I had a fantastic experience at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York. The property is absolutely beautiful—everything looks brand new and is in excellent condition. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. One of the highlights was enjoying delicious drinks at the rooftop bar, which offers a great atmosphere and stunning views of the city. A special shoutout to Gabriel, one of the staff members, who was exceptionally kind and even spoke Portuguese with us, making us feel right at home. His hospitality truly made our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC. And once again, congratulations to Gabriel for his outstanding service!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with large windows offering beautiful views that made the stay even more relaxing. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, and it was clear that the team here truly values their guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay and will absolutely be returning on my next trip.

Google
What can you say. The hard rock is the hard rock. Great place right? We all heard that even if you’ve never been but I work close by and know some of the staff and they are great people that go above and beyond. Recently I gave in to the invites to come visit and I had a great time. The roof top bar is beautiful. Prices are about average for the city. I found that even staff that I didn’t know were pleasant and inviting. They tend to make you feel at home. The staff is diverse and I love it. Trendy and friendly is a great combination. Keep up the great work. Thank you all for a wonderful time

Google
The location is perfect to get to anywhere touristy. The hotel is clean and always smells clean. Love that you need a room card to get to top floors and late at night the security makes sure you are really staying in the hotel. I felt genuinely safe. I will definitely stay here again!

Google
The hotel itself is nice, but the location is overcrowded and surrounded by constant construction. On a positive note, the bar and breakfast staff provided truly exceptional service, and I want to give them full recognition. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was the complete opposite. The staff came across as rude and dismissive, even mocking customers while on the phone. When I asked the name of the person I was speaking to, she hung up on me. When I called back, another associate answered, admitted he overheard the conversation, but claimed he “wasn’t sure” who I had just spoken with. The manager on duty was also unavailable at the time. On top of that, I was overcharged with a $45 per night “destination fee” even though my taxes and fees had already been prepaid. I was also billed $85 for simply dropping off my car, in addition to the $95 nightly parking fee. Overall, while the hotel has some positive aspects, this was my first and will be my last stay here.

Yelp
This hotel and its location wouldn't have been my first choice for my week-long stay in NYC. After all, I'm not a Hard Rock kind of person... I prefer orchestral soundtracks, Laufey, and Buble ;). But my company chose this hotel for the NY conference attendees, and I have to say, I ended up REALLY enjoying my stay! First of all, it's aesthetically gorgeous: modern edgy glam. This theme was flawlessly executed in the common areas and carried into my room, which was always spotless. (Housekeeping was outstanding.) I loved the design choices: the golden brass handles... the marbling... the lacquered cabinets. I loved that my bathroom's water closet and shower had frosted glass doors, and I loved the large windows, including the one above the bathtub. The staff were all friendly, and I liked that the gentlemen at the entrance checked to see that those entering the elevator area had room keys. I also appreciated that they greeted me with a, "welcome back," when I returned from the day's traipsing and meetings. It's the little things :) My only wish was that they had 24-hr room service. Sometimes, I found myself working late into the evening into the early mornings, and, at times craved a drink/snack at 2am-ish. Isn't that how rock stars live? Haha. My colleagues and I did enjoy RT60 for a wonderful place to relax with cocktails and stunningly delicious bites. And, although my favorite part of the city is the Upper West Side, this midtown location can't be beat for touristy spots nearby and the close proximity to subway stations. You could get anywhere in Manhattan and beyond by way of the stops, just steps from the hotel. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit NY. THANK YOU, HRH, for a wonderful stay! Yelp
Pros: 1. Location- very central to everything you'd want to see and do. 2. Cleanliness- very clean rooms, halls, elevators 3. Friendliness- all staff was pleasant and friendly including valet, check in, restaurant & rooftop bar 4. There is valet parking, although upon arrival we were told they would be outside waiting but were not. We had no where to pull up as there were trucks there and no valet in sight. Had to go inside to ask someone for help. On the way out it was much more seamless as we only waited a few minutes for our car and they pulled it right up front for us. Cons: 1. TINY room. Probably the smallest room I've ever stayed in. Loud doors that you hear throughout the night. Not much closet space if you have more than a few things you want hung up. Tiny drawer. 2. The heat was very loud & even when I shut it off it kept turning back on so you don't have full control over it. 3. WORST pillows I've ever had at a hotel. Flat and lifeless and useless. My neck is hurting after a 3 night stay here. For the price of this place I would expect a better experience. We both agreed it was just "ok" and probably wouldn't stay here again.

