All of the New Restaurants in the Hamptons This Summer

"The East End gets its first food court with this multi-vendor eatery that houses Villa, serving pasta, salads, sandwiches and coffee; Stuart’s Seafood, selling lobster salad, fish tacos, and cedar planked salmon; Montauk Bake Shoppe, with its jelly croissants; and Paul’s Pizza, offering a range of pies and heroes." - Beth Landman

I ordered a matcha latte and it was by far the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had—watery and very minimal matcha included. Please never order. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bagel (eggs, bacon and cheddar on a bagel) which was pretty good except for the spotty $2.25 avocado that I added and had to remove before consuming. I also asked for the bagel to be toasted with butter and they charged $1.25 for butter. ON TOP of a sandwich that was now over $10 bringing the total to $11.25+. Excuse me?? Please do better. The employees were nice but this does not excuse poor food and drink execution.

We stopped in this morning for bagels and were very impressed!! The bagels were excellent. We were greeted by the kindest employee and given complimentary treats during our time eating, also amazing quality. I’ll be recommending this spot to anyone in East Hampton for breakfast, lunch, and dessert!

So great to have a reasonably-priced dining option in East Hampton, especially with such a wide range of offerings. Plus, the service is very friendly.

We had a great lunch here - affordable and generous, fresh food, and such friendly and kind staff - they went above and beyond. I think it’s under new management since some of these reviews so give this place a chance!

So many options. Affordable, freshly made juices that you can customize. Delicious cakes and pastries. The villa sandwiches and wraps are great (expensive but delicious). The chopped freshly made salads are another one of my favorites!

The bagel was fine. The egg was bland and the bacon wasn't great. Nice people and service though.
