No more than six tables, a surprise menu at lunchtime and dinner and a scattering of à la carte dishes set the scene, giving free rein to his no-holds barred creativity: buttery baked blue lobster, confit of carrots in lobster stock, nasturtium leaves and oil. The antithesis of fast food, expect to spend up to 3 or 4 hours to do justice to this hedonistic experience. One of the best meals I've had, ever. In addition to incredible food, the service was impeccable. The sommelier had interesting and delightful pairings, even for very tricky dishes. Everyone was very welcoming and clearly passionate about the food, the drink, and the experience. Can't wait to return.

Disappointing meal, looks good lacks flavour. Very slow service. Some reviews commented nice cocktails there is none, no pre dinner drinks offered bar water. No replacement for gluten free options either which we would have been advised on booking as they checked allergens but said nothing. Lovely staff but … not worth the price

I want to start off with the fact that I honestly done leave reviews unless the experience is incredible or awful. Last night was an unfortunate situation where I could not wait for the 4 hour drawn out dinner to come to an end. I have been frequenting Michelin star restaurants across Europe over the past month and 9/10 times I don’t want the experience to come to an end. Last night the food from the start was all wrong. Maybe the chef had the night off because based off of all of the other reviews, people seem to really enjoy the food here. Most Michelin experiences / menus tend to last around 2.5 hours to 3 hours maximum, this one was almost four hours of misery. There was not a single course out of the 12 that was a 10/10. All around a painful experience and I could not only not recommend this place but offer advice to stay away.
