My Dad and I have been coming skiing here for five years now and love it. Good challenging runs, moguls, trees, but also relaxing runs and chill runs to bring sister on. Galaxy and Stagecoach are our favorites!

Heavenly is really nice. I really Like the Nevada part. Even on weekend not that crowded. What I don't really understand that during the week the beginner lift is closed and the lift for the Olympic run is always closed.

Went here for vacay to snowboard with my wife. Beautiful scenery and some of the most amazing views of any mountain resort. Observation deck views and top of mountain shots of Lake Tahoe are majestic. Rated this 4stars because of the below: - food and beverage costs are a little bullish even for a resort of this caliber. - only has one decent green run for those starting out as beginners post taking lessons. Good mountain for intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders. Would caution visiting here if you are a beginner looking to practice towards intermediate. Since there is only 1 true green run of length. Lift tickets are crazy expensive ($250+ per day) if you buy at the ticket window. Get an Epic pass months before and you’ll only pay ~$150 per day.

One of my favorite Ski resorts. Have been coming here for a few years now. The slopes are nicely combed if you a re a snowboarder. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. World like to see it opened evenings a bit later, but the lights are none negotiable…

Love the views. Hate the random gondola/lift closures and flat traverses. As a snowboarder with an Epic pass, it’s telling I don’t visit here often. Staying in South Lake and walking to the gondola makes for a fine day… maybe Beware, wind closures could close the gondola and lead to an hour plus long delay getting up. You also risk later getting stranded away from the gondola and having to take a shuttle bus for an hour delay out. Opposite of ski in/ ski out.

Nice resort with many different pistes for different levels. But unfortunately a lot of pistes were closed, maybe because of the weather ! Beautiful slopes with a beautiful view of the lake !

Genuinely one of the most incredible views I’ve ever seen. I’m not a pro skier by any means, and I probably should not have gone down that blue run, but I had a fantastic time!!!! Will be back next season for sure!

I visited this resort last weekend and had a great experience! It is very pricey in comparison to other places I have been in the US and Europe, but I didn’t think it was overcrowded and thankfully they got 2 feet of snow the night before we went skiing. It was my 11-year-old daughter’s first time skiing. She did not want to go to the new skier classes so I was attempting to teach her myself. One of the instructors saw us struggling and came over and spent 10 minutes with her. His name is Jess! We cannot thank him enough for spending some unpaid time with us! I offered to tip him, but he said he was just happy to help. The 10 minutes he spent with my daughter altered the rest of her day! She was able to have such a great time and learned so quickly. I would recommend this place to families and I will be back!
