Halal-N-Out

Absolutely delicious and LARGE portions! We have gone back a few times now and have gotten the chicken tenders (very large - similar to Popeyes) the wings - got the lemon pepper, and the chicken over rice bowls which were absolutely delicious, one of tbe best in the city! Everyone’s always been extremely nice, and delivery has always been quick. Highly recommend

There is a lack of Halal spots in Williamsburg but I am very grateful we get access to this one. I think this is one of my favorite Halal spots in NYC and I am so fortunate to have it so close to me.

Went here after looking for some good halal eats on social media and came across this place. Obviously if you want rice platters or gyros, you can get them from the 100s of thousands of Halal carts in the city, and you'd be saving some money, but this place is worth it. We ordered the shrimp rice platters and masala fries plus drinks, and our total came out to be around $21 or so. This place is on the pricier side, but it's definitely worth it. For starters, you won't find shrimp rice platters like this anywhere else. The shrimp was jumbo sized and beautifully coated and each bite was full of flavor. The salad was incredibly seasoned and flavorful, and featured a diverse variety of veggies, such as cucumbers, onions, peppers, lettuce, and tomatoes. And they did not skimp on the sauces either. The shrimp rice platters was simply sensational. And we can't forget the masala fries either, these are not your typical Cajun seasoned fries, these fries have genuine masala flavor that's present in every fry and it's incredibly irresistible. Paired with the platter, it was a solid meal. I'm definitely going to go out of my way to come here every time I'm in the city.

I enjoyed my food definitely 5 star omg yum!!! Mohammad is the best young boss Arab in all the halals lol he recommends the best items and haves good knowledge on the food they make.they have an awesome team work method. It’s was fun and comfortable. The Owner Rey is a hard working man . Bless these men !!! 5 f’ing start!!!!

From the looks of it, it may look like one of those halal places that sells everything and doesn’t specialize in any type of food. I tend to get worried bc the quality check on every item could be overseen. But out of maybe 100 gyro places I’ve ate at this has got to be top 20. The quality was up to bar. Chicken was very juicy and had good flavor. Lamb was about normal. The pita was nice and crispy. Nothing fell short. Quantity was a nice portion. And the people working were very nice.

See bullet points below: **Please see PHOTO for size of portion, then realize I ALREADY ATE HALF of it when I took pic, also I added some jalapeños, but I think they have extras on site too* -math makes it a better deal than in the city -taste makes it equal to most in the city carts (there’s a wide range, if you know you know) -there aren’t any carts by us for there to be a loss of income for the carts… -Culturally diverse and welcoming staff Just to be thorough, only criticism from that visit: -chicken Slightly dry without sauce, but I would never do halal w/o white sauce/hot sauce, so it’s never a problem Edit: 3/3/22 chicken was great today, so chock one up for outliers 😉

I ordered about 80 wings & 40 chicken tenders for my son's birthday and they were a hit !!! The wings were seasoned to perfection and the chicken tenders were huge & perfectly crisp white meat chicken. Delivery was seamless & the manager was extremely accommodating over the phone. Will definitely order from them again.

No In N Out? No problem. I pass by this place all the time and tonight was finally the night I was ready to try this place. As someone who grew up in CA on In N Out, I was surprised to see a homage to that chain all the way out here in NYC. It tastes nothing like In N Out by the way, it's more of a chargrilled style burger. I can see how this place would slap though as drunk food.

I've had halal-n-out twice now and I'll order it again. The portions are HUGE and the prices are great for the area. On top of those things, the flavors are amazing. The masala fries... get them!! So much flavor. My second favorite thing is the crispy chicken sandwich. Really crispy and i loved the bun. I thought the burger was pretty good too but we enjoyed the crispy chicken more. I will have to try the chicken & rice one day too. For some comfort food on a cheat day, this will be the spot. Great service with my deliveries, with nice folks on the phone and on time deliveries. Definitely recommend!

