Thank you, Hauser & Wirth, for making incredible works of art accessible to the public for free! A friend and I visited this location today to see the LA Story exhibit. The works directly relating to the film were good, but what we really appreciated were the other paintings on display. Besides Hockney's "The Little Splash", it was wonderful to see Eric Fischl's "Barbecue", a painting I have long admired but never thought I would get a chance to see in person. Other standouts for me included paintings by Calida Rawles, Paul Sietsema and Friedrich Kunath. They were also different, but so intriguing. Parking was easy and reasonably priced - $10 behind the building. I look forward to seeing future exhibits.
