Food was not great and I doubt I’ll ever be back. The shrimp, collard greens and macaroni and cheese was great. The rum punch was great. Now about them ribs. Ribs are very tender but that sauce taste like Kraft BBQ that has something added to it to make it sweeter but was trash. The honey fried chicken was trash. The homemade coleslaw was trash and taste like the bucket kind with a little more sugar. The potato salad was ok but would not recommend. The mixed vegetables was great I rather eat that over the chicken. So many people hyped this spot up and I gave it a try but not for me. I didn’t finish anything on my plate to be honest and been ready to go anyone who knows me know I like to eat I’m a foodie but this is not a go to spot unless nothing else you really want to eat ain’t open but even then I’ll get six wings and fires from Kennedy chicken spot. Price was not bad but they need a lot of work to call it a soul food spot. Thank you but no and no I don’t want a refund just do better.

OK to start off this review I’m a be honest here. The food was not great, but it had some decent selections on the menu. I recommend you getting the “ultimate combo” The shrimp is really good specifically the fried shrimp. Sweet potato salad is not that good. It was bland. You really didn’t taste the taste. If you know what I mean fries are actually pretty decent. I had no complaints about the fries. The cornbread on the other hand did not exceed expectations. The cornbread didn’t really taste like cornbread if you know what I Mean. The sprite really tasted like water and the cup sizes for the water are not that big. They only have two dessert options and I’ll tell you right now. I did not order those two options. It was gonna taste bad. The tables do not fit males for a group of five. The table sizes are really small. The service is decent. He comes like every 20 minutes to make sure you’re doing all right. He refills your water for you stuff like that do not sit in the back!! There is no lighting back here and I couldn’t even read the menu. I had to pull out the phone and use my flashlight for the menu. That’s all don’t really recommend this place if you’re not from here have a nice day.

The food overall was good, but there were a few areas for improvement. I ordered the BBQ ribs, which were flavorful, but the seasoning wasn’t evenly distributed, leaving some parts less enjoyable than others. On the bright side, the sides were absolutely amazing—well-prepared and full of flavor. My husband ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich, which he enjoyed, but the slice of Kraft cheese felt like an odd choice for what could have been a more elevated dish. The drinks also left something to be desired. I ordered a mule, but the ginger beer was flat, lacking that essential carbonation that makes the drink refreshing. On the plus side, the music was fantastic, and the environment was incredibly welcoming. It created a great atmosphere that made the dining experience enjoyable, even with the minor hiccups. Service-wise, the server was polite but could have been a little more attentive. While we didn’t feel ignored, there were moments when we needed something and couldn’t easily get their attention. Despite these small issues, the food and ambiance show promise. With a few tweaks, this could become a favorite spot. I’d definitely consider giving it another try!

The renovated bar boasts a fresh atmosphere with its updated location. The new menu adds a delightful touch, offering a diverse range of options to cater to different tastes. Overall, a positive transformation for those seeking a revamped experience. Young and old crowd.. few new staff as well !

Ribs and honey fried chicken were delicious. Corn bread was good, but 1/3 the serving it used to be. The brisket was very fatty. The mac and cheese was not as good as it used to be! They changed the recipe and should change it back! I was charged full price, instead of the happy hour discount price for the Henny colada! And it was very weak. The ribs was the only reason why I'd ever return!

Food was warm and well seasoned and drinks was pretty strong I only had 1 !

Authentic comfort food place in the Harlem community. I ordered the fried catfish and shrimp with fries and mixed vegetables. It comes with cornbread also. The batter was very well done and tasty for both fish and shrimp. The shrimp were pretty large and there was about 6 of them on the plate. The fish fillet was really big too. This could definitely be a meal for 2 people. I didn't like the fact that they added the tip without letting me know before. I understand restaurants do that when there is a large party, but I was by myself.

First time trying this restaurant. The food looks great. Service looks okay... They Ambiance is fast. I'll probably eat here again

To celebrate my graduation from law school and my birthday in tandem, my awesome brother-in-law and his lovely wife took me to this seemingly-inconspicuous eatery nestled in Harlem. We were seated immediately upon entering. Service was good. Music was a little loud as the evening wore on but I gathered it was because of a Friday night. Portions were generous and the seafood was fresh, light and well-seasoned. My sister-in-law said that they had reservations about this restaurant because they had ordered from here via pickup and it was MEH but once they tried in person, it was terrific. I concur:)

Food was ok but the service was terrible. Ok it was New Year's Day and I lm sure the staff were tired from the night before so giving an extra star for that but the waitress wasn't friendly at all and lithe food took so long despite the restaurant being empty. The music was blaring and all rap music with the N word every other sentence.. saw high chairs in there but it's not kid friendly. Could not hear anyone speak at the table and should have left immediately but was too hungry to look for somewhere else.

