A Hidden Gem with Amazing Afghan-Mediterranean Flavors! **Rating:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently dined at this wonderful Afghan-Mediterranean restaurant and was blown away by the delicious food! I ordered the **kebab lamb chops**, which were incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. The dish came with fragrant rice, a fresh salad, and a side of crispy fries paired with a **delicious surprise sauce** that elevated the meal even more. The restaurant itself is a cozy, no-frills spot, but don’t let that fool you—the flavors here are outstanding! The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. This place is truly a **hidden gem**, and I can’t wait to come back to try more dishes. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic, flavorful Afghan-Mediterranean cuisine!

We stopped in on our way back to Cali after a long weekend getaway. The older man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the Lamb Chops, Chapli Kabob, and Gyro Wrap. The lamb chops were cooked to a perfect medium, they were soft, succulent and seasoned to perfection. They weren't dry or too gamey at all. Just perfect! 👌 The gyro was also excellent could use a little less of the veggie toppings, but I am just being picky. The chapli kabob although cooked to a crispy exterior and soft juicy interior was cooked to perfection, but was bland and not seasoned well. Could have used some more salt and pepper. The Qabuli Palaw was amazingly delicious. The sides of the chutney were the perfect compliment to the meal, along side the side salad. This was an altogether excellent meal for lunch. The portion sizes are enough to feed 2 people per dish especially considering the low prices per dish. None of our food was left behind we took it to eat on the road. It was perfect for the end of our trip. We will definitely be back next time.

Great place to have halal food, with kebabs and Rolls were really good. The lamp is the best buy chicken was fine.

The kabobs were juicy and tender, and the rice dishes were fragrant and flavorful. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and ensuring a memorable dining experience. If you're looking for delicious Afghan cuisine in Las Vegas, Chopan Kabob is a must-visit!

Chopan is run by people who cook great food and ensure that their customers have a great time. They are friendly, affable folk - making great suggestions, tending to global tastes, while ensuring there is no compromise on authenticity and taste. The kababs were juicy and flavorful, the lamb was falling off the bone, and the spices in the rice were balanced to perfection (see photos). Don’t give this place a miss if you are in the area.

An authentic halal restaurant. I am interested in trying Afghan food. The owner is very welcoming, the restaurant is very clean, the barbecue is great, the beef and mutton are of high quality, and the lamb leg on the pilaf is stewed very soft and tasty. It is delicious.

We love all our food, the pita bread, very good service was very great 👍 👌 I recommend big time clean place, fresh ingredients. The green sauce was our favorite. He recommended that sauce. I wanted a bottle for me to purchase it. We had kaboo plates, plenty of food on the plate.
