Shift your the reason I'm no longer eating here because of the customer service as well. I would go back to get a refund but they are closed now. Please do better. I'm allergic this is peoples lives.

So this is the Habit Burger I've been hearing so much about. I have to say I like it. Love the ambience, the decor and the music. Although still very new, the staff don't look overwhelmed at all. They only had one register working when we went but the line went fast. You order, they give you a buzzer thingy(haha) and wait for it to BUZZ. I was pleasantly surprised by the 3 kinds of chili peppers at the condiment counter. Aside from the soda fountain, they have 3 kinds of freshly brewed iced teas and 2 other specialty drinks. My favorite so far is the peach & ginger nectar. It was refreshing with a little zing. I even got some small pieces of ginger. In my drink...yum. We ordered a Santa Barbara for the hubby, a char burger for me and a kid's char burger meal for the kiddo. All our burgers looked so good, I couldn't wait to take a bite. The veggies and the pickles in the sandwich was delicious. I liked that the lettuce was shredded. The hubby enjoyed his Santa Barbara. My burger was pretty good too especially with the peppers. The fries were crisp as well. Although we enjoyed our meal, I still prefer the burgers and fries at In-N-Out. They do have items on the menu that I would like to try so we will definitely be back. Might even sneak in a big jug so I can take more of that peach & ginger nectar home.

Mood - lunch This review is solely based on my drive thru experience. The customer service received was very friendly and hospitable. Opted for the #1 charburger with cheese combo, and of course those tempura green beans that they are known for. Nothing in my order disappointed in the slightest. I would def recommend- pricing to me is definitely reasonable for the quality of food. As it isn't your typical fast food. Now they even offer brussel sprouts ( seasonal item ) Everything was packed and ready for us in a very timely fashion. Location is Craig / Losse- ample parking

As a meal a fast food burger is pretty much a burger anywhere. What separated The Habit from the other places was the amazing friendly service at the drive through. The girl was exceptional and made me feel like I was in a real restaurant environment being served by a waitress working for tips. I don't know if that's an everyday practice but my trip was like that and I'll definitely go back.

I got the veggie burger my way, it was delicious and I will definitely get it again. The party was cooked perfect and the sauces I picked complemented the burger so well.

i came in the other day and food was great the service was also grate Jamie was the nicest person ever . He took my order with great respect and was quick with getting my food out asking how the food was and taking my tray , He told us to have a great day and cleaned up after us , place was clean probably due to him he also helped clean up after my son clogged the toilet he was such a kind man !

I love this burger spot it was my first time trying The Habit , and the Patties were cooked to perfection and juicy and the cheese was perfectly melted! The staff is super friendly and kind, the restaurant was very clean and up to standards, overall I loved this place definitely will be coming back

I see why they have 3 stars, I have no issues paying $12 for a burger but not getting it in my order really sucks. I had 2 choices, drive 20 min back to the store or go on the all for a refund. Well they also didn't give me a receipt. If i can give a negative score I definitely would. PLEASE check your order prior to leaving and yes I should of checked my bag. But even McDonald's can get it right and they charge $5 for a burger lol

This was my first time trying out this burger place with some friends and it was great! The service was kind, friendly and also quick. The line was a bit long but the cashier got everyone's order super quick. The food spoke for itself. I thought everything tasted amazing overall & i will definitely go back, good thing I live super close! 100% recommended.

Unpopular opinion, but I like Habit better than In N Out. The service is always quick, there's plenty of options for everyone and you can't beat their tempura green beans. I was super excited when this location opened since this area is always in need of new and exciting food options. It's right next to Canes and even has a drive thru. Inside it's pretty small and tends to get super busy around lunch time. Some of my favorites here are the salads and ahi tuna sandwich. The salads here are seriously impressive. The portion sizes are huge and the ingredients are fresh. They also have about 4-5 different options which you wouldn't expect from a burger joint. The Habit really has it all. Great salads, lots of burgers and other alternative sandwiches. The pricing is also super reasonable too. I highly recommend this place as a tasty lunch spot!

I love this location so much, unlike some other locations I have been to, the staff is very welcoming. I walk in and I am greeted with a welcome, even though it wasn't my first time they went through the whole menu, let me know their personal favorites and feedback they've heard from other customers. Overall 9.5/10 experience the tenderloin steak sandwich with teriyaki was exquisite, and the green beans were even better, can't forget the ranch. Definitely will visit atleast once a week from now on.

Not the same place I tried in Orlando!!!! The food in Orlando was so good I went 3xs!! This place is a joke. 1st off the cashier was trying to fly thru my order and screwed it up verbally, then she still gave me a burger w/cheese when I requested it not 2 have cheese. So I had to drive 15mins back to have a burger remade w/no cheese. Got home the burger doesn't seem to be fresh patted out ground beef, but more of a frozen beef pattie style burger, which it was ok for a starving person, but not a gourmet burger. Fries were fresh, but everyone shared the same sentiment about the burgers. They're just OK. With In N Out & 5 Guys near I'll stick w/theirs instead.