IMO the food isn't as great as it was pre Covid. The Mac & Cheese was to die for. The salmon bites? Scrumptious. The drinks are still A1 and the customer service could be a little more enthusiastic. Giving 5 stars for ambiance, cleanliness & presentation of food and drinks.

Mixed feelings about this place - most of the entrees are pretty big portions but others are not so great. For example, the rib entree is big, the honey chicken is also a good size, but the catfish is tiny. I think the food is alright but the portion sizes make up for it. If you're looking for a lot of food and don't mind it being OK bbq then this will do the job.

I cant stop thinking about the mac n cheese and the frozen rum punch that was recommended by my waitress Felicia, who also provided phenomenal service !!! Will definitely be back.

It gave me a Waffle House vibes with loud music. The food was mediocre but the frozen drinks was really good .

I went on a Tuesday evening after a movie . The place was packed ! I didn't expect that for a weekday night but I soon found out why lol Happy hour is until 7 pm . Our waitress Fatima was very attentive but not over bearing which was good . I got the frozen Long Island with an extra shot the drink was delish . For dinner I ended up getting the fry chicken with Mac and collard greens . My friend got the catfish and shrimp with Mac and plantains . All the food was fresh and very tasty . I would definitely come back to try something else . The place could be a quick date night ( it's a little lively so there wasn't much chance for a deep convo ) or an after work spot ,Pop in if you're in the area and looking for a tasty bite :)

This is probably one of my favorite spots in Harlem. It's not as iconic as many of the famous Harlem restaurants that dominate the food blog space, but the music is good, food/drinks are great, and somehow, the price is even better. You can really get your money's worth at this restaurant without having to sacrifice quality. I've been here quite a few times and I look forward to going back. I definitely would recommend sticking to frozen drinks. I've tried a few of their cocktails and usually end up disappointed. The frozen drinks have yet to let me down.

We got here extremely excited to have some BBQ food. The reviews were great and the pictures had us sold at first sight. When we got here the atmosphere was on "Stand Your Ground, You Hurd" but nothing too crazy. We first ordered a Mango frozen Margarita and a Henny Coolada, both were on point ngl 5/5. We had the wings to start, naked with a side of Mango Jerk Sauce and some good old-fashioned Honey Mustard. They were a 4/5. Then we had the Chicken with BBQ short ribs. The chicken was roasted, meh 2/5 short ribs 4/5. Sides: collard green.... 2/5 I honestly don't know what all the hype was all about. You can literally feel the veins of the greens.( they weren't cooked) The sweet potato fries 3/5 was our second option because they didn't have NO YAMS like WTF?? ANYWAYS we both had a side of Mac and cheese which was the most disappointing part of our entire meal. The Mac and cheese only had cheese on the top. There was no cheese sauce. Every macaroni was bare naked like where tf is the Mac and cheese? The reviews completely mislead this business. On top of that while we were eating the waiter/ bartender who was attending us at the bar asked if we needed the bill once we started eating because he was ready to leave at 10 and the place closes at 11pm. We closed out our bill and ask for 2 henny coladas to go ... WHY THE FUCK DID HE GIVE US 2 COOLADAS WITH AMARETTO IN .l lllwhen he served the drinks I saw he was hiding the bottles which was a bit sketchy for me then when I get home I tasted my drink and you can taste the sweetness of the amaretto in the henny colada. No Hennessy in the Hennessy coolada? FIST AND LAST TIME COMING TO HARLEM BBQ!!!! A COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTMENT

Horrible scammers! Food was missing from the order. We called and were told they didn't have it available. We said, "Well, you charged us." They then said it was delivered! Changed their story and lied! It was not delivered and was a total scam. Many items were missing, wrong items were sent, and after we complained at length were told to come pick it up -- what's the point of delivery!??! Poorly run business, lousy service, and mediocre food. I ordered from here and not a chain to support a small business. My mistake. Never again.

Listen the food and selection USED to be great. Now ever since new management took over the food, drinks and menu has gotten terrible. This spot used to be the place to be and new management messed it up and now it's a shell of itself.

I have visited here 4 times at different times of the day, varied days of the week, varied menu selections and with mixed company. I have never been disappointed. The food is outstanding with generous portions at more than reasonable price points. The catfish bites were delicious with the catfish being seasoned and crisped to perfection served with a sweet sriracha sauce. Happy hour drinks were delicious.

