"Hattie B’s, the hot chicken behemoth, has opened a new location in Williamson County at the Factory (230 Franklin Road). The 3,058-square-foot restaurant includes a private patio and dining room for 77 seats. The menu features classic Hattie B’s offerings like hot chicken, pimento cheese mac-and-cheese, and banana pudding. The interior differs from other locations with waffle-and-hot-chicken wallpaper and a mix of red and white tables. Local craft beer and frozen drink cocktails are available, along with batch cocktails like Shack Water and a hot chicken-and-dill pickle-infused Bloody Mary." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones

Came to start off Hot chicken week, but no one mentioned Hot chicken specials until we sat down at our table after ordering to see the table tent. Chicken seemed a little dark.. maybe time to change the frier oil or something. Flavor was good, medium was the perfect spice level for me. The fried pickles are not it... way to thin for the breading leaving me to question if there was even pickle in the breading. Collard greens were great. An easy fast casual stop in at the factory.

First time trying Hattie B’s and they definitely didn’t disappoint! I know they’re hyped up as one of the best chicken joints in TN so I’ve been wanting to try them out. My husband and I weren’t too hungry when we visited though so we decided to share the dirty bird fries. Highly recommend! It was a good amount for two adults. We both loved the fries with all the toppings it came with. Top notch as far as loaded fries go! Service was quick and the interior was kept very clean. We came on a Friday afternoon and it was packed! But surprisingly the wait wasn’t too long for us to get our food. I will definitely be back to try more of their options! Their chicken sandwich and the desserts sound delightful!

First time visit. We tried the chicken tenders (medium) meal with potato salad and the grits. The tenders were so flippin juicy! Every single bite. Medium gave them a slight kick but not terribly spicy. The potato salad was good, but the winner was the grits! Yummy! The staff was friendly, and I will definitely be back when I am in town.

We always love to stop and get Nashville Hot Chicken at Hattie B’s when in Franklin. This location is super-hip and has the least wait of all the Hattie B’s locations. Play corn-hole while you wait or discover the secrets of the welded sculpture man out front. This location is at the Factory At Franklin Mall.

Small, but bright and airy. I ordered for takeout, but no one told me I would have to get my own drink, so we brought an empty cup home. We got the hot chicken sandwich, dark chicken plate and kids menu tender. Yes, one tender. On a slice of store bought white sandwich bread. Sides were as expected. All was good, except the peach cobbler. Very stiff and bready. But it was free, so there's that. Overall price was fair.

Google
I was a 1st timer trying this place out, and I definitely would go back! Their chicken tenders are fire good, the wings are jumbo sized greatness, and the sides are exceptional 🫡 (at least the one's I've tried lol). They even have merchandise on display inside, T-shirts, hats, cups, etc. Nice set up overall.

Out of all the time I've spent in Nashville, I've never tried Hattie B's until now. And after trying it, I do think it's worth the hype. I got the chicken sandwich southern style, and my boyfriend tried the hot chicken tenders in medium. I'm new to spicy food due to previous reactions, but I would definitely get medium myself next time. The chicken itself is incredibly tender and juicy in both of our choices. The medium sauce is very flavorful without too much heat, but it is still there. Also, I have to say the fries are amazing. Almost like Zaxbys but so much better flavor. The house sauce is also great with both the chicken and fries. I got a lemonade to drink and it was perfect to go along with the food and the heat of the day. All of the staff was very kind and great to talk to. This location is also a personal favorite as The Factory is a beautiful location in general. Definitely recommend if you're ever in Nashville!

Google
This place is hands down my favorite Hot Chicken joint. Great location with a wonderful service. Everyone is kind and helpful and seems passionate about what they do. I'll definitely be back for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. ;-)

Yelp
Visited here based on friends' recommendations. I was told that the wait at the Franklin location wouldn't be as long as the downtown area. Thank goodness!! Absolutely loved my 3 tenders selection. I was a wimp and picked mild, only because I was driving early the next morning and didn't want any upset bodily functions lol! The staff were great! Folks would stop by our table to check in if we needed anything after our food arrived. Happy to return for visit when back in the area!! Great job!!

