"Natural wood and an open kitchen create a welcoming atmosphere at this always-bustling new American bistro with a menu heavy on the shared plates. While modern comfort food is ubiquitous across the city, Handle shines with an impressive cocktail program and bright items. For example: pear with pomegranate, chicories, medjool date vinaigrette, and hazelnuts; hamachi crudo with toasted bread crumbs and radish; and cauliflower glazed in sweet chile and Sriracha. Heartier favorites include the cassoulet, mushroom Bolognese, and fried chicken." - Katie Shapiro

"You can tell a lot about a restaurant by its most basic salad. At Handle, it’s one with just kale, pine nuts, and cheese, but it’s so perfectly dressed and seasoned that you leave thinking about the leafy greens for days. All the options on the ever-changing menu follow a similar approach—great ingredients coupled with creative execution. Get the honey-glazed fried chicken with collard greens or cucumber slaw and a tangy cauliflower appetizer topped with Sriracha vinaigrette and settle into one of the cozy green banquet booths at this laid-back Main Street spot. photo credit: Blake Peterson" - Jené Shaw

All the options on the daily-changing menu follow a similar approach. Google
Lovely, inventive, and friendly. a special dining experience. All the dishes were nicely balanced with unique flavor profiles. The mushroom bolognese was light creamy and tasty. The fried chicken was my favorite, with a creative new take on southern cuisine. Loved the collard greens and beans on the side. The slaw with the fried chicken was incredible as well. We had the caramel whiskey pudding for dessert and it didn’t disappoint.

Handle in Park City exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, the service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff made us feel right at home and offered knowledgeable recommendations that truly elevated our dining experience. The flavors were outstanding—each dish was thoughtfully crafted and absolutely delicious. The fried chicken, in particular, was a standout—crispy, flavorful, and simply unforgettable. You can tell a lot of care goes into every aspect of the meal, from the ingredients to the presentation. If you’re looking for a place with incredible food, a warm atmosphere, and exceptional service, Handle is the spot. Highly recommend!

I was referred by a chef in Telluride to try this place out while I was in town, and it did not disappoint. I enjoyed the menu layout and I decided to make myself a 3 course meal from it that I could pair with a wine. The oysters were packed full of flavor and a great starter that led to the octopus. I would have to say the Octopus was my favorite of the 3 dishes as the sauces placed around it all added different flavor profiles that complimented the taste of the octopus well. To finish my meal I had the bolognese pasta. I believe it was mushroom. This entire plate was scraped clean sauce and all and I was not apologetic about it. Every course left me amazed with the amount of flavor they produced, and I was glad to have stopped in. The service at the bar was great and the wine paired well with all of my selections.

Overall, a very very nice experience. Elyse was a fantastic server... Very personable! We started with the meat and cheese board and this was quite excellent. Two of us then split the fried chicken... Perhaps just the tiniest bit overcooked so slightly dry. Bavette steak great. Striped bass also wonderful. And, the desserts were very very delicious! Oh and the best margaritas yet in Park City.

Google
The food was so good, I forgot to take pictures! The espresso martinis weren’t the best in the world, but by the time we got to dessert we had forgotten about them. My favorite dishes: - Heirloom Tomato’s - THE PEACHES - Cauliflower - Octopus - the MUSHROOM BOLOGNESE! I will definitely be coming back!

When I was asking in my resort the frequent visitors of Park City what would be their recommendation in terms of the good place for dinner, 4 out of 5 mentioned this place, and specially mentioned their lamb. So I made a reservation and this place stood up for its recommendation. Everything was very unique and tasty, including sour dough toast, beet salad, cauliflower, pork shank, and of course lamb. The dessert game was on the par with the rest of the menu. So yes, it is highly recommended.

Google
Had the Wagyu Steak, it was a below school lunch quality cut of meat. I’ve had more satisfying frozen sirloin steaks. The whole day was planned around going out for this meal and it was a colossal disappointment for around $100 per person. The only positive is that it really makes me appreciate all of my other dining experiences so much more.

