"Opening its sixth Nevada location at 1730 E. Craig Road in North Las Vegas this month, this fast-casual restaurant occupies a 2,885-square-foot space with seating for about 70, an outdoor patio, California-inspired interior décor and an all-new drive-thru window, and sits near Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers and In-N-Out Burger. The menu emphasizes 100 percent fresh ground beef that’s never frozen and is chargrilled over an open flame; tuna steak sandwiches are made with line-caught, sushi-grade tuna, and chicken breasts are hand-filleted and marinated in-house. Salads feature house-made ranch dressing, and sides such as French fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries and tempura green beans are cooked in soybean oil that is 100 percent trans-fat free. This location joins existing outlets at Fashion Show, the Hughes Center, in Henderson on North Stephanie St., and on North Decatur Boulevard in North Las Vegas." - Susan Stapleton