Yelp
We came in and ordered quickly. Had to wait quite a while for an open table. Once we got seated, we were freezing. The door for "pick up" kept being held open by people coming in, leaving, and for pickup. We changed our order to be Togo. Not to mention, the music was too loud, causing people to have to talk over it. So, after waiting 30 minutes for our food, we were just told that they are out of the chicken we ordered. So, they offered us a dessert and refund. Apologized. But we were upset and just asked for a refund. We arrived at 5:44, and now leaving hungry at 6:24. Absolutely a disaster. How does a chicken place run out of chicken at 5:45 on a Sunday evening?

Yelp
Locals will argue, but in my book, and it's an opinion widely shared, Hattie B's IS Nashville Hot Chicken. New to town? Just visiting? Curious about the local specialty of hot chicken? Head yourself on over to Hattie B's, Start with the hot, it's the classic Nashville heat. You can move down to wimpier versions if it's too much for you, and you can bump up a couple more levels of heat, if you're into playing "quien es mas macho" with your home boys. But the hot is classic. Nice burn, but not so much you need to start tapping the brakes. Personally, I prefer the tenders, which are easy eating, and have a nice crust to meat ratio. The wings are also an excellent choice, they're much bigger than your usual wing. But the type of chicken is entirely a personal choice. Don't short yourself on the sides. The southern greens is classic. The baked beans are some of the best stuff you've ever put on your spoon. The mac & cheese won't disappoint, if you're looking for traditional mac & cheese. But here's the most important thing to remember. Order more than you can eat. Because the leftover Hattie B's chicken, cold, straight out of the fridge, is stunningly fabulous. I just ate the last I had in the fridge, and it's making me sad. Guess I'll have to head back to Hattie B's!

Yelp
A 4.5 would most accurately sum up my Hattie's experience but since there is no such matrix... a 5 it is. With a recommendation from both the Lyft driver and the hotel manager, I wanted a good feel for some Tennessee hot chicken and Hattie's represented very well. I love that you get a choice between either all white or all dark meat. I went with the dark meat. For only five dollars more you could double your order size, bargain. Besides the meal you get a choice of two sides. There are probably 10 different side choices to choose from, and I went with the coleslaw and. Black Eyed Peas salad. The Black Eyed Peas salad was probably the low point in the meal. I would rate this about a three. You also have choices of how "hot" you want your chicken to be. I started out medium. It was spicy, kinda hot, but not off the charts. The portion of chicken is good and every bite was wonderful. I really love the coleslaw. A tad on the sweeter side, which is how I like it. Finished off the meal with sweet tea. Not too sweet, not to "not sweet".

Yelp
Do I recommend? Of course! We go here all the time. It's great to have a Hattie B's location in the Factory. (part of many new upgrades). Parking is sometimes an issue (only because things are always happening at the Factory now) but you can also park and walk through the Factory. Amongst hot chicken places, Hattie B's stands out for their great chicken (duh) but it's got great flavor not just heat. I tried the grilled chicken on the last trip and it was surprisingly really really good. Another huge plus is the sides at Hattie B's. They have a good variety and they are TASTY! I normally bring a leftover box home to enjoy the next day too. Plenty of seating and just a great spot to enjoy a meal. They also provide great takeout service!

Yelp
Another visit, but for dinner! We were craving some hot chicken on a cold snowy day & all the fixin's - we love Hattie B's sides as much as their tender flavorful chicken! I literally crave the potato salad, it's one of the best I have ever had. Service was friendly & quick, ambiance is an epic modern take on a 50s dinner (sports available on TV) as it's a brand new build out at The Factory!

Yelp
We love this Hattie B's location! Went with a big group for lunch, and was not disappointed. We were seated imminently and got our food shortly after that. The manager was very attentive, and even let my party sample their signature "reaper" hot chicken and gave us each ice cream after to help cool down the heat. It was spicy!! I would recommend if you enjoy fried chicken, you will not regret it.