Google
Loved this place. The chef is fantastic as well as the workers and the food is also amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Yelp
Tried to book a resy, but it was full so we came early and was able to get a bar seat. Bar tenders were friendly and made great drinks. Had the vodka and tequila drink (look at their menus and you'll see that's what they are called.) if you can't handle hot, ask for less of the fire bitters - they're happy to accommodate. Kale salad was great - I hate when restaurant give tiny salad portions, especially when they are over $20. Thanks for making this actually shareable and we enjoyed the pine nuts - wished they were toasted though. Mushroom pasta - pretty good, a hearty portion and a great sub if you're not looking for meat. I would have liked a little more sauce and salt (but I tend to prefer finishing salt on everything) noodles were a smidge over, but nothing I'd stop eating for. Dessert- if you want a seriously chocolaty dessert get the torte.. add vanilla on the side - the torte comes with a crumble that is excellent with the ice cream. Even if you're full, get it. Overall the two bar tenders there gave great service, made tasty drinks, and I'd give 5 stars to them alone. Side note: upon entry they were doing something with vinegar so we almost left. The smell was super sour. I don't think this is normal - they must have been experimenting, but next time it might be good to prepare some extra ventilation.

Yelp
It pains me to write this review and score the restaurant so poorly but I try and be honest when I post reviews on restaurants, hence the two stars. I will state upfront that the food is (as always) quite good. I would score two of the dishes as five star and one as four star and will comment on them below. Our waiter was named Michael D (name badge said Tre) and he delivered some of the worst service we have experienced in ages. We saw him when we ordered, when he poured the first glass of wine and then did not see him again until it was time for the check. We asked him why he could not be bothered to stop by, perhaps to refill our wine glasses, or even to ask if the dishes were to our liking, and he simply stated that we seemed to be ok and he did not want to interrupt us. Give me a break! Service at a fine dining restaurant requires that the wait staff check in now and then on their customers. I will add that we ordered three dishes, a cold and a hot appetizer and a main. We were sitting at a two top and the cold and the hot dish were dropped concurrently. There was almost no room on the table for both dishes which made it difficult to deal with them. Juggling wine and water glasses to make room is just idiotic. Some simple timing would have been of great help. The runners dropped the dishes and no attempt was made to communicate anything about them. Just here is your food. We did complain to the management team on our way out and they simply stated that they were so sorry we had a bad experience and that the extent of their response. As for the food, it was solid. The two (simultaneously delivered) appetizers were incredibly tasty. Handle is a shared plate restaurant so the wife and I had the same dishes. The cold dish was a hamachi crudo, served with radish, Calabrian chiles, toasted bread crumbs and a Calabrian chile vinaigrette. Great presentation and great flavor. Our hot app was a a sourdough toast topped with caramelized onions, apple and ricotta with several cubes of superbly roasted pork belly. The flavor was divine and we were quite happy we ordered both of the appetizers. For our main we went with the mushroom bolognese. Of the three dishes this was the weakest. The bolognese was mushrooms, with a large dollop of truffled mascarpone on top and some chives for garnish along with a small amount of chile oil. Good, not great and I wished for more of the bolognese sauce. The wine list is quite large and varied with a good balance of new and old world selections. We have eaten there before and enjoyed our meals and the service that we got. This was not the case last night (11/29/24) and what with all the choices we have in Park City I really doubt we will ever go there again which is sad.

Yelp
Our first trip to Park City and, as foodies, we picked four high-end restaurants to dine at during our trip. Sad to say Handle was our least favorite of the group. It wasn't bad but it wasn't as great as we were hoping. Our server was fairly disinterested. Again, wasn't bad just made no real effort to be engaging or to do the little things that a good server does. At the end of the meal he brought our check without even clearing our plates or asking us if we wanted any dessert. It was sad because there was another server taking care of the table next to us who was personable and engaging and our server looked very bad in comparison. My wife had the Mushroom Bolognese and the noodles were variable in temperature but several pockets were cold. It was almost as if the noodles had been sitting a while and they poured the sauce over expecting it to warm everything up which it did not. I had the fried chicken which was fairly tasty but the second I cut into it the batter crust shattered and fell off the chicken. With every bite I had to scoop up a bite of chicken and then a bite of crust. But the taste was very good. On the positive side our cocktails were excellent. Kudos to the bartender. The restaurant was quite pretty with an excellent ambience. Overall disappointing given our expectations. Don't know when we'll be back in Park City but Handle would not be on our list.