Yelp
Our room was great without issues; hot water perfect, comfortable bed, clean room, good room service. The breakfast was a ripoff; overpriced for little food so we ordered additional items that increased our bill to over $100.00. All we had is lox and cheese sandwich, avocado toast with one egg. No justification for the inflated bill.

Yelp
I was so pleasantly surprised by my stay here! Normally when I'm in NYC, I try to avoid Times Square at all costs. But when I work trip came up during a time when hotel prices were surging, I had to look outside of the areas I regularly start to get a better deal. In the past, any hotel in Times Square I had stayed in the rooms were small and the hotels felt a lil shady and run down. But I figured if the motels were the same price as the Hard Rock, I'd be better off at the Hard Rock. Turns out this is actually a beautiful hotel. For some reason, I thought it would be corny but it really wasn't at all. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms was more spacious than expected and all of the staff working were so nice and professional. I even checked out the rooftop bar just for a look, and it wasn't too crowded but had a really nice view. While it's unlikely that I'll intentionally book in Times Square again any time soon, I can definitely say this would be my first choice and that overall I was impressed with my quality of stay!

Yelp
This hotel was amazing. This is the first time in a long time I have walked into my hotel room and smelled the cleanliness. The place was spotless. The cleaning people were amazing and did a great job. The hotel was very nice and in a great area. Will be back for sure.

Yelp
Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were ok, no microwave but a coffee machine. Also not enough storage. It was good, but I guess I wanted more.

Yelp
This review is for the venue attached to the hotel (and the restaurant "Settings"). I visited the Hard Rock for the Gilbert Gottfried Record Drop/benefit for Myotonic Dystrophy type II research at the University of Rochester. The venue itself is very cool, lots of seating options. "Settings" itself is a typical hotel restaurant with Hard Rock touches. Our dinner was fairly decent, though... my sister loved her salmon, and insisted I have a bite. While I'm not a salmon person, I found it very buttery & rich (in a good way). I ordered the wedge salad with grilled salad. The salad was watery, very skimpy on dressing and adorned with slices of mortadella. The shrimp was not grilled and looked like it had been around for a bit. I had one bite and sent it back! All in all, despite the meh salad and "grilled" shrimp, we felt that the dinner was fairly reasonably priced for the area. The event was superb, and the hotel staff outdid itself and service at the bar was brisk!

Yelp
I'm a Hard Rock fan! I love Everything about it. Love the location in the heart of the time square. We had a broadway show tkts do was snow to walk to the theater. The room was small but every inch is well used. We had the Bruce room. I love the rain shower head, the illy espresso coffee maker. The Sessions restaurant makes amazing cocktails. The lobby rents out the guitar if you feel a little a Rock & roll.

Yelp
I would give it a zero but I can't. They basically stole my car. We did valet and when we called to get our car they said they couldn't get it for us but we could go 10 blocks and get it ourselves. Then they said they could, in fact, get it for us. We have currently been waiting 2 hours for the valet to bring our car. This is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable.
google avatar

Jo C.

Yelp
Great location near time square. Comfortable bed. They brought us a microwave and refrigerator. We also had to call each time we needed ice and everyone was super polite and courteous. The rooftop lounge had tasty drinks and appetizers! Highly recommend staying here.

Yelp
We stayed here a few weeks ago for 5 nights and it was in a great location right on Time Square, clean, friendly staff, nice room although a bit on the small side so definitely not for a longer stay, comfortable bed, and the best shower I've had in ages! I absolutely loved that shower with its adjustable head that created a fluffy stream that was so relaxing after all the walking we did. When we went down for breakfast on our first day, we were shocked at how small the orange juice was and how expensive it was! I had avocado on toast, which tasted odd so ended up having just the orange juice, my partner had scrambled egg on toast and said it was just ok. The toast was more like warm bread, so as we both didn't like what we had, we didn't eat here again. I'd recommend eating anywhere else actually as it's way too expensive for what you get. UT47 down the road was delicious so went there instead. The room was nicely decorated and clean. There was a sliding door to separate the bedroom which was great in reducing noise from the other guests. Nice touch Overall the stay was good, and the staff were all lovely. We would stay here again but in a larger room.