Yelp
Breakfast was delicious! We got the ultimate sandwich with an egg, cheese and bacon biscuit. They were great. I definitely recommend the honey butter sauce on the egg, cheese and bacon biscuit, very tasty and a perfect compliment. We also got tots with beer cheese and a side of waffles. The tots with beer cheese were the perfect side for the breakfast sandwiches but the waffles were dense and not fluffy. I'd pass on the waffles next time. To drink we got coffee and a pain killer. Both were great. Not many people visiting on a Sunday around 10am. We found a table easily and had a very relaxed breakfast. The service was quick and they fixed a mistake with our order without a hassle. Great place for breakfast!

Yelp
First time in Nashville and both my husband and I loved Hattie B's! While we've had our fair share of amazing fried chicken over the years, we were actually surprised at just how juicy and flavorful the chicken here was for a chain restaurant. Spicy lovers rejoice! I personally don't have a strong heat tolerance and found the medium level just the right level before it got too spicy, while the mild was the most enjoyable if I wanted to eat more. I can't imagine how hot the "Enthusiasts only" levels are. All of the food options are great, but the fried chicken sandwich would probably be my go-to. For sides, we unanimously loved the grits the most. The banana pudding was also a nice way to wrap up the meal, and it was loaded with bananas and topped with nilla wafers. The staff was friendly, and the location at the Factory at Franklin is nice - if we're back in the area, we'd happily make a stop here again.

Yelp
I saw the line on Broadway for Hattie B's so really wanted to try it when we went to Franklin. I think there is probably more hype around this place then there should be. The chicken was good. I got the mild because I have been scared from some very spicy Nashville hots. But I do wish I would have went with at least a medium for some spice. But the chicken sandwich was good. The fries were just okay. The special sauce was like a less flavorful chic fil a sauce. I would probably come here again, however wouldn't wait in those long lines that you see everywhere for it.

Yelp
For years I've wanted to get to Hattie B's in Nashville! I still haven't been to the downtown Nashville location, but we did finally get it from the newer spot in Franklin. This chicken was as delicious as I expected! The chicken was so moist, it was fantastic. I'm not a big spice guy, so I ordered mild. Even the mild had a nice kick to it. I also ordered a side of pimento Mac n cheese which was so good! I'll still try and get to the original in Nashville, but Hattie B's in Franklin didn't disappoint!

Yelp
4.75 * Conveniently located at the "far end" of The Factory in Franklin (which is in the midst of a wonderful remake & expansion). Very easy handicap access with accessible parking right outside the door. Often has lines extending to the door and beyond, so we chose to order online. (You can also order via their convenient app.) And our order was ready when we got there...right at the time they said it would be. Super flavorful chicken with a dry crisp coating. You want sauce - add your own. But in my humble opinion, HattieB's hot chicken stands the test of tenderness & taste. And while I am a big sauce, person, Hattie B's simply doesn't need it. Their range of powerful flavors from Nada to Mild to Shut the Cluck Up are all fantastic. (BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE HOT END VERSION !!!) Sides are fine and service is stellar. Only misstep in term of stars is being crowded in a rather small space....for in-house orders and pickup.

Vinnie E.

Yelp
Chicken is very good. Be careful with the level of heat I took home a large family bucket. The 2 quarts of sides were not good. A mac n cheese that was mush. So was the grits side. Nothing to chew. That was disappointing but I would go back for its staple menu item, chicken.

Larry B.

Yelp
We stopped in for a workday lunch and had a short wait to order. There was plenty of seating. Considering the line the dining room wasn't crowded. They had out door seating open and there was considerable carryout. Staff was friendly and attentive. I had the 3 Tenders, grilled with medium heat, French fries and grits for sides. The chicken was juicy and medium is just right for lunch. The fries were crispy and I like the grits, just enough cheese and bacon. My lunch partner had the tenders, fried with "damn hot" heat, he struggled a little.

Mark W. S.