Yelp
Excellent, unique food without breaking the bank Lamb entree was exceptional! Service top notch Setting perfect near the middle of park city downtown- not too loud

Yelp
Gave this place a second chance after the first visit was a debacle. The quality and creativity of the menu ranks as one of the best in Park City. The seating area is not great so the ambiance score is pretty low. The wait staff is all very knowledgeable about the menu. We will be back next time in town.

Yelp
Beautiful ambiance. Delicious dishes. Great service! Delicious gluten free options. 4.5 stars. Meat lovers: The server said 3 meat dishes would be enough for us 3 ladies to share. We got hamachi crudo, lamb t bones, striped bass. All were delicious, but need to caution that the meat dishes each had maybe 1-2 bites a person and veggies listed had 1 sprig per dish (tough to share) Veggie lovers: Very delicious & memorable: Mushroom bolognese (not GF) but everyone raved about this. Cauliflower was GF & nom.com. The vegetarians in our group were full & happy. The meat eaters in the group ended up ordering both veggie dishes bc the meat dishes were just not satiating. My advice? Order the veg dishes to fill you up, order the meat dishes for a taste of the creative flavors.

Yelp
We went to Handle for the first time a few weeks ago and we were super impressed with their menu! We started off with their salad and it was delicious. The pasta was out of this world and unlike anything I've ever had before. Our server was super friendly and was able to make great recommendations. Tables were spread out far enough from each other so you could still enjoy conversations without getting distracted. Definitely try out the dessert here. We are HUGE fans of Normal Ice Cream and Handle has worked with them to make a unique dessert menu.

Caroline P.

Yelp
I had a great dinner here at the end of October. I love the space, good service, and the menu was interesting. I tried neck bones for the first time which was like eating complicated but delicious ribs. The bok choy pork belly dish was one of the best things I've eaten in Park City and I'd go back for that alone!

Leanna T.

Yelp
Don't know where to start. Food & ambiance were 10/10. We ordered the Hamachi Crudo (wish I took a picture), the Sourdough Toast, and the Ribeye (The Baller). Everything was perfect. Our host was Nathan B and he was great; gave us good recommendations. Best dining experience while visiting.

Kassi S.

Yelp
Handle didn't disappoint. Excellent menu with unique touches to each dish. Everything was fresh & well spiced. We enjoyed the sugared pumpkin salad, hamachi crudo, & mushroom bolognese. We had a late lunch so this was great to share & perfectly filling for two. Drinks were excellent but always forget cocktails in Utah are never as strong so quite frankly I'd stick with the mocktail next time. Mocktail number one I will absolutely try to recreate at home. The carrot / allspice / bitters combo was soo refreshing. Meg provided such warm & affirming service. We'd easily revisit the next time we're in town. Glad we made a reservation as it was packed and park city isn't in peak season right now.

Anitha K.

Yelp
Excellent spot for dinner. Everything we had was very flavorful and thoughtfully made. Our favorites were the crudo, cauliflower, mushroom truffle pasta, fried chicken (ask for extra sauce) and the Brussel sprouts. For dessert, get the whiskey caramel pudding! We liked that over the ginger pomegranate cake. Cocktails are also great for a night out and it's at the end of Main Street. Super cute spot and great service!

Sunny S.

Yelp
This place is a solid 4 stars. We were staying in the area and decided to make dinner plans in park city. Handle was a good option for dinner. The service was good and some of the dishes were amazing. It's a place I would def come back to! The ambiance is very chill and cozy. Some of the dishes are real winners while some lack but the winners honestly make up for it. Highly Recommend: Beetroot Salad Cauliflower Market Shellfish Mushroom Bolognese Pasta Mezcal Drink Whisky Drink Good But Not Great: Hamachi Crudo Kale Salad You Can Skip: Bavette Steak Fried Chicken I would def be back for the highly recommended dishes! The pasta is absolutely amazing and not to be missed.

Pat L.

Yelp
We have been coming to Park City at least once a year for the last few years, and this is our favorite dining spot we've found. The menu is unique and interesting and well executed to produce delicious food. The service is always outstanding - they're busy as hell, but the service won't feel rushed. Definitely book far in advance. The vibe is as modern/cool as the menu is, not pretentious at all, but definitely nicer.

Janet K.

Yelp
Delicious food and great service. Went here as a group of 9 and our server was very informative and patient with us. She gave us great recommendations as to how many plates we should share as a group and which were favorited by guests. Pretty reasonable prices for all of us and left feeling very satisfied. Highly recommend the mushroom bolognese and cauliflower!