Yelp
I had a very nice stay at the Hard Rock hotel last month. Decided to do a last minute getaway and this hotel is right in the heart of the city. Easy to get to. I didn't use any parking at the hotel but a nearby garage which was "reasonable" for NYC. Front desk service was quick and efficient. The room was a little bit more spacious than typical but it is the city so you won't have too much. The bed was super comfy and there was a little sitting area. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful. Loved the gold trim and the rain shower head. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast and both were delicious. Overall, would definitely recommend if staying in the city. Walking distance to Rockefeller Center and Times Square.

Yelp
Great establishment. Polite and professional staff. The highlight of the trip was Antonio from Argentina which worked at the hotel bar on the 2nd floor. He makes you feel so welcomed. He brightened our days there. He remembered us and knew what we wanted and had a lot of good advice on where to go and what to avoid. He truly made our New Years Eve NYC trip memorable.

Yelp
Everyone at this hotel is ungodly rude. I despise this hotel first of all have you ever been on a cruise ship? That's basically what the room is like for 500+ dollars a night. When you walk in the sink is just right there in the open you can basically touch the toilet from your bedroom. A bed fits in the room that's it-- that would all be fine if the staff was polite, but they are horrible. Every time I call them. It's a nightmare. They are so rude. I really cannot get over it. Even the managers are rude. Also, they close to the coffee shop so you cannot get good coffee in the morning and the restaurant food is inedible.

Yelp
Benny was the sweetest bartender; we came here for a night cap. This space was amazing and the views were stunning. They even provided fur blankets if you wanted to brave the chilly NY night. About our drinks; Benny makes sure there is alcohol in your glass. A bit strong for a bunch of light weights. Then he gave us a birthday shot. Didn't he know we had to walk back to our hotel. Lol.

Yelp
Centrally located. Great for music buffs and enthusiasts. White glove service from booking to departure. Well worth the price.

Meegan W.

Yelp
Slow service. Unenthusiastic server. No urgency to seat us when so many tables were unoccupied and uncleared and no one waiting for tables but us.

Yelp
I don't usually like to write bad reviews but if you are going to read one review on here please make sure it is this one, I wanted to give them zero stars but unfortunately I had to give at least 1! save you time and your money and DONOT stay at this place. I have stayed at hard rock hotels at different location but this is absolutely the worst. The best example of a scam !!! Upon arrival the front desk asked if we wanted to stay in for an early "$20" fee check in, and we agreed to accept it since the price was reasonable. But after we went in the room I saw a huge amount of money was withdrawn out of my bank approximately $400. With that being said my friend and I went down and spoke to the same front desk and he mentioned that "I will be receiving the money back after check out" which we were ok with. Two days later after checking out and getting our bill, we realized that they charged "$200" for really check in not "$20". I spoke back to the manager and they nothing about it ! The worst experience by far !!! Never coming back to this place and please avoid it at all cost !

Yelp
From Check in to Check out The Hard Rock Hotel is Stellar! Our fifth floor Superior King with Balcony that gives affords a glimpse of the Energy of Times Square! The location is perfect for a Theatre trip, which is why we were there. The Staff was attentive and friendly, the rooms amenities were amazing, and having a balcony/terrace with views gave us an amazing outdoor space. The Rooftop bar is a must see with even better views of Times Square and all the action. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
I had a great lunch at the bar a delicious Goddess Salad with grilled salmon. The place is gorgeous a nice step into Rock Star luxury my bartender was cool told me to download the app so I can earn points whenever I visit any of their world wide locations. I would definitely recommend this place to meet up for lunch and a drink.

Yelp
This hotel is just amazing. We had the best service during our whole stay from the front desk to the bar tenders and housekeeping. If you want star service stop by the bar with Neilyn and Antonio at the Secessions Bar. We loved them and they definitely make the best cocktails. After our flight getting canceled last minute, they also assisted us with another room super easy and stress free after having a canceled flight when all other hotels were sold out. Thank you guys!

