Hashbrown opens inside Blume Restaurant in Henderson | Eater Vegas

"A casual breakfast-and-lunch outpost built off the plush interior of an adjacent upscale restaurant, this spot opens daily at 6 a.m. and serves breakfast staples and creative lunch plates amid luxe décor — custom Armani blue tufted booths, crystal chandeliers, and wall features made from 17,000 handmade gold silk roses and hydrangeas. Morning favorites include chicken and waffles, Benedicts, omelets, Belgian waffles, huevos rancheros, biscuits with turkey gravy, various griddle stacks, and a loaded avocado toast topped with a poached egg. Lunch offerings range from roast chicken avocado eggrolls, soups and salads, and a Vegas burger on a brioche bun to the namesake hashbrowns served with steak, turkey, or sausage." - Bradley Martin

Something I HIGHLY recommend, if you're looking for a holiday feel -- is their pumpkin spice waffles. It's soooo good and would have probably been my top pick if I didn't like more savory things better(hence the chicken wings I will mention later). They pair it with this pumpkin cream cheese; it's somewhat dense in volume but light in taste. And the waffle itself is thick and feels more like a French toast. So good, I've been having dreams about this. I would have taken a picture of this, but I was in heaven and forgotten. (So the photo attached is from the restaurant's IG ---- looks basically the same) It's only seasonal though, so you gotta try it before the new year. I also very very much recommended their chicken wings, it's the perfect combination of dry yet juicy and has a hint of sweetness. I forgot exactly what they said, but something along the lines that they marinate their wings for many many hours with this sort of beer batter. Either way, I'm all for it. Seriously 10/10, you have to try it. I also got the salmon benedict, which is just as good as any salmon benedict. Presentation is on par with the restaurant vibe. Honestly, the food and service was great. The staff was super friendly and attentive -- our waters were always refilled, the waiter always checked to see if we were satisfied, and one of my friends dropped a knife and our waiter immediately replaced it with a new one as he was already headed towards our direction.

Wonderful food and friendly staff. I tried a couple of their specials. The pumpkin waffles were rich with a strong pumpkin pie flavor, easily the best waffle I've eaten since moving to Vegas. The house made hollandaise sauce was fresh and went well with the perfectly poached eggs and salmon. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. We were definitely well taken care of. The background setting of Blume really added to the ambiance of the space. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a high end brunch location

I give this place a 2+. To be straight up about the food, it was OK. Nothing special, and the execution was just OK. I feel like a place called hash brown should have some super legit hash browns and they were not crispy, and not stellar. My wife's chicken and waffles were unremarkable. Not bad but nothing to write home about. The restaurant itself is having an identity crisis. To be fair this place is home to two restaurants. It is hash brown for breakfast and lunch, and Blume for dinner. The decor is weird. It feels like somewhere you would have a bachelorette party. It's full of plastic gems and chandeliers, and giant velvet chairs, while on the other side there are giant TVs and kind of a sports bar vibe. The service was mediocre, but it's definitely kinda weird when you're the only ones there. Overall: weird vibe, ok food, about $50 for what you see in the picture. For that money, you'll see me going somewhere else.

This place was the best. Service was great. Breakfast we had the Chefs special. The bartender/ server tended to our needs very well. We celebrated my daughters birthday and they came and sang. Really soothing environment. You

It’s nice to have another breakfast choice in the area. The service was friendly and attentive. Our food was good and fortunately, they have the best hashbrowns we’ve ever had! Looking forward to our next visit!

Loved this place! The staff, the ambiance, the owner, the manager, the Chef! The food....Amazing! Our server Joseph was so friendly, fun, and accommodating! He gave us outstanding service. The Chef Dontae, he makes delicious works of art! I had a Bacon Bloody Mary from the bar.....yum delicious! My meal was the Steak breakfast burrito with ranchero sauce. Best ever! Then our server brought a little surprise from the Chef. My friend and myself were in foodie heaven! You will not be disappointed if you have breakfast or lunch here. It, is inside Blume restaurant. Very easy to get to.. on Saint Rose Parkway between Spencer and Jeffreys. Prices are great! The service outstanding! If, you are a foodie or just looking for a Great meal....you will love this place!

This location is hard to find online and physically. It is inside the Plume restaurant. The decor is beautiful but the food was disappointing. Out of 5 plates not one was hot, barely warm. The Huevos Rancheros has very little flavor, no spice whatsoever. The berry waffle tastes good but again it was not served hot. I hope it improves. If you have a choice sit at a low table, the bar high table chairs are very uncomfortable when the foot rest is missing.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this newly opened place on Sunday! Simple menu that you don’t lose yourself searching for your favorite! The food was really good with top notch presentation which is kind of unexpected surprise for a breakfast place! On top of it, you get to have a breakfast in fashionable plush interior of a fine dining restaurant! Staff was very friendly and we were overwhelmed with attention, which was also a nice surprise, given that the place was packed! The whether was a little windy so we couldn’t sit on the covered patio, but that is something to look forward to next time we go! Highly recommended!