I came here around 12am on a Saturday night. I ordered a lamb gyro combo plate, which came with fries and a soda. It was about $17 including tip. The lamb gyro was good, but the fries tasted a bit burnt to me, and I thought the price was a bit steep.

Decent halal late night food place. They seem to do more delivery and take and eat at home/in the park meals because the place is relatively small inside and has zero seating. Just a high top surface to lean on and eat ..... and then go. Not a place that you will linger.... Got a mixed lamb and chicken rice and salad plate with half an order of flatbread and it was a generous portion for $12.99. My wife just got the lamb $10.99 and she could barely finish it. The write and green sauces are da bomb and the red/hot sauce is truly hot so be forewarned. I liked it - not so sure it checked all the boxes for my wife. Lotta rice. Still a good quick late night meal that's better than the nearby halal food trucks IMHO.

For $10 and a quick wait time, the chicken wrap was so totally worth it yesterday! I am glad I finally stopped by after passing Halal-N-Out on the way to the train perhaps hundreds of times. The cashier was kind also. If you're a hot sauce girly like me, they have the good stuff! I am sometimes turned off by halal places that have what I consider to be the wrong flavor of hot sauce, but this place is safe from that! The mix of white and hot sauce together over the chicken and veggies was *chef's kiss*.

I've passed by this place multiple times, so decided to try it out. The service was really quick. I was in and out within a few minutes. The staff is very nice. I got the Chicken over rice platter and I liked how it came in a big container. It is at least 2 meals for me. It is a really solid place and I like how they add cucumbers in the platter.

Came here in a pinch late on a Sunday night. We stopped in because it was one of the few places open and decided to give it a try. First off I'll start by saying the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Would definitely go back just bc of the service. The interior was clean, which goes a long way. And the food was pretty good. My bf ordered the chicken over rice, and he absolutely loved it. I got falafels with the white sauce and hot sauce. They were pretty good. Definitely would come back to try more of the menu!

I recently discovered Halal N Out and it brings back memories of the classic halal carts I grew up with in NY. Delicious protein, seasoned rice, large portions, friendly smiles all around from staff. This has become my favorite chicken & rice spot now! 10/10

In terms of fast food, this place definitely exceeded my expectations. Whether you want a meat and rice bowl, fried chicken, a pita, wrap, or hero, they've got you covered. When we got there there was a decent crowd so it makes sense that we had to wait a little while for our food, but it came out very hot and fresh. The seasoned fries and the fried chicken were both nicely flavored and had a great level of crisp. For only about $35 total we have enough food for maybe 3 meals each for 2 people. I definitely plan to order food from here in the future; they have free delivery for all orders over $10. The food may not have been perfect, but for the price and convenience, I think it's very worth it. Much better tasting (and most likely much cleaner) than halal carts.

Overall an enjoyable experience when you're hungry (I've only ever gone here when I'm hungry). I ordered the chicken and rice and chicken wings with fries. The wings and fries are made to order so very fresh and hot. Crispy level 10! The chicken and rice was also very indulgent. It came with a salad and pita. The white sauce was yummy. The staff are also very nice. I think I will visit again for sure!

Pass by this place every day so of course, it's a must try! I ordered via UberEats on a Wednesday (it had already been a really long week lol) and I was craving the rich fatty flavors of a nice halal platter. Oh, and of course a side of my favorite comfort food: cheese fries. I will admit that I had tried the cheese fries before so I knew they would be good, but I opted for them with bacon this time around. If I had only ordered the fries as a meal, I would recommend the bacon addition. This time, I could have probably skipped out on the excess sodium but nonetheless they slapped. Chicken and rice was solid, and I had no idea that there was a BOGO deal on ubereats so imagine my surprise when two of these massive bowls showed up at my door...let's just say it was a week of food for me. I think the flavors were great and I appreciated the raw veggies, my only nitpick is that I will try to request the white sauce on the side next time!

