Hashbrown opens inside Blume Restaurant in Henderson | Eater Vegas

"A casual breakfast-and-lunch outpost built off the plush interior of an adjacent upscale restaurant, this spot opens daily at 6 a.m. and serves breakfast staples and creative lunch plates amid luxe décor — custom Armani blue tufted booths, crystal chandeliers, and wall features made from 17,000 handmade gold silk roses and hydrangeas. Morning favorites include chicken and waffles, Benedicts, omelets, Belgian waffles, huevos rancheros, biscuits with turkey gravy, various griddle stacks, and a loaded avocado toast topped with a poached egg.