Jacqueline S.

Yelp
Expensive, but really really delicious I went here on a double date and it was a comfortable place to catch up and stay a while. The service was attentive but not overwhelming. We started with the salad which I thought was exceptionally balanced and refreshing. It was a salad that reached its full potential and that I miss already For my main dish, I had the mushroom bolognese. It was umami on point- savory and cravable. I ate the whole thing. The only bad part is I didn't even glance at the price and I did a double take when I saw on the bill that it was $42. That said, I don't regret it even though that sounds crazy. Like I live in nyc and I don't know that I've even had a pasta that expensive. All in all, if you want great food, don't be surprised that you'll be paying $$$$ for it since you're in park city. Visit Handle because unlike most places it's actually great!

Christopher T.

Yelp
Handles was such a surprise! Definitely a great date spot, place for just drinks or a group outing. Trendy interior design with friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. What we ordered (group of 3 to share) Kale salad ~ only complaint is that there wasn't more haha so gooooood. Cauliflower ~ sweet and sour in flavor, Asian inspired and tasty. Brussel Sprouts ~ sweet and savory with a miso glaze, would recommend only ordering either the cauliflower OR brussel sprouts due to the similar flavor profile. Bavette Steak ~ flavors were there but slightly over cooked Mushroom Bolognese ~ a MUST! Desert ~ Bourbon Pudding recommended by our waitress and did not disappoint. I believe that a "good" restaurant needs to have equal parts good food and cocktails. Handle passed the test, I ordered several of their Japanese whiskey with black sesame cocktails (off menu). Would recommend to anyone visiting or locals who want to show out-of-towners a good time.

Steph P.

Yelp
Dined here a couple weeks ago and would give it 3.5 stars if I could. Service: 5 stars, had the nicest waiter who was very attentive and friendly Ambiance: 5 stars, cute and trendy decor, comfortable table and chairs Food: 3 stars, it was good but sauces were overpowering in the hamachi crudo and the pork shank Dessert: 5 stars, the whisky maple pudding is incredible, and the mascarpone topping and chex crumble bring it to the next level! Price: 2 stars, very expensive

Nancy N.

Yelp
Absolutely lovely. I was a little hesitant to eat here based on some negative reviews. I'm glad we took a chance on Handle because I was pleasantly surprised. The service was top notch and the ambiance very cool. I liked that our waiter walked us through the menu and recommended some true highlights. And also told us what he did not recommend, which I appreciated. We started with the kale salad, hamachi crudo, stone fruit salad (I could eat this for dessert, so delicious and fresh), mushroom toast, and octopus. I loved all the flavors in these dishes. The octopus was very tender and crisp on the outside. They fried it, which I have never seen before. The kale salad and hamachi were good but paled in comparison to the octopus and stone fruit. For mains, we tried the seafood stew with shrimp, mussels and clams in coconut broth. We also had fried chicken, steak and mushroom bolognese. Guys, everything was delicious!! I recommend just ordering it all and sharing with some friends. You don't want to miss out on these dishes! I don't think I can pick a favorite. The chicken was perfectly crispy and well seasoned. I loved the steak, well cooked and flavored. The seafood in coconut broth was like a Thai curry. It was flavorful and light. The mushroom bolognese was hearty and tasted like a meaty dish despite being vegetarian! For dessert, we had the buttermilk pie and caramel pudding. I adored the caramel pudding and thought the pie was a little jarring in flavor profiles. I did like the pie components individually though. Overall, really delicious food with fantastic service!

Shannon W.

Yelp
This is a very fancy restaurant. The staff were all very nice and personable. The food is very Frou Frou fancy for sure though! The appetizer and salad section was slightly confusing and the portions for those are actually very small. Which is kind of disappointing, considering how expensive they are. We shared the sweet potato appetizer, and it was tiny! The main dishes were plenty of food though. Still pretty expensive. Both of us got the mushroom bisque. I got mine the way it is on the menu, and my friend got hers with no dairy. We both liked it. Although we did have a kick to it that we were not expecting. It was still really good.

Samantha D.

Yelp
An overwhelmingly amazing experience. The food was out of this world and the service was amazing. Kandi was my server and was so knowledgeable and funny she made everyone at the table feel welcome and excited to eat. The front of house staff was kind and welcoming upon arrival and got us seated quickly even on a very busy night. The hamachi crudo was a family favorite I cant recommend handle enough!! Will definitely be back

Jason K.

