Fast-Casual Chain Hawaiian Bros. Will Expand to Dallas-Fort Worth | Eater Dallas

"A fast-casual Polynesian plate-lunch chain is opening its first Texas brick-and-mortar at 4732 Bryant Irvin Road in Fort Worth as the lead of a planned 14-location expansion to suburbs like Denton, Frisco and Upper Greenville. Known for slow-roasted pork and classic plate-lunch sides such as macaroni salad, the menu also highlights huli huli chicken, Spam musubi and Dole whips; the concept began in Kansas City in 2018 and expanded into the Dallas market via a ghost kitchen in 2020." - Brittanie Shey

I ordered about 3 weeks ago and it was amazing! The only problem was I only got a regular size so tonight I go and order the large and 2 protein option....honestly I think I got more food with the regular size than this large I mean it's almost double the price for same to less amount of food.... also couldn't hardly order cause the guy taking had either a phone playing music or they had the radio blasting inside....

I truly have to rave about Dre! As soon as we walked in it instantly felt like we were visiting family we didn’t know we had, the friendliness that followed the warm welcome helped our first experience there an awesome one! Very patient and the food is very delicious… new favorite food is the teriyaki chicken with rice and Mac!

First timer, and I enjoyed the food, as i have never had Hawaiian food. We had the Molokai chicken, Huli Huli chicken, and the Luau pig. Personally, my favorite was the Molokai. There wasn't a crowd, but we ordered on the kiosk, and we received our food shortly after. Definitely will be back! 🐔🐖🍚🍽

Stopped in with a buddy and we were seriously impressed. The chicken was tender and packed with flavor, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the mac salad hit just right — creamy and classic. The Spam musubi was one of the best we’ve had outside of the islands. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Friendly service and great vibes all around. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely LIVED for this meal—Hawaiian Bros in Fort Worth is straight-up iconic. I got the Honolulu Chicken plate and the Luau Pig plate and I swear my taste buds started dancing hula. The chicken? Juicy, sweet, savory, like it got marinated in heaven. The pork? So tender it basically apologized on the way down. Rice and mac salad combo? Literal comfort on a plate. Whole vibe was tropical therapy and shoutout to Ranyia at the front—girl was a whole ray of sunshine, made the whole experience even better. Food came fast, service was vibey, and I left feeling like I just ate on a beach in Oahu. If you’re not eating here yet, fix your life. This spot is Beyoncé-tier: no skips, just hits.