I love this place and so do my friends and family. The food is what you would expect from a barbecue spot- down home Southern comfort food. The portions are large and the prices are affordable. I ordered the 10 piece bonless wings in honey and mango jerk and my brother got the rib and chicken combo. We also got the Harlem Size Mango Piña Colados. The menu has its similarities to Dallas BBQ however trust and believe the food here is fresher and 100 times more flavorful. The drinks here are also much better in regards to being able to customize flavors a Harlem Size will run you around $10 and they're quite strong. The atmosphere here is lively and it just feels like you're having a good time even on Monday night.

Hidden under a construction scaffolding, is where you find this really good BBQ joint. When you go inside the bar and dining room area don't look like much but the food definitely makes up for it. I ordered the Wings and Baby Back Ribs Combo with Collard Greens and Mac n Cheese. The Collard Greens tasted super fresh and in most places there watery or too dry but here there just fine. The Ribs and the Sauce were the best part of this meal. The Ribs have a good portion of meat on them and the Wings were very crispy and nicely seasoned. I will be coming back soon.

A quintessential "urban" place near the ABCD 125th train stop. I say "urban" because I'm not sure if it's black owned, but black people attend the place regularly. The music reflects the patrons, the Large TVs have spots while the music blasts loud enough to jam to while you can still have conversation. A rustic setup with prices to match. What makes it a specialty are the frozen drinks that flow at a nice price, especially if it's Happy Hour. Want a Hennycolada without going to City Island?! This is your place!

Good ole southern cooking, and the portions are great! Always a vibe, been going here for years.

I really hate to be this person because I really try not to leave bad reviews for businesses unless it's absolutely needed or really a disappointment or a let down but it's time to let people know what's really going on here so they don't waste time or money because obviously this establishment could care less about there business..... so let me start off by saying I am not a regular here but my friend has definitely become one so obviously we're two peas in a pod at moments so the only reason I go is because she goes and they have really strong drinks that will get you littt. With that being said it's not exactly a restaurant that is close to the projects but for some reason a lot of people come to this establishment from the projects and therefore it is now their regular spot. The service is very poor where they have a about one or two servers and it gets very busy on Fridays and Saturdays they do not care about the people that come in or out their establishment because I guess they keep the money going. I was there on Friday, March 18 with a friend and it was jam packed people were so loud and we could barely hear ourselves there were no mask and people were getting into arguments fights and disagreements people also we're bringing their kids in strollers and just like smaller kids in general to this place to drink at the bar. The food takes forever to be brought out to you even if you just order chicken wings. They allow people to take cups to go and they are basically a rip off version of Dallas BBQ but charging the same amount for the food and drinks so i'd really like appreciate it and want to let you guys know so you really don't waste your time and money so with that being said they don't have any updated new furniture everything is old and ripped and dirty. No security guard even though a bunch of again no offense black people from the hood come here all the time start shitt etc. like how are you running a business when people are waiting more than 20 to 30 minutes for such small things like chicken wings and charging 20+ dollars for a drink and I don't remember if they add gratitude onto your bill or not but point is is absolutely positively not worth it I've only ever had the chicken wings and salmon and paid more than an arm and a leg for such an establishment that really does not care so please avoid at all cost. Also it says they close at 11 that's so not true they close like 9:00-9:30pm everyday even on the weekends I think on Sundays they close even earlier like 7-8pm especially if it's slow or dead.

Not sure how I have never done a review on this place....if you live or work in the area not a bad spot.....nothing special to take an extra trip to come..... The food is pretty good....however when I now go I go for one item on the menu.....the honey wings...my 6 year old daughter loves them she would rate this place a 10 based on that.....and yeah the wings are pretty tasty.... I am not all into the Texas size margaritas however the ones here are pretty good and have a nice kick.....just like the nutcracker cocktail.... Look the place lacks personality.....kind of old and awkward setup....service is simply ok.....drinks pretty good....and food on point.... So my honest review is a 3.5 but according to my 6 year old it is a 10......

Not sure if online orders count, but I hope it does. While laying low on Memorial Day, we ordered the corn fritters, short ribs, collard, cornbread and coleslaw. My goodness was it all so good. Can't wait to visit in person.