Yelp
Excellent menu options and very thorough service. There is very night lighting and the decor is great

Chance B.

Yelp
Our experience at Handle was good in terms of service and atmosphere. The waiter was prompt and on top of things. The restaurant itself has a cool atmosphere. The food was good but in our experience a little overpriced for the quality of food you get. Nothing was bad and we were pleased with the food, especially the Sourdough with pork belly and the Market Shellfish, but have paid for equally good food for considerably less. Overall a good experience with our only complaint being pricing, enough so that we would probably not eat there a second time at current prices.

Patrick D.

Yelp
Large group dinner with friends with a real Americana original experience and an original variety of food ranging from fried cauliflower, mushroom bolognese to French.bay oysters, and fresh mussels. Service was efficient but run a little bit like the Seinfeld food nazi ; you better know what you want and then out and go. The ambiance was cool and relax. This menu is simple and full of local favorite with a good selection of local beers.

Rachelle R.

Yelp
Dined at Handle three times and each experience was amazing! Excellent food and customer service!

Oli L.

Yelp
Had an excellent meal here last night. Not difficult at all to get a table, but it's the slow season here. We ordered the kale salad, bavette steak and mushroom bolognese. The kale salad was nearly perfect, my one complaint being that I felt the dressing wasn't spread evenly throughout so some bites were too dry, some too wet (with dressing). The bavette steak was perfect in every way, perfectly cooked, the sauce was delicious and the fried green tomatoes were out of this world. The mushroom bolognese is a signature dish apparently and rightfully so. I'm not even a mushroom person and I couldn't stop taking more helpings. You must try this. The marsacopone cheese on top was such a unique pairing. Lastly, we did order the buttermilk dessert and felt it was way too sweet so that was the one letdown. Ambiance wise, it's cozy and inviting. Decor felt a little outdated but service staff were warm and helpful.

Nicole M.

Yelp
This will forever be one of my most favorite dining experiences ever! From the moment my coworkers and I walked into the restaurant, we knew we were in for a real treat! Our waitress was so sweet and her timing on everything was impeccable. One of our party was running late so she got us started on the Brussels sprouts app and some drinks. I got the Japanese whiskey cocktail, which was just delicious! One of the best cocktails I'd had in a long time. The Brussels sprouts app was the perfect start to the meal. But my absolute favorite dish was the cassoulet! I wish it was legal to marry food, because I would for this cassoulet. The lamb was also phenomenal. Cooked to absolute perfection. You could taste the high quality of the meat. And the mushroom pasta was also very good and a must try! That one is a big dish so definitely enough for one persons full meal or great to share with some other small dishes. I hope that one day I'm able to get back to park city and snag another reservation!

William B.

Yelp
Me and my family were visiting from out of town, stopped in when we were not able to make a reservation. Staff were very accommodating even though the place was packed, they seated us at a bar top facing into the kitchen. The food was very good, fresh and flavorful. We had the Peaches, Cauliflower, and the Baller. Service was on point, helping us pick out a wine and vegan options. Back of house even took some time, talked with us and let us try a modified version of the Limited dish. Am glad we went here, really felt like they went above and beyond for us!

Lisa G.

Yelp
Amazing! Great food. Excellent drinks. Service was exceptional. We truly enjoyed this restaurant. Zero complaints. Can't wait to return.

Chris J.

Yelp
Not a fan. I've read good reviews, but honestly found it overpriced and the ambiance strange. Didn't live up to the hype.

Sam W.

Yelp
The food looks really intimidating on the menu but once our server explained everything was a lot more appealing. The ambiance was not what we're accustomed to being from Phoenix but it was good for the area.

Carlson Z.

Yelp
This place is known for its small plates but my wife and I weren't that hungry the night we dined here so we only tried two things - the market shellfish and the striped bass. Both were larger small plates that could easily serve as a light to medium entree. The market shellfish was a bouillabaisse type dish packed with seafood except the broth was a coconut curry base. Both our table and the table next to us got this dish, and we were both scraping the bottom of the bowl to extract every last drop of the broth by the end of our meals. Make of that what you will :) I didn't try much of the striped bass but my wife said it was ok. The waiter was knowledgeable and provided great service throughout our meal.

