Marc Marrone’s Graffiti Hospitality merges with SkinnyFats to take their restaurants nationwide | Eater Vegas

"This Salt Lake City food hall functions as a testing ground and incubator for new concepts, bringing together established brands and experimental vendors under one roof. It houses offerings from Southeast Asian street-food and indulgent comfort-food concepts to a hibachi-meets-Mexican stall, a waffle-and-ice-cream dessert counter, and seafood-focused counters with lobster rolls and fried fish. Operated as an almost 'beta kitchen,' it makes rolling out new dishes and refining menus easier before wider Las Vegas expansion." - Susan Stapleton

We got Nashville hot chicken and waffles combo and a zucchini noodle dish but I forgot which stand for that. Everything was super tasty and surprisingly quick but we also went at 5:30pm on a Saturday. Tables went quickly. Very kid friendly but the music was pretty loud

Very nice food hall! Not too large but there are a fair variety of options. The vibe is very trendy with various types of seating including indoor, bar side, or outdoor. I tried the Collosal lobster which was great. Hoping to try other spots in the future!

This place is super cool! They have lots of seating all around. A full bar and a variety of restaurants to choose from. We always thought this place was like a sports bar but when we came inside we were shocked to see it be completely different. There are about 5 different places to choose from to eat. I went to the place and got a gyro bowl. My wife went to skinny fats. The gyro bowl with lamb meat was delicious! It was my first time and the lady helped me understand how it all worked. Also answered all my questions about the meat portion weight and ingredients in a few times. Would up getting a gyro brown with lamb and extra meat and it hit the spot! I did leave out a few ingredients but it was worth every bite! I will be back!

We met here for a friend’s birthday. It’s a great place to meet and celebrate when you have a wide variety of taste pallets and don’t know when they’ll arrive. I think we’ve all been there when we plan for 12 and 8 arrive or 18. It makes it difficult to make a reservation. The food was good. The overall service was stellar. One individual even cut the birthday cake for us and brought out plates (normally you can’t bring in outside food). We had one person who was cranky making food but it didn’t ruin the experience.

First & last time ever. Patrons were chill: met some nice people; most staff were kind, and attentive. However, the server in the photos was extremely rude. I had anticipated staying there to watch football, eat, and have some drinks- she sabotaged my experience with harassment. I was gifted a couple of drinks by people I had met, so she cut me off. I wanted to close-out and she exclaimed, “You’re done!”. I asked “Why are you being so difficult with me?”. She went off and returned with a girthy heavyset pear-shaped employee who claimed to be the owner. Naturally I downed my drink and headed for the exit. He invaded my personal space and began pushing me towards the exit (causing a scene). I told him, “I’m leaving”, but replied, ”You’re getting escorted”. -Embarrassing

I'd give this place a solid 4. Really cool place with many options and a cool atmosphere. They even had a DJ on Saturday night, and he was fantastic! One big issue was going to the place that has lobster and they were completely out of lobster! And so I'm wondering if that's a common thing... For restaurants to run out of food toward the end of the night? Not sure. Another issue- for anyone without an iPhone - the QR codes don't work well, and you need to use them to order drinks from the bar. Came here a year ago with the same issue and it hasn't improved, unfortunately. Also TONSSS of people on weekend nights so just be prepared for that. These issues still won't keep me from coming back though. Still a great place, and I just hope the QR codes change to not discriminate against android users 😛

This food court is great! It’s located near downtown SLC in a nice mall, with a fantastic megaplex cinema and close to all the hotels. The counter-service restaurants selected by Hall Pass cover all your dining options. If you're catching a movie at the Megaplex, this is the perfect spot to grab a bite beforehand. Highly recommended!

High vibing place for downtown. Loved the location, the concept is just a super cool place to want to hangout, have a few drinks, enjoy time with friends, watch a game, eat some awesome food. So many great options and something for everyone. I enjoyed the lobster rolls, and poke nachos, along with a Moscow Mule. 🦞