Yelp
Haven't had Hattie B's in a while so we stopped for lunch while in the area. This location is in the old factory location. They did a nice job remodeling this place as it's bright, airy, and open inside. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. I got the hot while my wife got the plain, no heat. Both were moist and juicy. Our sides were collards and Mac & cheese. Both delicious. We loved it. About as good as it gets.

Amy S.

Yelp
We came with big expectations and did not leave disappointed. This was our first trip to the Nashville area and so it was mandatory that we try official Nashville hot chicken. We decided to visit the location in Franklin and found the environment to be charming and an added bonus, connected to The Factory, which was also on our list of places to visit. We are used to spicy food and typically can handle level five "Indian hot" Asian cuisine. So we decided to order from the enthusiast portion of the menu. Not wanting to overdo it, we opted for the second hottest chicken on the menu. It brought tears to our eyes in the best possible way. My husband forgot to order banana pudding so we had to settle for cooling our mouth with the ranch dressing that accompanied our fried pickles. We are very thankful that the restaurant serves chewable ICE because we made several stops to the beverage station to refill. The next time we visit, we will definitely scale it back a little bit so that we can eat more, because the food was delicious. We just couldn't handle any more heat. True to the reputation, Hattie B's is the absolute best.

Eli T.

Yelp
It's never a bad time or a bad meal at Hattie B's stopped at this location since I was staying in the area. Happened to get here while breakfast was still being served and got to try their breakfast menu for the first time. Great as always definitely don't recommend getting Damn hot at 10am... However it tasted great on the way down! Staff were friendly and service was timely. There was a line when I got there but only waited a little bit of time to order. Happy with my Hattie B's experience once again!

Gina K.

Yelp
All the sides are amazing. I wasn't impressed with the chicken for as much as this company gets hyped up around Nashville. The location is wonderful - a repurposed building with shops and restaurants. The portions are hefty and the price is reasonable. So, if you're in the area maybe worth a stop.

JaNese B.

Yelp
This place was cute. The service was good. The staff were all very accommodating. The food was good. I was scared to try the pimento Mac and cheese. It was okay I guess. I have no complaints about it. I prefer my Mac and cheese baked. But it was very flavorful. It wasn't may favorite spot during my trip but it wasn't bad. My husband loved his food.

Mike B.

Yelp
Happy to see there was a Hattie B's in Franklin, we stopped there for lunch. Like Hattie's Nashville counterparts, a line forms outside prior to opening and it gets quite crowded soon afterwards. We arrived fifteen minutes prior to opening and there were probably ten parties already ahead of us. "Nashville hot" chicken sandwiches has become a popular menu item all over the country but I remember how fantastic Hattie B's was many years ago and was happy to be back. Ordering at the counter is quick and simple. Your meals are brought to your table. I had the chicken sandwich with crinkle cut fries (medium-I love spicy foods but once I ordered "hot" and have dialed back to medium ever since). My wife had chicken tenders and coleslaw. I enjoyed my sandwich quite a bit but for some reason, it didn't have the WOW factor I remember from previous visits. Still, it was very good. My wife's chicken tenders were tasty and made from large strips of chicken. The breading was a little heavy but they also very good. We will definitely be back because WOW factor or not, Hattie's chicken is darn good!

Kacy G.

Yelp
When investigating the best hot chicken place to check out in Nashville, we saw a review that said "We send all the tourists to Hattie B's and we keep the real gems for ourselves." Well, that is ridiculous, because Hattie B's is a real gem. Not only is the location amazing in a refurbished old stove factory, the food was delicious. I could eat the hot chicken sandwich with pimento cheese every other day for the next year and never get sick of it. Also, every side we had was amazing. This is worth checking out. Just do it. Also do it in this location because the aforementioned mall is worth your time.

Athena H.

