Amazing.
This was a great dinner blending Japanese ingredients with a European / Scandinavian style of of cooking.
Easily one of my top meals. It's an inventive style of cooking with an interesting mix of ingredients. We also had the wine pairing menu with a fantastic selection of wines with our meal ranging from champagne, a wine from Georgia and a port-like wine from Portugal.
Highlights include the Hatsu salad with a really interesting mix of herbs and greens, including a seaweed that grows in the mountains, the sea urchin with sour cream on bread, the curry, and wagyu beef.
The menu changes every 6 weeks or so.
