An absolutely incredible experience with the best Omakase I have had. Everything from the food to the service to the theatre was next level. Great work to team Hakuba!

Had a great time at the place, paid the bill in cash (737 euros) and left a 50 euro tip, and in the morning I found out that the restaurant had charged my card the same 737 euros with the wording "We are very sorry that you did not come". Honestly, now I think it would have been better not to come. Nonsense. Give me my money back.

You don't have to go all the way to Japan to enjoy incredible sushi—this place delivers it right here. It's not just a meal, it's a full-on entertainment experience.

New Omakase at Cheval Blanc worth the visit. Collaboration between 3 chefs delivers a great experience with perfect rice, outstanding fish and subtle tastes. Certain to make noise in the already excelente Parisian japanese scene!!

As someone who has visited almost all NYC omakase restaurants with Michelin stars, I was really looking forward to trying Hakuba. The beginning of the dinner felt incredibly rushed, I was literally putting pieces of apps in my mouth while looking at the drink menu to order my drink. Never in my life I have felt so rushed. The apps were great, the sous chef did a great job delivering such great and intricate French-Japanese cultures into the dishes. The pastry chef was astounding, never have we had such incredible desserts, I believe these two portions of the meal is what made me have Hakuba 3 stars. However, when the chef came and began to make his nigiri portion, the meal went downhill. The first piece was salty, so salty and citrusy. I thought it was just one piece like this, but then almost all of the nigiris were the same except a few brushed with soy sauce (those were wayyyy better). Also, the rice was coming out of the fish when picked up, first time ever to experience this as well… The matcha cheesecake and the bag were cute tho!