This is another place that I've visited frequently but just started doing reviews since I've been a yelper. The food here is always good. Sometimes it can take a while but the restaurant can get pretty busy. The drinks are usually good in a lot of people come there for the drinks. This last time I went I only had drinks but I haven't eaten there many times. Great food not an upscale restaurant but very nice

Let me say that the food here is definitely 5 stars. I am being completely fair in saying so was my waitress. However, the experience overall was a bit sticky as was the accommodations. I found about this spot through an IG post advertising it as a 90's brunch /day party. I now am completely sure that the combo is being overused. Anyway, I got there around 1:30 and I expected the place to be swarmed, which it wasn't. It took a while for me to place my order. Once I did, I felt the service was slow. The bottomless drinks took forever as the didn't bring us a pitcher. The cat fish bites they brought us for appetizers were the bomb as was the cornbread. My friend and I had the red velvet waffles and wings. Omg, so good. Chicken was well cooked, sauces were on point. I love when a her sauce makes me teary eyed. By far, this place has every other BBQ'S beat when it comes to the quality and flavor of the food. However, they need to be adequately staffed especially when they advertise on social media and for special events. They could also stand to have someone assist them in rearranging the furniture so folks at one table aren't breathing on folks at another. I will def be back. I'll just be a little more discriminating about when I go especially as the weather warms up and brunch season is in full effect.

This place is a hidden gem. The food taste amazing! Everything is freshly made and is hot when it comes to your table. They make the best chicken wings in all of NYC! They even taste delicious plain. The sauces you can choose from taste delicious too. The quesadillas have so much chicken you will probably take half of it home. The mozzarella sticks, fries, and mac & cheese are great too. The service is impeccable and the staff is hard working. The cherry on top is the have best happy hour in all of Harlem!!!!! Texas size frozen drinks for 9 bucks. This place is amazing.

This BBQ I will do --- This is not Dallas BBQ I like the catfish here.... like really like it. There's a really good chipotle dipping sauce for the catfish, a nice combo of pepper, smoke and sweet. Don't share 'cause you'll double dip for sure. The mac & cheese was nice, hot and cheesy. The drink tastes great on its own, the extra shot is a plus as it should be. I hate to have to compare to Dallas but it really is just better here, all around. Nice menu, better variety, more flavorful food, better quality drinks. I wanna come back for the brunch.

One of my favorite places in Harlem. I have been here so many times and never been disappointed. Always busy but the food comes out hot and delicious. The wings are SPICY and I am in love. The drinks for happy hour are huge and delicious. The chicken is so good, honestly everything is so good. You cannot go wrong here - highly recommend. The staff is also very nice and respectable

As always Harlem BBQ was superb! The food and drinks are always on point and the service is just as great! Definitely recommend this place for some real soul food experience! Their Mac and cheese is to die for! Yum! Can't wait to be back!

The food was pretty good but it would have been even better if i didn't find a bent toothpick in my Mac and cheese. As I was eating I thought a bone got away from my wings then I pull out a bent toothpick which could have fell from someone's mouth as it was being made. Let's not forget covid is still a thing.I told the waitress, she brought me another one but I was not expecting to have to pay for it as I could have bitten into, gotten sick, who knows. I asked the waitress if she could take the Mac and cheese off my bill she said she couldn't and offered a shot instead. I could have caused a big commotion and all I get offered is a shot? Ridiculous

Came here after show at the Apollo. There was no wait and we were seated immediately. The restaurant was packed. There are a few booths, tables and bar seating. The set up of the restaurant is a bit weird for such a popular place. Although it gets kind of tight, the servers make it work. The staff isn't the friendliest. The service is slow for drinks and food. But, my food came out hot and delicious and my drink was strong. Which is why Im still giving this place 4/5. Im in no rush to return but I would if I am in the area again.

This rating is straddling 1-2 stars. I went here because I saw some really good reviews, saw some low ratings but the photos of the food looked really good. However, the food was not. I got the baby back ribs combo with the mango jerked wings. The ribs were overly sauced, to the point of unbearable. They were fall off the bone tender but the bbq sauce overpowered to tell how good. The mango jerked wings wasn't edible. I honestly think it was old, they had a sour taste to them that didn't belong plus I either didn't get mango jerk or that's not flavor of mango jerk. The sides were Mac and cheese which looked better than it taste (bland as ever, they just topped a bunch of cheese on macaroni). The collard greens was decent. Had a hot sauce flavor to them but not bad compared to rest of meal. This place needs to assess their food quality really fast!.

