"Set to occupy a vintage, single-story Spanish stucco former showroom for classic cars at 8980 Santa Monica Boulevard, this forthcoming 10,000-square-foot Hauser & Wirth space will be remade almost entirely into an art gallery to showcase emerging and world-renowned artists, with a portion of the property devoted to a restaurant and cafe featuring Parisian-style sidewalk dining. The team confirmed the lease but offered no information about the restaurant, staff, or a formal opening date, and the project is still a ways off.