Jen M.

Yelp
I really wish we would've like this place more. Beautiful modern decor. The host was rude, we immediately felt like the vibes were off. The bartender wasn't very personable either. We had the Hamachi Crudo to start.. it was just ok. Being from CA we are very lucky to have tried a lot of wonderful hamachi dishes.. this was a miss. The Mushroom Bolognese was underwhelming. The Pork Shank also fell short. While nothing here was terrible, nothing was very great either. Presentation was great but every dish seemed to just fall short. Don't get the hype for this place.

Laura D.

Yelp
The most fresh and beautiful flavors in the food. Really delicious drinks as well! Not a ton of vegetarian options but the ones that do exist will blow your mind

Megan C.

Yelp
Handle is a must if you are visiting Park City. Everything is absolutely delicious. They really take simple ingredients and elevate them in such creative ways. I especially loved the pasta, brussel sprouts, and desserts, but seriously cannot go wrong with anything here!

Barry C.

Yelp
Great food. Love visiting when I am in town. Service was also excellent. Give it a try.

Verona M.

Yelp
Delicious food & great staff. They were super efficient + fast with all their plates that came out & everything was the perfect amount of sauce + seasoning. I would definitely come back! I don't usually like restaurants inside plazas, which I know that sounds stupid & like I'm nitpicking, but it's just in a quiet area away from the crowd... which is opposite of the atmosphere I'm into. The interiors are beautiful with great drinks, I definitely recommend for anyone to come here when they visit!

Grant P.

Yelp
While I found my food to be very tasty, the rest of my party wasn't quite as impressed. For that reason, I'm going to have to give 4 stars. Menu items are rather overpriced in my opinion, but we knew that going in. Our server was genuinely one of the nicest servers I've ever had. As far as the ambiance and decor, I was VERY pleased. But i may be partial, as green is my favorite color.

Maya N.

Yelp
Mocktail #3 was fire and the crudo was delish. Broccoli had an amazing salsa verde horseradish vinaigrette. Hip trendy industrial Brooklyn vibes The peperinos in the shrimp and grits were fire Overall a healthy but filling option

Ms S.

Yelp
Party of three. Tried several dishes, nothing disappointed. Staff was top notch. Can not wait to return. The weird corner location does not upset me. I appreciate having a climate controlled area to wait in

Terri W.

Yelp
So far, a rude hostess stomping about, table not ready with the res we made 2 weeks ago, extremely busy- because walk-ins crowd the bar area. Hostess tried to seat us in the "annex"which isn't even attached to the restaurant and has a totally different vibe- a small room with a window but felt more like a cafeteria than a fine dining establishment. Finally got a table after about a 20 minute wait and then things got much better! We ordered a bunch of apps and entrees to share with the table: grilled octopus, hamachi ceviche, shellfish with coconut curry, lamb, beef sirloin with shishitos, and roasted Brussel sprouts. All were tasty and plentiful to fill up on! The waiter was great and he explained all the dishes without all the pomp and circumstance. He was efficient and nice! Nice ambiance in this part of the restaurant. Dark and moody with earthy colors and ceramic dishes. We sat next to the kitchen/bar which was a very noisy and chaotic, but it was tolerable. We were a party of four. The prices are not cheap, but if you order like we did and split everything, the portions are big enough to fill up on and you won't walk away hungry. We did order 1 dessert for the 4 of us... it was a banana something, it was good, but obviously not very memorable! All in all, the dishes we chose were very good and the quality of the ingredients were excellent. I would recommending reserving on the earlier side (ours was 7:30pm) as the crowds may not be as crazy.

Bora K.

Yelp
We had a striped bass and market shellfish. If I have to choose one I will go with shellfish. The curry flavor was really delicious and fresh. After ski, I wanted to have soup and this makes me warm. Striped bass was good but not impressive. I think the price was not reasonable. The service was good but the ambiance was not good since the ventilation was bad and no restroom inside the restaurant. You should take an elevator to go to the restaurant.

Farzad I.

Yelp
Amazing spot and cozy ambiance. Food was delicious we would go back again for sure. Food and service both great!

Christine N.