I came across this restaurant while searching for food to order. I was thinking of getting chicken over rice from the halal cart however this place caught my eye. There's so many options to choose from, sandwiches, gyros, rice, pita, wings, fries and other sides. I was craving rice so I decided on the mixed meat (chicken and lamb) over rice. There's two options for rice, seasoned rice and brown rice. I wasn't sure what seasoned rice entailed so I chose brown rice. It's a long grain brown rice, pretty good imo. The chicken and lamb were both really good, it was well seasoned and texture was just right. The lamb especially, I enjoyed a lot. It reminded me of sausage and didn't have that grainy smell to it. They also have extra sauce on the side as requested and had a green sauce as well. I don't think this issue is with the restaurant itself however still took off a star for it. I had placed the order through Yelp and the estimated time for pick up was between 2:44 to 3:05PM. I had walked over to the restaurant 5 minutes prior to the estimated time and it was already packed and placed to one side. Had I waited for the notice that my food was ready, it would've sat for a long time. But I would definitely come back again even though it costs slightly more than what you'd pay at the carts.

Service is 10 outta 10 really nice guys but the food is not all the hype wings was super hard as f%#k and the Philly was eh ock from the corner store could of did better on this over priced meal

Hot dam I was shocked to see this place coming up after a night on my pinball league tournaments on a random Tuesday night - yeah it's obvious from the sign they might get a cease and desist letter for logo ingingment from the actual "in and out" burger chain that is from the west coast - but I was so shocked to see this I figured I'd mosey on in give myself a try Very clean - as most halal places are. I spoke to a few people outside and tried the chopped cheese sandwich - which to some of you folks might not know is basically a philly cheese steak sandwich with just a bunch of lettuce and tomatoes packed into a healthy grinder (sub, hoagie, foot long) and the guys cooking it were funny and nice - I was so skeptical just on the basis of the blatant name grab but my inquisitive nature has to know so I did it I used to work in the area so this place confused me but after I got my very fat hoagie at 12 in the morning for only $10 why it existed now here so I walked to a dog park I used to sneak shots in after my shift at work ended and vowed to only eat half of this huge sandwich in the essence that it might really be shitty and I had a garbage can to chuck in the spoils of war This sandwich did not disappoint - every bite was lathered in juicy beef, cheese, tomatoes, and onions baked into the beef which are great cause I hate raw onions. This sandwich was so delicious and so large - and if you understand when I use the term and consolation prize that it has "the drip" - I spotted rats in the park I had ducked into long away fro the restaurant while eating this brilliance far from the restaurant and the night predators oil factory senses kept them running up because they wanted to have a piece of the heaven I was having I had to get up twice to chase these predators away from this delicacy I was having because they knew I had the goods. Price was nice, the sandwich was stacked and had all the fixings, the beef to sandwich juice along with vegetables ratio was the mark of art - and for a Late night dude after having a couple of beers after a late night of Pinball league hunger and hoping to just get back on the train - I declare this sandwich worthy of its maker They've only been open two months - but there supreme compared to any any local del in the area i - I'm looking forward to trying there chicken wings and sandwiches next time I pin some balls - but this night when I decided I'd eat only half of this larger than the hair on marge sub - I ended up eating the whole thing and chasing rats out the park because they even knew I had the good kind of power you joint Show some love - good price and great for a late night fill

Best Halal Spot in Brooklyn!!!!!!! Just off the Williamsburg bridge, these plates will fill ur tummy in a heartbeat not the men took the white and hot sauce blended together

This place is definitely a safe choice if you want to get a fresh and filling meal. Came across it at random one day and I have been going back quite often. The portions are huge and price is definitely fair. Definitely give it a shot if you're in the area.

They have a hot chicken ghost kitchen that SLAPS SO HARD. Platters are great too. Love this place.

I am completely obsessed with this place. I've probably gotten food from here four times a week since stumbling onto it, and I've never been disappointed. Much higher quality than nearby Dar 525 (which isn't saying much), generous portions (a side of fries is a complete meal; a sandwich is enough for two day's dinner), nice guys manning the counters. A very solid addition to the neighborhood food scene.

Literally the most incompetent scammers. They can't get an order right and never understand what you say but sure know how to up charge you and miss items. These ppl are unprofessional and overcharge for the most mediocre food. Literally a chicken spot with artisan sandwich prices.

