Hard Rock Cafe

This was a great experience. Nona was an amazing waitress. But the food was the best part lol. So my wife and I had the Mac & cheese with chicken. It was really good. My mom and dad had the burger and they said it was good, but not as good as ours lol. We also shared the brownie Sunday and wow was that good too. Enjoy.

Came here for a school trip. The atmosphere was cool and loud. Our server was great! They did pretty decent handling all the people. I will say not having a salad on the group menu was unfortunate. Not everyone eats greasy food The chicken fingers & fries were disgusting, took 2 bites and didn't eat it. Super greasy, I know a few kids saying this as well. Not my cup of tea

Nice experience and atmosphere, we had the live rock music on that night, it was really nice, the service and the food really good, not too many options for vegetarian or vegan but everything delicious, the new hurricane cocktail was really good. If you want to have the music check their website and you can find the music schedule there. You definitely beed a reservation otherwise the waiting time is around 1 hour and a half. I totally recommend it.

Super fun atmosphere! The waitress was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was good. The fries were great. Take into account you pay for the experience but I only gave the food 4 stars because even tho the food was good, it is extremely expensive. Cheapest meals started at $18.

Hunter was our server. Highly recommend. Was able to get a reservation online for a group of 6 people. Accessible parking. The hostess and staff were all very kind. High customer service. The atmosphere is chill and laid back. Music memorabilia everywhere and you are allowed to walk around and check things out. High quality burgers. Great drink selections. Thank you Hunter and staff for making our night so much fun!

Our waitress Jessica was lovely. D'Angelo, the cashier in the shop, was very engaging with my friend through the shopping process. The food was just not for me, though. My friend wanted to go here, but I would definitely not recommend it when there are so many other great places in Chicago to really dine-in as a foodie. She ordered the fried shrimp appetizer with the bowl of potatoes, and I had the chicken fajitas. The order of nachos was a 1/5. The processed food here is probably the lowest quality of them all.

I visit Hard Rock cafes all over the world and this one is particularly good. I had a great lunch and everyone was was very friendly. I shopped the Rock Shop and increased my collection of memorabilia quite considerably. Well worth a visit. Great team!!!

Came in on a Sunday night and strangely felt unwelcomed- The food here was pretty great, which is good knowing that Hard Rock lives up to its standards. The Cedar plank salmon was just incredible. Rich, creamy, and actual cedar in the flavour of the salmon, coupled well with the slight hint of garlic in the mashed potatos. Great meal overall. Service could do better though. We were seated along a hidden edge despite the restaurant being fully empty when we came in. Literal empty tables everywhere and we were being tucked away? Odd. Other patrons were seated upstairs, while we were the only ones at the bottom too, so felt a little off putting. Our server also came off as dry, taking our orders rapid fire style, snatching the menus in a hurry and leaving. Can’t say I’d want to come back, but can at least say I’ve been to Hard Rock Chicago.