I was treated for my birthday dinner. Went with some friends and quite frankly I was not impressed. I've been to a few BBQ spots in Harlem, but me personally I can't rate them as the top spot. There are better places to eat if you are looking for authentic BBQ food. I had the Honey fried chicken and greens and macaroni and cheese for my sides. Starters, the greens were too salty and tangy, the macaroni was cheesy on the top, but bland in the middle. To be fair, the chicken was decent and so was the corn bread. For my drink, I had the Henny Cooler, nothing to brag about, has better. The ambience was good, not too crowded. I guess maybe it was a Sunday early evening

This place never disappoints! It is a must stop when in NYC! Honestly the only cornbread I have ever liked! The wings are good, corn nuggets, ribs all fantastic! I went with the pulled pork this time & I was so happy I did. The sandwich was huge & delicious. I couldn't even see the bottom bun when I got my plate. I would have taken some to go if I could have!! Always friendly service too!

I'm disgusted by the service here. I love Harlem as I've been living here for 10 years by the way of Long Island. The community of the small local business owners is what makes the community within Harlem. There are too many AMAZING businesses within Harlem to accept RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL service. I watched the bartender with a Hindu accent continuously be rude to customers (myself included) and treat them like less than. That's unacceptable. Save your time. Go to restaurant row aka 8th Ave in Harlem.

If you are looking for massive comfort-style food--this is the place. Service was accommodating, and food and drink were delivered timely. I ordered the ribs, and they were fall off the bone tender & the bbq sauce was sweet and tangy. I also ordered the sweet plantains which were also very good. I was NOT a fan of the cole slaw, and recommend some other side. This was my first go at Harlem style bbq, and it won't be my last.

I came here to get a bite to eat before seeing a movie. It took awhile for the waiter to come to is and we were in a rush so that was kind of annoying. You are supposed to get 10% off with a yelp check in and the waiter acted like no such thing existed. We got the whole "let me check with my manager but I don't think so" talk. He came back and said that we had the wrong address then he said he was kidding. Maybe on a day when we weren't in a rush it would have been funny- but turned out to just be another annoyance. The service was kind of slow in general (but the place was also packed so maybe that's a good sign? I'm not sure). I decided to order the shrimp tacos because I wasn't too hungry. And good thing I wasn't. I think they gave 3 small shrimp per taco. The toppings were pretty good but they seemed to double up on the corn tortillas (took away from the flavor so I separated the extra tortilla). I also got a side of greens. They were good but overpriced for the amount you get. They seemed to have some Dallas BBQ-esque drinks. Most people there had them. I would def try one if I was going back. Overall, it's definitely not a place I would rush back to but I'd give it a chance to try an actual meal.

Came here for dinner with my friend before going to the Apollo. I was not a fan of the place. It didnt seem very clean. Service was a bit slow. Even though they had a yelp check in offer on the app, they did not redeem it. I got the salad with shrimp and it was not anything great.

Drinks are always on point if you like frozen drinks. The food on certain items are hit of miss. I loved the Mac and cheese and the regular chicken wings. The fries came out smoking hot for the first order. When ordered another set they forgot to bring them to us and charge us for them. Luckily we were paying attention we got our fries to go. The ribs were way to salty. The sticky chicken was messy but flavorful. The restroom is only one stall so the wait at times was not cool. This is the restroom on the side of the bar not sure if there is one on the other side. Visited during COVID and before COVID they are trying to keep the distance table wise. The wait staff are always wearing mask.

Ordered take out last weekend and wasn't pleased. I used to come here BC ( before corona) and everything was delicious especially their cornbread and mac and cheese. I ordered a catfish sandwich with a side of mac and cheese and cornbread and unfortunately only ate a couple of bites and had to discard the rest. The catfish sandwich was greasy and was fried really hard. The mac and cheese just wasn't it. Their service is great, they have a friendly staff but their food has lost something since the pandemic. I'm hoping to revisit in the future for another chance.

Place is great. I went to the Apollo for a show and stumbled upon this place after being referred by a local in the street. It was Friday so it was busy and loud but I expected that. I got the short ribs and bbq chicken and it was a HUGE amount of food that came with cornbread and two big sides. I wish I was a lot more hungry because it was too much food for me to eat. My buddy got the honey fried chicken and it literally some of the best looking I have ever seen. Skin was amazing and was smothered in honey. I am not in Harlem much but I want to go back up just to eat here. Def worth trying if you are in the area for the price an amount of food you get its so worth it. You can definitely make two meals out of it

One of my.closets friends took me here , and it was great the food was fabulous & delicious. It was my birthday 12 /30 and it was about 3 yrs ago. I'm hoping the business is still there after this Convin19 is over.