Yelp
Best food we had in Nashville! The hot chicken definitely doesn't disappoint and both the fried and grilled tenders were tender, juicy, and massive. The spice is delicious and unique, I was expecting it to be similar to traditional buffalo and it was wayyyy better than that. We ordered loaded grits, fries, coleslaw, and potato salad for sides we all phenomenal but the potato salad blew us out of the water. Very reasonably priced for the portions. It is very loud and busy and difficult to find a table but totally worth it

Tim G.

Yelp
The food is good, which I've always found to be the case at any Hattie B's location. However, the service here was a bit slow. The line tends to move really slow, and then it seems like the food takes much longer to be delivered than is should. The restaurant was also in need of some cleaning. It seemed like many of the tables hadn't been cleaned in a while. They also keep the music pretty loud. It is nice that they have some outdoor seating in addition to the indoor tables. I'm really happy to have Hattie B's at the Factory in Franklin, but do feel they need to up their game a bit. For example, as much as the location on Lower Broadway is often a mob scene, the staff there really hustles to keep things moving.

Teresa H.

Yelp
We love that Hattie B's is now in Franklin! The food was delicious, very consistent with the other locations. Our food came out quickly and the service was wonderful. We had multiple people check in to make sure everything was up to par. Seating may be hard to find during busy times. We came at 5pm on a Monday and got right in, but it quickly filled up. Ambiance and decor is typical Hattie B's, with a mix of tables and booths. The noise level was good, we were able to converse and enjoy our hot chicken.

David B.

Yelp
Great food! We preferred Hattie B's "hot chicken" over Prince's. Great service Awesome! NEYDA the manager, is the best, very attentive!

Erika P.

Yelp
Wow! The best fried chicken around. I love that you can choose your spice level. We enjoyed the fried pickles and the banana pudding.

Courtney D.

Yelp
If you want great hot chicken; Hattie B's won't disappoint. The ambiance is fast pace, crowded and you have to find your own seating; which I do not like. I suggest ordering ahead for a to-go order. My to go meal is the jumbo tenders- (I prefer medium heat as it's just a hint of heat), crinkle fries and red potato salad. The waffles aren't bad but at times they can be hard. I not a fan of the other sides items offered, but others love them. Overall, I highly recommend Hattie B's!

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Love Hattie B's and I'm so happy that they are in Franklin at the factory!! Medium is my favorite with the chicken tenders with pimento mac & cheese, collardand fried pickles!! Perfection!! For sure recommend!!

Madelaine G.

Yelp
Friendly & helpful staff. Clean restaurant. I had the fried hot chicken sandwich (medium heat) with baked beans & my mother had the kids chicken (no sauce) with potato salad. We shared the side of greens & black-eyed pea salad. Everything came out as ordered & was delicious. The medium was the perfect heat for me personally; hot, but not too hot.

Jessica Y.

Yelp
Fried chicken was great! I got the cheddar bacon grits as a side and they were amazing! The staff were very friendly and got the food out fast. We got peach cobbler and ice cream. I really appreciated how the gentleman that took our order was kind enough to ask if we wanted them to bring our ice cream out later so we could enjoy our food without our dessert melting!

LeAnn A.

Yelp
Amazing food with many levels of hotness ! I got the not hot with a medium dipping sauce. Loved the house sauce on the side better tho. All the sides were amazing. Grits and Mac and cheese are to die for!! It's located in Franklin's The Favtoey. Cool place

BT M.

