23 Rooftop Bars and Restaurants With Spectacular Views Around Atlanta

The Best Places To Eat In Little Five Points

"One of our favorite parts about Corner Tavern is the chandelier hanging above the bar. There’s just something about seeing a massive assembly of empty Jameson bottles in a bougie chandelier formation that makes us feel like we’re in the right place. A dive bar with a unique statement piece is already a cut above, but Corner Tavern stands out even more with their little rooftop decked out in string lights overlooking Euclid Avenue. When we want the true dive bar feel, we stay inside (pool tables, darts, exposed brick walls, and mismatched wall decor) to grab a beer and order a Super Smash Burger because gouda and bacon make everything better." - juli horsford

Where to Drink Bottomless Mimosas in Atlanta

"Corner Tavern in Little Five Points has been serving one of the best and most varied brunches in Atlanta for years. Expect breakfast wings tossed in sauces like bacon maple hot sauce, brunchos (corn chips topped with queso, eggs, red onions, and fresh jalapenos), a chicken and waffle sandwich, and a breakfast Philly stuffed with steak, queso, and eggs. Bottomless mimosas are a weekend staple, too, during brunch." - Beth McKibben, Sarra Sedghi

Stopped in for a beer last week while we explored little 5. Nice setup-- the bar was empty but it was a Tuesday lunch. I could see them getting hopping on a weekend night or later in the day! Bar Staff was nice and I had no complaints. The decor was nice and Halloween and the wood working in the bar was beautiful.

Today was my first time visiting Little 5 Corner Tavern. It was fantastic. I always base my reviews on 3 major factors. The service, the cleanliness, and the food. All those things check for me. Sierra was fantastic. She made sure we were well taken care of. The decor and the view are fabulous. Parking can be a little problematic but first come first serve I guess.

Stopped in the Corner Tavern for dinner prior to attending a show at the Variety Playhouse. We've always liked the huge menu here which gives everyone plenty to choose from. My wife ordered the Chop Chop salad. At $11.50 for a small salad, it was disappointing in that there was very little bacon, which were small crumbles, and very little blue cheese crumbles. Also, there didn't appear to be any avocado in there. I ordered the Tavern Club which was good and the french fries were excellent. We've been here before and enjoyed it, so the issue with the salad may have been a one-off, but our server was very nice and took good care of us.

While visiting from out of town and needing some dinner before a concert at the venue down the block, I dropped into this satisfying place for a couple of draft beers and a fish & chips entrée. Perfect. Great service, pleasant rooftop dining, and delicious food. I liked the atmosphere, location, and everything about this place. Would recommend.

This little tavern is an amazing spot for a delicious food fun servers and an atmosphere. That makes it a necessary destination of L5P (Little 5 Points). I don’t like exaggerate when I think delicious. I’m talking about this food is so good. Honestly, I think someone needs to put in a submission for this place to the Food Network. The flavors are all there and consistent flavors. The balsamic burger is ultimately my favorite thing on the menu so far because of all the different flavors that marinade with each other. I also got the Caesar salad & that alone was otherworldly. I don’t think theres a word in the English language that can describe how elated my tastebuds were when eating that salad. Now let’s pair The deliciousness that comes from that menu with the atmosphere that encapsulates it. It’s a tavern yes, but it also gives you like a dive bar feel. The bartenders that I’ve met are extremely friendly shout out to Abby. But the real font comes from the server, Chandler. Baby! When I tell you that he is the personality and then some that is needed and he knows me very well. It all comes together in a pretty package that’s quintessential vibe of L5P. after all, I’m sharing my experience and my experience is 1000% consistent every time I’ve come. And I’ve been here four times already. So I implore you to try it for yourself and you can see that I am nowhere near shape, form or fashion lying. As a matter of fact, I’m gonna go there right now to get something to eat. Hope to see y’all there!

The atmosphere of the venue is nice. I sat on the roof. The view was awesome, but it was way too hot. There is very little shade on the roof. As for the customer service, our server was polite, friendly and move with urgency. The food, on the other hand was mediocre. I had the waffle burger and it had way too much sauce on it. The presentation was nice, but I couldn’t eat much because of the sauce. The highlight was the bottomless mimosas. They’re $16.00 per person, but it’s worth it. Overall, it was a nice spot to try and conveniently located. I would definitely come back to try a different plate and maybe sit inside.

The Blackened Bleu Burger IS A BEAST OF TASTY HEAVEN! I had the BLT. THE BLT is huge... and great! The Peppered Thick cut bacon is extra crispy porky goodness. My mother had the Chop Chop salad. She raved about it for 2 days afterwards. My Aunt had the Bourbon Glazed Salmon with Sweet Potato Hash, Sautéed Spinach, Mushrooms and Onions are insanely AMAZING! I personally recommend the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich, The Tavern Melt on a Bun, & The Fried Pickles. Dy-no-mite! The atmosphere is like Cheers... Where everybody knows your name! I don't know if they're always glad you came. The staff & management vibe really well and it shows. I've seen the same faces for several years now so it says something about consistency. Kudos to the kitchen staff. I will put it out there; Little 5 Corner Tavern can give The Vortex a run for it's money when it comes to burgers. Try for yourself and compare.

Listen. There’s always a place for someone in L5 and the fact that there’s a heavy metal bar makes my heart so happy. Whenever I walk through the doors and see all the nostalgic posters and banners, music and bar company it makes me feel like home. It’s an absolute must stop for anyone traveling or local.