Came in here on the evening of Fathers Day with my boyfriend. We were seated immediately. Our waitress greeted us promptly, took our orders, and our food and drinks came out fast. We both ordered a frozen rum punch...which was very good. Now here's when things go downhill....My bf ordered ribs n chicken combo. The ribs were nasty. Flat out disgusting. They tried to disguise the nasty taste by adding a lot of bbq sauce, but that didn't help. Chicken was good...n so were the fries. I ordered the chicken n shrimp combo...with a side of mac n cheese n collard greens. The chicken was dry n tasteless. Mac was ok, but it was too greasy. Collard greens tasted like they were microwaved. The fried shrimp were actually good. Bottom line, if you want to go somewhere for a quick drink n an appetizer, this might be your spot. Don't expect to leave with a belly full of delicious cuisine

We've loved you in the past and we're even more impressed tonight with our delivery order. We tried the mango jerk chicken wings for the first time and loved them. The coleslaw was great and I'm not even a huge fan of most coleslaw. It was crisp, not mushy. The ribs were great as always and the roast chicken was perfect! Wow. Thank you.

This place is a Third Rate Overpriced Poor Imitation of Dallas BBQs! Im usually one whos easy to please, not picky and dont complain that much when I go out to eat but this place is an exception to my rule. I went to Harlem BBQs this past Sat because the wait at Dinosaur BBQs was too long & one of my friends had been there previously & said it was really good but it has changed, unfortunately not for the good. 1st of all the prices are very high almost double that of Dallas BBQs esp the drink prices!! I think it was $22 for a good frozen Dallas BBQ type drink. I didnt purchase one because I was so taken back by the price! My friends ordered them & said they were just ok. I asked for an iced tea which they didnt have! I dont know of any restaurants that dont serve iced tea, so I had a pineapple juice instead. For my meal, I ordered 6 wings for $11.95 (overpriced) which were small but they were pretty good. I also had the sweet potato fries which where pretty good as well . The one highlight of the meal was the homemade BBQ which is excellent. One of my worst complaints is that they dont have real silverware!! They gave out plastic knifes & forks. I was totally appalled & shocked by that. In this day & age being we're past the major COVID outbreak, all other restaurants have switched back to regular silverware so this didnt make any sense at all My total bill came to around $26 + tip for not even a complete meal & non-alcoholic beverage. On the other hand on sunday I went to Dallas BBQs had a chicken sandwich with rice & coleslaw included & one the signature frozen drinks for $25 including the tip! So take my advice and stick to the real BBQs!!

Love this round away spot! Almost every time I come venture here I love it( I always get the same ) salt & pepper ,plantains , collard greens! My family like the rest of the food

Other than the slow service, the food was pretty good for lunch! I'm not sure why they call it bbq because there aren't many traditional bbq options other than ribs and burgers. I ordered the 10 chicken wings with bbq sauce on the side and extra crispy fries. I was expecting little drumlets, uh a whole plate full of drums/flats came out and I barely ate 5 in one sitting...I love leftovers! The chicken was seasoned and the bbq sauce was a mix of sweet and savory. My friend ordered the 10 mango jerk chicken wings and she loved them...not too spicy and very flavorful! We shared a side order of fries. We didn't drink alcohol, but the table next to us raved about the Hennessy Pina Colada...odd pairing to me but I'm all about the creativity! The bar also has frozen margarita machines with different flavors so I'll definitely come back and order catfish and a drink.

THE WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE SYSTEM IN ALL THE LAND!!!!!! In a normal world, one should be able to pick up the phone, call a restaurant, and place an order for delivery......But NO, not this place! I called at 4:27pm to place a delivery order and was told they don't make deliveries until 5pm, and beforehand, I must make the delivery online.......BULLSHIT. if you're open for business now, you should be ready to do all business now!!! Period. Ghetto rules suck!

I went here on a Tuesday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the mini (5) boneless wings - mango jerk sauce and a side of Mac and cheese. The sauce was different than I anticipated, but still very good. I was hoping it would be spicier. The mac and cheese was pretty good, not the best, but definitely not bad. Cornbread came out while I waited for my food so that was a nice touch. The service was pretty quick and the portions were larger than I expected. I had leftovers which is always a plus. The price seemed a little high at $15 (for a side of Mac and cheese and five wings) but I did enjoy my meal. Side note: I didn't drink, but many people were at the time and they seemed to be loving it. I checked out the drink menu and they have good prices for how large the drinks were. Next time I come, I'll be sure to try one.