Yelp
I've previously reviewed the Franklin location of Hattie B's. This one applies solely to breakfast. Imagine it's 7am and an email hits from Hattie B's letting you know that, as of 7am, they are serving breakfast. You read the email. Re-read it. Check dates, times, and location info. Yep, Hattie B's in Franklin, at The Factory, serves breakfast as of 7a.m. on April 10, 2024. You get up, clean up, dress down, and drive over. I'm not going to lie; Chick-fil-A has a good chicken biscuit. The not so good is their biscuits tend to crumble into pieces. Near the end, I'm often just holding a piece of chicken and wearing 10% of the biscuit. Enter Hattie B's. Let me warn you - this was opening day. They'd been "officially" serving breakfast for less than 2 hours when I got there. I can't vouch for how good or bad things may get in the future as they develop a routine. Despite the newness, there were still a few other people around who were eating or waiting on food, so it looks like the announcement was effective. The majority of people there were HB staff. I got just a chicken biscuit. I didn't want to compare CFA's spicy biscuit offering to HB's Ultimate Biscuit offering, which has a lot more toppings. Apples to apples was my goal. Like CFA, HB's piece of chicken is biscuit sized (see photo). It is not a "I have to eat all the chicken sticking outside of the biscuit to get to the biscuit" offering. The portion is reasonable for $5. I also went for the tots. Admittedly, I am not a fan of CFA or Hardee's rounds (let's admit it, they are just smaller tater tots.). The biscuit was good. It was really soft . My first bite made me think of a croissant. Buttery. Flakey. Warm. Soft. Buttery. And, of course, buttery. Okay, maybe a smidge too buttery. Still, it was good. The chicken was moist and set at the right spice range - as expected for HB's. Now, the tots. I think tater tots are a lunch/dinner food. These were accompanied by beer cheese - very much a lunch/dinner type of a side item. The beer cheese had an evident odor of beer (it was properly named and described). The tots were not plain, but seasoned. Lunch? Dinner? Well, who cares. They were great! The tot seasoning was on point. I would eat them for any of the meals throughout the day. My first few dips into the cheese said "yep, lunch or dinner," but by the 4th tot it was working and I didn't stop...okay, couldn't stop, dipping. Beer dip is an extra $2. All things considered - despite opening day, beer cheese and tots, and enough butter to make a cardiologist shudder, HB is on the right track with breakfast. There are several options for biscuits, plus waffles, on the menu. My next trip will be for the Ultimate biscuit that has chicken, bacon, cheese, and a fried egg. It's like every farm food animal participated! Yes, I will get tots and beer cheese. Enjoy!

Mike B.

Yelp
I love Hattie B's! So when I heard a Franklin location was opening I couldn't wait. Finally got the chance to check it out, and it didn't disappoint. The place is a little small, so if you go during peak times you might have trouble finding a seat inside the restaurant. Fortunately this Hattie B's is located in The Factory, so taking your food to-go and sitting somewhere in The Factory is a good option. We visited around 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon, so it wasn't overly crowded. Service was fast and friendly. Lots of younger people working, but all were very polite and helpful. The food, as with each location I've visited, was excellent! I had the Dirty Bird Fries (fries covered in pimento mac & cheese, chicken bites and sauce). I usually have the Damn Hot, but I decided to dial it back on this visit and just went with the Hot. My wife played it safe and got the tenders in a medium sauce. Both dishes were great! We'll certainly be back to this location again soon!

Andy M.

Yelp
Loved the experience. We got different levels of chicken spiciness for different members of our family. It caters to all! Would highly recommend.

Paul L.

Yelp
Holy cow I went for the "Shut the Cluck Up" and it was crazy hot. It was a bucket list list thing (I do eat habanero sauce regularly) About 10mins later things started to cool down and I stopped sweating. This is for real HOT Chicken be careful. The location withing an old factory setting was pleasing and interesting. The service was fast and the waiters were very attentive and interested in my reaction to the first bite! If your in the area I suggest stopping in.

Austin S.

Yelp
It's a regular spot for the wife and I. I come from going to a Daves Hot Chicken, but Hattie B's may have taken the reign. Chicken, sandos, sides, sauces, it's all perfect. Consistent, delicious, 10/10 always recommend.

Doug G.