Yelp
Had an amazing experience here. Probably the best restaurant in town. It was very busy on a Friday night. Recommend making reservations ahead of time. The service was very friendly and fast. The handle whiskey cocktail was a little on the sweet side but smooth. The waiter told us that it was featured in The NY Times. Started off with the cauliflower appetizer. The flavor was similar to orange chicken with the perfect crisp on the outside. The bucatini pasta was a very good vegetarian option and was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The baller steak was good but on the expensive side. The portion was huge. We split it amongst 2 people. The veggie sides were a little undercooked. I wouldn't get it again.

Yelp
Ate dinner here last night with wife, brother and sister-in-law. I would eat here again. In terms of dinner experiences, I rank it above Tupelo for the following reasons - atmosphere and menu was more fun and I like the location (walkable from downtown). Seasonal menu which changes often, so be sure to review it before making a reservation. Highlights included cauliflower (I would eat as a meal), fried chicken (unique preparation and cooked perfectly, and mushroom bolognese. We were less enthusiastic about the asparagus salad and the heirloom carrots. Our server - Kandi - was great.

Yelp
Handle is one of those restaurants in Park City that helps drive the "overpriced" claim to the ski area. Does Handle have good food? Yes, but stick to the basics (i.e. entrees only). On a guys ski trip, we spent $24 for bread service and $46 on three desserts. Handle was the most expensive dinner we had on our trip, approximately $133 a person. If you arrive with a partner, splitting the huge $92 Baller steak is recommended. One of the guys in my group liked the baller steak over a steak he had at Grub Steak House. Another guy in my party had the octopus, but the amount of octupus on the plate was very small. The waitress recommended the venison for me and the tender meat was delicious with added sweet potatoes, nuts and berries with just the right amount of meat. Excellent recommendation. I split an appetizer with one of the guys, the duck hush puppies. Very tasty, but the order came with only 3 small hush puppies! The Baller drink was delicious, but the $25 price was not worth the small amount received. We did enjoy the wine, but had nothing we were excited to try a second time. To summarize, great food, great service, but leave some items for other establishments.

Yelp
I understand the hype. I understand why you have to make a reservation 30 days in advance. Other than the obvious - there are limited restaurants in the main area of Park City, and this one is new and trendy. Yes, it's cool looking on the inside and extremely hip. But the food and drinks are just that good. Each cocktail is named after the main liquor, and I got the whiskey. It was such a treat. I wasn't the only one who loved my drink. We split the octopus and crudo for the table, and while the portions were small, the preparation was creative and everything tasted great. And don't even get me started on my mushroom pasta. It looked unassuming but was one of the most satisfying savory pasta dishes of my life. Maybe I just needed comfort food that night. But it just hit the spot. Several others at my table got the bison short rib, and it was perfection. Our waitress was so helpful and on too of things. I just cannot recommend this place enough. A new Park City favorite!

Yelp
Our first dinner at Park City and it couldn't have been better. We parked on the street near by and walked inside of a small shopping center and Handle was right around the corner. Our waiter was Nick and right away we got to ordering drinks. I ordered the Japanese whiskey, rest of the group all ordered different types of wines which Nick helped suggest. I should also mention that Nick didn't have a notepad or anything with him. He just remembered everyone's drinks. Huge respect! We then got to ordering some food. We started off with Meat & Cheese platter, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts and Octopus Caesar salad. We asked for all the starters to come out together and shortly after they all did. The meat and cheese platter was perfection. The choices of meat on there were great pairs with the cheese. I'm not a big fan of octopus but it was perfectly charred over a great Caesar salad. The cauliflowers were so tasty and had a bit of crips to them. And the Brussels sprouts were amazing especially with the crispy pieces of the prosciutto. For the mains we orders the Mushroom Bolognese, Market Fish and The "Baller" prime ribeye steak. Nick timed it all perfectly because just as we cleaned up the starters the mains came out. The ribeye was cooked perfectly to medium well. It was so tender and so tasty. The mushroom bolognese was so delicious, especially with that truffle mascarpone. And the fish was grilled to perfection and the maitake mushrooms were a great pair with it. No dinner is complete without dessert so we left it up to Nick to bring out a couple of items and I have to say it was one of the best desserts we had. The ice cream, the tres leches, they were all fantastic. I can't recommend this place enough. Definitely make a reservation before going and you'll have a great dinner experience.

Yelp
Food was beautifully presented and tasted so good. Would highly recommend the fried chicken, and cauliflower.