Yelp
Elvis Santana. He's security and what a incredibly nice person to represent this establishment. We walked in being local and curious about RT 60 the rooftop bar and also the lobby bar and NYY steakhouse all in one place. Elvis so nicely updated us on what's happening at the Hard Rock! Lobby music he mentioned live just about every day and just super cool installments and just cool all around. Dropped a star for some snooty hostess at RT60, but pics show the attention to detail! Absolutely worth a visit and make sure you say hello to Elvis!

Yelp
NYC has been a bucket list trip for me and I finally got to experience it! We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel NYC , location was central to Rockefeller Plaza , theatre district and Times Square. The rooms were clean and cozy, noise was not an issue at all. The food was outstanding. I have celiac and struggled with some restaurants outside of our hotel but the staff at Sessions restaurant went out of their way to make sure my food was safe and they had live music each evening ! Tenzin and Neily took exceptional care of my every request. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Yelp
Only stayed one night on a business trip but the room was so comfortable that I felt well rested when I checked out. The rooms are small but mighty. I stayed on the 27th floor and my only complaint was how long the elevators took. There is much to look at in the hallway of each floor and the lobby. If you are a music fan you'll enjoy are the memorabilia! The elevator stopped on the floor with David Bowie stuff and I hopped off to take a peek. The whole hotel is very shiny and new and clean. The cafe in the lobby is a great place to grab a coffee or iced tea (the cafe staff was super nice). We also had a snack on the patio but he menu is pretty uneventful! The chips and dips was sad. Potato chips and bread sticks with dips is an odd combo. Really well appointed rooms with clever attentions to detail. Also a comfy cozy bed. I slept well.

Kara M.

Yelp
Adrian & Antonio at the bar upstairs on level 1 were so amazing helping me surprise my friend for her Birthday. We got super service, they made great cocktails and totally rocked being part of my surpise.

Yelp
Great service very cool Love it best hotel ever I would suggest it! Great quality comfy beds very cool artifacts just a great place

Yelp
I would recommend to anyone to go here. Brilliant hotel, great staff; friendly, helpful , welcoming. The room we stayed in was modern clean and extremely comfy. I would recommend that anyone who is visiting NYC to stay here. 10/10 from me. Don't listen to these other snotty reviews. Absolutely stunning hotel

Yelp
Beautiful hotel and perfect location. No complaints, everything was on point. The staff was incredibly attentive, professional, polite and responsive. The rooms were very clean and the entire vibe was great. Will definitely stay there again.

Yelp
It's a little difficult for me to decide how many stars I should leave for this hotel but 3 is what sits with me based on my recent experience. The staff was friendly, food (room service) was amazing...I recommend trying Brussels sprouts. The hotel is clean and modern but really small. However there was no view of anything...location is wall to wall with other buildings, they also don't have much to offer as far as amenities, given that NY can be cold at winter...I personally was expecting at least a hot tub. We got to visit the rooftop bar and the security guard was super rude. I also want to point out that this "Hard Rock" Hotel didn't play one single rock song at all. It was the most boring HRH you'll ever find/experience. On the bright side...this hotel is situated right near Time Square.
google avatar

Hanson K.

Yelp
Nice decor decent drinks. Living up to its true midtown New York' ethos, staffs standing around the lobby never bothered to greet nor smile at us as we made our ways up the stairs to the Sessions Lounge. Perhaps a bit of hospitality in hospitality industry?? Maybe too much to ask for NYC crowd.
google avatar

Lunden C.

Yelp
Stayed here for just under a week and had a fantastic time! The service and staff at this hotel is exceptional! Everyone is so kind and prompt. One night when ordering room service (which is delicious!) I mentioned I felt dehydrated and within minutes they brought me six bottles of complimentary water! The rooms are modern and very clean, the only thing that could have been better was the beds. Mine was a little hard and made sleeping a little difficult. The room however was silent at night and very peaceful! The lobby isn't very spacious, but this hotel does have a rooftop bar and lounge that is fun to use/enjoy! If you need a place to stay in Midtown I would highly recommend the Hard Rock Hotel!

