Halfsmoke

Pathetic! Specifically asked if they cooked the food on site it re heated it- the sole employee assured me he cooked everything there. Watched as he took the frozen chciken and placed it in the toaster- along with my funeral cake- all previously cooked and then reheated- chick was so over cooked it was brown thru the center- took it back and he remade it with chicken wings- three wings for the price of $16. On top of my half smoke that came with coleslaw of some type, that’s not mentioned not any menus, not to metntiob the sausage was dry and well over cooked !

Over priced aside from not being good. As a dc native I know what a half smoke should be and this isn’t it. First the wait time of 10 minutes seems like a bit much but after the 10 minute wait the food is cold. The half smoke itself wasn’t terrible but for the price I expected more than a luke warm half smoke with not great chili. The crab fries was literally cold fries with crab meat and old bay sauce and powder thrown on them not great. The milk shake was fine just not for the price the beer is small for the price. Overall I wouldn’t recommend if you like good food.

It was a "meh" experience. I was excited because I typically go to the DC location. I read reviews and understood this was more of a satellite location. First, the tacky signage every where was a turn off. Then they almost give ice cream parlor vibes with the display in the window. The different glass jars filled with goodies can entice children, however it looks tacky considering they have Happy Hour specials for 2 hours. Unlimited drinks for 45.00 which is equivalent to just ordering 4 drinks, mind you there is a designated "drinking" area with limited tables. I didnt feel comfortable ordering food, it gave microwave vibes, I did order funnel cake and it was decent. The gentleman prepared it quickly and visually it was appealing, however it tasted bland. Had it not been for the ice cream and strawberries to enhance it, I would have picked at it. I went with the intention of ordering a half smoke, but this place just was off putting. Staff seemed bored when they could have wiped the greasy windows in the ice cream display. There are other new food places in the food court that I would rather try. I would not come here again. Disappointed with my experience.

The food is overpriced and the employees didn’t care if I got my food. It was sitting at my table with the number they gave me. After 15 minutes I walked over to the counter and two employees were talking by the ice cream. I had to say excuse me 3 times for them to notice. My food was cold. The half smoke wasn’t assembled correctly and the the tater tots that cost $10 had 10 pieces in it with extremely salty chili and cheese. $26 for nothing. I recommend the Korean hotdog stand.

This place is amazing! I got the strawberry margarita and it was made perfectly. Staff was very friendly. Would come back again!

My friend and I have visited the restaurant two times now and really enjoyed it! It is very easy to access as it is located in the center of the food court, and the employees were welcoming and helpful with any questions. The shakes and cocktails are definitely worth going back for. Thanks!

Employees with attitude problems is a no for me. Little sis who didn’t feel like she needed to be customer friendly, lost revenue for your business today Half Smoke owner. If the funky attitude wasn’t enough, there were no half smokes available. I took my money elsewhere. Girl bye 👋🏽

Wanted to try it, but got to there at 7:45 pm and it was totally closed despite the mall closing at 8pm. Oh well