Dirt cheap price for the portion they give you!!! Basically is that of 2 meals!!! A bit greasy and personally have had better but can't go wrong with the price and portion size!

The chicken sandwich, burger, and boneless chicken (lemon pepper) are exceptionally done.

This place was great! I had the bacon cheeseburger and bacon cheese fries, can't wait to go back again. The staff was energized and very kind to me and all the other people inside. Recommend checking it out

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We have been there more than 10 times and it's CONSISTENT. So good and they listen to your preferences. I love them. If you want good halal food this is your spot. Our go-tos are the gyro wraps.

Have ordered take out from them twice now. Got the chicken gyro and lamb over rice and let me tell you this food is busting out the seams with sauce and flavor. Meat portions were fantastic and the rice is fluffy as fck. 10000/10

Food is delicious and good portions which are priced accordingly to portion and neighborhood area. It's more upscale for to go halal but yummy. I like their crispy seasoned fries and they have some good green sauce.

If you haven't been already come thru! Everything is on point from the food,service quality and portions. The combo platter and fried shrimp go crazy but before you leave treat yourself to the banana pudding milkshake!Thank me later

Great spot to grab a quick bite if you're looking to dine out. The staff is welcoming and the food is flavorful. Extraordinary "halal chicken spot" menu. They gave me an excellent deal.

I have been here twice and both times had the best food. For $10 I got the largest, most packed, most delicious halal. I have only had the chicken (which is spicy and juicy) and the lamb which is also excellent. They go heavy on the white sauce which is so delicious and the hot sauce is amazing too! My new go to spot for a good late night bite.

I've been disappointed by Halal-N-Out too many times. After tonight I won't go back. They don't listen, or can't hear over the music. I ordered a lamb gyro. They were cooking up a new batch of lamb, so I didn't mind the wait. But, when he started making my gyro, he scraped up the greasy bits left in the old pan. I asked for the new lamb, but he ignored me. This has happened here before. I had to throw it out. Disgusting and dripping grease. I will just go to Sammy's Halal truck on Bedford from now on. They are much more consistent, friendly, and cheaper. Sorry Halal-N-Out. I tried several times.

This place.... Is AMAZING. To start off we got excellent customer service by the always energetic Mo, then the fresh food.... Ooof they cut up pita and warm it up right there fresh for you. The meats are seasoned well, and oh boy, my neighbour was right! This is the spot!! Definitely better than halal guys 10/10 recommend!

None of the workers wear masks and they dont require the customers to wear masks either. Disgusting.

This place is reallll good. You will be paying double the price as you would from a street truck- I love those spots too- but this to me is worth the upcharge. I get half falafel half lamb over rice/salad. The falafel is decent, the lamb is delicious and tender. Their red hot sauce isn't too hot so you can add a bunch on top for flavor. It's an easy go to that's flavorful and doesn't feel too heavy.

This is buy far one of the freshest places to get your halal food. And THE ABSOLUTE BEST. You get a great amount of food too. The really tall dude with the beard is a great grill cook and really takes the extra step to make sure the customer is happy with their food.

Wanted to stop by more than once to give this place a fair assessment. I've tried the combo with rice and Italian cheeseburger. All good and fries are seasoned. Good place for something quick. Staff is super friendly. Great addition to the neighborhood for cheap eats

This place and the people working there are fantastic. I had such a great dinner there. Great to see people so proud to serve you their food. I could eat the chipped steak and cheese everyday. They're new to the neighborhood so I'd check it out if I were you.

The name caught the attention of me and my friend, and the menu was easy to see from the street. We were hungry and the menu sounded really good. The guys inside were really cool and welcoming. I think it's important when people care about the business they own/work at, and it was very obvious these guys are passionate about what they're doing. The food reflected that too. I got a Chicken Cheesesteak hero. It was a lot of flavor, a lot of food, but didnt make me feel bad afterwards. Also, the prices were very reasonable. 5star!