Yelp
They finally brought Hattie B's to Franklin! The newest Hattie B's location sits alongside The Factory in Franklin and while it has all the same vibes of a Hattie B's location, it also has the essence of new/old and industrial that The Factory offers. While the building is not technically attached, it is mere feet from the main entrance to The Factory, and they do share restrooms. So, tip...when in search of the potty after those tenders, you got to head into the Factory itself. We popped in on a Thursday afternoon around lunch time and the place was busy and even though all seats were taken, it wasn't "crazy". We timed it just right and got a few tables that opened up while we were ordering and were able to sit our group of 7 comfortably. The space itself is not massive, so we had to bring together 3 tables to accommodate us as most seats were for 4 tops. How Hattie B's works is you order at the counter, are given a number, then they seek you out and bring that tasty bird to your table. We had a larger group and several of them were hot chicken virgins, so they ordered multiple heats with their tenders. Happy to say that all survived with just a bit of excessive sweating and rosy cheeks! My standard at Hattie B's is the tender plate with macaroni and cheese along with fries. I am not usually a "fry guy", but something about their crinkle fries! Tenders are always mild or medium for me, and they are always perfect! One thing I do enjoy about Hattie B's is that their tenders are sauced and not coated with dry spice, which makes them a lot easier to eat in my opinion. Service was stellar as well with the person at the counter, and multiple food runners all friendly and helpful! Overall, good to have Hattie B's in the hood of Franklin!

Yelp
OMG! First time here! Crunchy, delicious, tender chicken! Grits were uber good and creamy. Crinkle fries.. you can't go wrong here... then dip them in beer cheese sauce! Cherry Coke and Jack slushy... Um! Um! Good One star taken away for loud obnoxious music! Not a hip-hop fan and especially at ridiculous decibels! Yeah, I know! I am an old fart! BUT will be back next trip to the area for more chicken!

Yelp
The atmosphere in Hattie B's is a lot like diner/cafe style. The staff is lovely and attentive with friendly vibes. They do have options in the sides for gluten free and some grilled chicken as well. The sides are amazing!! My dad got the chicken sandwich in the "Shut the Cluck Up" spice level. He stated that it was super spicy (coming from a man who normally cannot taste spice) and that it was so overwhelming he did not like it at all. So my recommendation is to try the lower spice levels if you want flavor and if you want to burn your insides go for "shut the cluck up". Definitely recommend if you get the chance.

Yelp
Enjoy relaxing weekend diner out with my kids. The service here is excellent and food is really amazing which my son says it's the favorite hot kitchen he has eaten ever.

Yelp
Went there earlier today and dine in. We waited about 25 minutes and still no food. Then we finally saw come out the back and the server guy was holding it to the side. We waited about 8 more minutes and we still wasn't being served. It got so bad I had to get up and ask for the food that was in front of them while they was talking to each other. Service was terrible and will not be going back to that Hattie's b.

Yelp
Went with my husband and family and the service was great! Even though we all paid separately at the counter they made sure all our food came out at the same time for our group of 8. I'm still dreaming of my chicken sandwich and the comeback fries we shared! Would love to go back

Yelp
Great place to take family. No one in our group was disappointed. I got the hot half chicken and loved every bite of it.

Yelp
Delicious fried chicken & sides. Will be back if in the area again. *yelp wants longer reviews... Ain't nobody got time for that! So here are a couple of sentences to please the people of yelp who think that people need to keep reading reviews instead of getting on with their lives. If you want us to write longer reviews, then pay us Elite status was great pre pandemic, but now it's whatever & people ramble on & on, hehe, exactly like this paragraph.

Yelp
The Nashville Hot chicken sandwich was excellent. I ordered medium spice which provided just enough flavor and spice without it being painfully unpleasant. Was a little disappointed with the chicken though. Was a bit too greasy and a little skimpy on the portion size. Sides were all good and the service was fast, friendly and pretty quick. I was expecting a different dining experience. Didn't realize you ordered at the counter and then found a seat. The food was carried out to you though. Casual ambiance and the restaurant was very clean.

Yelp
I had the damn hot fried chicken sandwich w/ fries. Both were great the sauce was damn hot but damn good! And the fries were hot & crispy. The people working were attentive & personable. The restaurant was clean & I thought the different seating areas were neat (tables or bar type seating). Wish we had a Hattie B's in NE Ohio!

Yelp
Great customer service. As first time patrons the girl running the register was super helpful in us deciding what to get. Very clean. Only downside is the restroom is in the Factory.