Yelp
Loved this hotel so much! I had to stay here for work and was pleasantly surprised. For being right off Times Square it was quiet and easy to get rest. The bed was sooo comfortable it was amazing. The shower was fantastic and the overall vibe was nice and posh. The staff were excellent and so accommodating. Only reason 4/5 because the room was very small, even considering the time Square location but overall would very happily stay again

Kristin D.

Yelp
The location of this hotel was convenient to theaters and Times Square, so for that it gets the one star. However, that is the only reason it is getting the one star. The rooms are extremely small. Barely room to walk between the walls and the beds. The bathroom is horrendous. The person on the toilet is in the way of the person getting ready at the sink, and the shower is one step away from that. In addition to that, we had many hours between check out and when our flight left. We went next door and my husband grabbed a slice of pizza. The manager made him leave! Saying no outside food was allowed in. So while our daughter and I sat inside, he went back to the pizza place and ate lukewarm pizza. Will not stay here again. Too much put into the ambience and not enough put into the rooms and customer service.
google avatar

Nicholas G.

Yelp
I just went to the bar but this was a pretty cool bar for Times Square. Located on the 34th floor of the hotel, this is a cozy hotel bar with live DJs and a solid food menu. If you're in the area and need someplace not too gross or touristy to meet up with someone or kill some time this is more than adequate. I also saw Sticky Dojah and Justin Strauss play vinyl records here and it was free. That's nuts.
google avatar

Mop P.

Yelp
very clean, nice new rooms. location is right off times square so fun for kids and if you want the tourist experience. the lobby is a little cramped, you enter and take the elevator or stairs up to the little lobby. elevators don't always work we had to wall up to 2nd floor bc elevator was just alarming. tried to watch some sunday night football in the room while the kids slept but tv wasn't working for me or another room my friend was staying in. why? they have satellite tv according to the front desk. storms=no reception. not a big deal though don't plan on watching such tv here but paying this much plus the unexpected "resident fee" every day... pros--lots of food around, easy access to the park, sights; great blackout curtains, very comfy beds cons--touristy, other issues
google avatar

Yelp
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are rock stars!! Sarah in the RT60 rooftop bar was amazing and took the best care of us. She was on top of our orders and we loved conversing with her. Chester was our favorite doorman and he greeted us initially when we arrived. Every time we came/went out the front doors, his sweet voice (calling us by name EVERY TIME), beautiful smile and lively banter made us feel special and really added to our great experience. I also must mention the entire breakfast staff at Sessions. I cannot state enough how lovely they were and orders were delivered promptly and were delicious. Coffee is fantastic here. I looked forward to interacting with them every morning. The hotel is beautiful, interesting and super clean. Housekeeping did amazing job each day
google avatar

Ben D.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel. However, after spending nearly $500 PER NIGHT to stay here, they wouldn't let us check in a couple hours early without paying an additional $200! That is outrageous. The room is ready and available but you want us to wait until exactly 3pm, for what? Won't be staying here again! Guests: Take your $500 and spend it somewhere else with better customer service! Not worth the price! "Luxury hotel" That treats it's guests like they are staying at the Holiday Inn. Unfortunately we booked 3 nights non-refundable here, so we couldn't just leave. Things only got worse after we checked in, and The lobby smells absolutely awful drenched in cheap perfume- which causes a headache. Pillows were flat and lumpy. Only good part was the restaurant staff were friendly (left a separate review for that!)

Yelp
Amazing Hotel! Great restaurants and Rooftop bar is spectacular! Will definitely stay here in the future.

Yelp
This review is mainly for the RT60 roof top bar since we ended up here after our initial plans fell through. Rooftop bar is located at the 34th floor .. everyone u pass by is so nice & friendly. We sat at the bar & ordered some drinks I had the Summer Winds cocktail nice taste , at first didn't feel like it had much alcohol? But after a few I certainly had a nice buzz hubby had the RT60 cocktail good as well , nice taste & also sneaks up on u. Bar cocktails are a bit pricey $17-18 doable, helps that they were strong.. they also offer some bar bites, none this time around maybe the next. The roof top is decent 2 sections left & right decent views. Nice lobby , bathroom & entrance to the hotel. As any other Hard Rock property u have cool memorabilia around to check out. New hotel so everything is very nice & clean hopefully it stays that way! Looking forward to staying at the property in the near future. We enjoyed our drinks & time here.