This fast food establishment is horrible! I ordered burgers and received two grilled hard burgers. The meat was dry and had no taste. Didn't taste like a burger at all. The only reason I didn't take it back is because I lived about 4 miles away. Either way, I wouldn't be back

I would eat here all the time because the burgers tasted very high end (like steakhouse burgers). But last night I went to the Craig location and I was a bit disappointed. The burgers seemed a bit thin, the buns tasted stale, and all you could taste was the lettuce. It literally tasted like ice. I wonder if they changed where they buy the meat, but the burgers tasted low end (Burger King, McDonald's). The fries were okay and that's about it.

Not sure whats up with this one but they are SLOW. They get part of the order done then it sets on the counter waiting a long time for the rest of the order. First part of the order is now ice cold...REALLY!! Not too smart are ya. Response: Thank you for the offer. I do not provide my honest opinion to help others for free merchandise. The way you can show that you do care about your customers and provide great customer service, which IS the heartbeat of your success, is to fix the issues brought to your attention. I am extremely irritated I usually order at my Decatur location and have no issues yet I go to this one and yikes! I asked for no cheese repeated it 4 plus times and still ended up with cheese on my veggie burger and these people actually gave me wilted lettuce and old soggy tomatoes talk about disgusting then I asked for light ice yet got a cup full of ice! On top of that my fries are covered in way too much salt!!! And my food was cold like I'm pregnant and starving and can't even eat because this place serves disgusting old food to it's customer's, thanks for nothing I definitely won't make the mistake of coming back to this location!!! No star's

GOOD The place is spanking brand new. Located next to raising canes on Craig and Losee. Nice to see a stand alone building go up in this area... The food is made to order...so everything is hot and fresh. It took like 10 minutes for a tri-tip sandwich at walk in. Bread was buttery and crispy for my sandwich. The tri-tip was cooked medium well and they didn't skimp on the meat either. Overall a tasty sandwich in my opinion for the price. The decor is Cali inspired due to its origins of the establishment. Plenty of seating and inviting to dine in... They offer brew teas...not fake tea. Also fountain drinks of coke products. Liked that they had a selection of juices with ginger and peach infused water based products. BAD the staff was new and a little slow on register due to being new. Neither of the 2 staff I encountered at register had sampled the tri-tip or grilled tuna sandwiches. Maybe management could have the employees sample the menu...just saying?

$10 for a burger that was only all right, but the almost 30 minute wait in the drive through (no exaggeration) with only two cars ahead of me pretty much killed any chances of me coming back here again. I can't spend half my lunch hour in a drive through. I don't care if they're serving filet mignon at the window. And TEN BUCKS for a burger, fries and coke?? Yikes.

I feel like this place has gotten worse. Placed a to go order. Burger was made with items I requested off, no napkins, straw, or ranch for the onion rings (which menu states it comes with). Also was trying to apply an offer on the app, and even though I ordered required items to qualify for the offer, app wouldn't accept it. At that point, restaurant was busy, and I was sick of dealing with it, so also did not get offer. I feel I should have just gone to 5 Guys

This was only my second time eating at The Habit. I don't remember what I ordered the first time. I think it was something healthy. Today I was craving a burger so I went back. I got the Double Char, fries, and the chicken bites. The burger was so fresh, hot, and juicy. The fries were hot and also pretty good. The chicken bites were crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. I had them with the honey mustard sauce which was straight fire! The food here kind of reminds me of those Cali burger stands. They lost a star because of the high prices. Also the drive thru line moved kind of slow. Other than that, I'll keep The Habit in my burger night rotation.

I ordered the Original Charburger combo. The burger comes topped with lettuce, tomatoes, carmelized onions, pickles, and mayo. My burger was seasoned well and the fries were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft inside. I substituted my drink for a chocolate shake which was delish. It was thick, creamy, and had loads of chocolate flavor.

Ordered the tenderloin steak for 8.29 last night, 10.3.2021. The sandwich literally had two small slices of meat, 1/4 tomato, and soggy lettuce. The slices of meat appeared as if, originally, it was one small slice of meat cut en half. Needless to say, I did not consume the sandwich. It should have been .99 then I would have consumed it because I would have known that I had received a meal worthy of its price. The tempura string beans were good and the chicken caprese on garlic ciabatta was good; I was able to taste my Soulmate's sandwich. Check your food before leaving their restaurant!

Had to burger remade 3 different times in one sitting for the first one raw burger second one had raw onions and then my last burger I got wasn't cooked all the way either so I got tired of it and just went home won't come back again to get food again. Very disappointed and the cooks and manager was talking crap under there breath in Spanish acting like I didn't know what they where saying and it was the night crew that worked in Thursday so I do not recommend coming here during the night time to eat. very disappointed. And I paid over 70 dollars.