Patrick B.

Yelp
This review is for the restaurant. Food was good but the service is terrible. Took several requests and appealing to the manager to get the check. Waited 30 mins. Not busy. Tip is included so not incentive for excellent service. Extraordinarily slow server who also took forever to bring our food and forgot a to go order we placed when ordering our sit down meal.

D Y.

Yelp
I love this hotel!!! So clean, staff so friendly, the food is delicious, it is unbelievably quiet luxury in the middle of Times Square. I ate at the coffee shop, the lobby bar "Sessions" and the rooftop "RT60" twice each. The food is so good. I can't wait to come back!!

Jamie M.

Yelp
From the moment we approached the building and throughout our short stay, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter and I stayed in a King room and the overall layout of the room was fantastic. I especially liked the barn door feature between the actual bedroom and bathroom areas. It allowed my daughter to continue to sleep when I was up early and in the shower. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was also outstanding! The overall vibe of the hotel was beyond our expectations as well. True to any Hard Rock establishment, everything throughout the building was music-themed. Even the tiny details in our room made me smile, such as the gold guitar pick on the wall next to the door where the privacy latch rested when not in use and the "B-side" label on the extra roll of toilet paper. At the end of the hallways on every floor is an image of a musical icon as well as related memorabilia in a glass case. My daughter and I took the stairs from the 33rd floor down to the 5th floor, stopping on each floor to see who was on the wall. It was like being in a museum! I would definitely stay here again and will most certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family!!

Yelp
So Disappointed in your hotel. My wife and kids checked in just spent the weekend paid close to your $600 a night the last three nights to wake up Sunday morning to find thier flight had been canceled. Wife went down to check in to be rudely informed there were no rooms to book for another night and she had 20 minutes to check out or be charged another $200. Never again will you get our business.

Nayati H.

Yelp
Two stars for location. But so far, an average experience. The best part was the gentlemen who greeted us out front getting out the car. He deserves a raise! Trying to single handedly hold up the reputation of a grand star hotel. The food for room service was terrible and yet expensive. The people there are rude and not the most friendly, minus the check in staff, the man who greeted us, and the bartenders at the roof top bar.
google avatar

Yelp
Love the Hard Rock Hotels but definitely not the one in New York! Customer service here needs some work. My favorite is the one in San Diego and Cabo ...., New York

Michele T.

Yelp
We were there October 1-4,2023. No ice machines to get ice anywhere. Definitely do not recommend using the hotel valet. First of all it is expensive, but most of all because the hotel does not back you when damage is done to your car. When we checked out on the 4th my car was returned but the remote was ruined. Both the lock and unlock push buttons had been depressed and broke. The only way to use it was to poke something down in there to make it work. I noticed it instantly and showed the hotel staff including the manager. He said to take it up with the garage and gave me a number. The man at the garage, David Rodas, was very rude. I filed a claim with them and have NEVER heard anything back. This is not the way you do business, especially for an upscale hotel. I will never stay there again and don't recommend it to anyone I know going.

Amanda S.

Yelp
Not for business travelers. There's no business center. The gym is not well appointed. Breakfast isn't served until 7am. And while you can order room service beginning at 6 am, don't expect any courtesy there. I ordered their' Hard Rock Classic' - eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. But can I substitute the potatoes and toast for an extra slice of bacon? Nope. But they are happy to charge you extra. Oh - and the only phone call you can make from the phone is for their 'all-service' feature - one stop shopping for room service/front desk. But that button didn't work. Phone has to be replaced.

Yelp
I feel that they are very unprofessional and they discriminate both from the Manager Paul to the staff! We came to Paul manager and he was very rude from Rolling his eyes to not wanting to address any issues ! My first time in New York to celebrate my birthday and it has been so bad with the service maybe because I am Hispanic ! Antonio the bartender was the only one that was great very professional and was just overall !
