Great place! Not sure why it took so long to check it out. The atmospher is cozy. Beautiful mural of Tampa on the wall. The service was very good. Friendly and waited on us in a timely fashion. The menu has a great selection. We had the supreme flat bread and chicken nachos, which both were very good. This will definitely be one of our new hang outs.

Great place to eat and drink Great service good prices!! This was just half the size of the monstrosity of my Caesar chicken wrap!!! Onion rings were amazing!!! Owner came out to also greet us great atmosphere definitely felt welcomed. Map to the owner and thank you so much for having the cowboy game on for us. I really appreciate it. Whenever I visit my home city of Tampa, this is my go-to bar, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is top-notch. Not only is the beer always cold, but the kitchen consistently delivers fresh, hot food (the sliders are truly amazing). Beyond the quality food and drink, the staff makes the experience—they are always friendly, pleasant to talk to, and welcoming. Plus, they are dedicated to having whatever game you're looking for on their screens. An excellent establishment for hanging out and catching a great match!

Beer was cold, and that added a star, but otherwise, save your money. Photos show you how over done everything was. Servers were kind. Each dish brought out individually. Mule had too much lime juice. I really don't know how it had 4.7 rating on google.

Found this spot an accident while my daughter’s flight was delayed. So happy I did. Had the pleasure of meeting Matt the new owner as well as the bartender JD. The food is top notch. The garlic butter on the sliders is straight up amazing. The poppers are freshly made, not some frozen BS. The best part ? The bartender JD did a freaking backflip off the bar !? Don’t leave without asking him about it, he’s shy but if you tip well the dude has hops. You’ll see.

Great atmosphere, food was absolutely delicious 😋 very clean everything including the bathrooms. My new favorite hangout. I got to meet the owner, Matt, and he was super cool.

4.5/10 burger. It was nothing special. The meat was cooked exactly how I asked, so that was nice! But the patty lacked flavor. I liked the mushrooms on the burg. Those were yum. Onion rings were average too, but they gave a TON of them, so extra point for them lol. Also the bartender who took care of me was really nice.

The food is amazing i personally recommend the chicken parm sandwich the service is also good all of the servers are super friendly and attentive

Four adults and three little ones came in for an early dinner. Since it was early, we had no problem being seated right away at a large table in the back. We started with some chips and queso and mozzarella sticks. Both were pretty good. We then shared 2 pizzas and I had the steak bowl. The pizzas are all flatbreads, which was a little disappointing. But, they also tasted pretty good. Service was spot on and we were well taken care of. It has a large full service bar area. I felt this is really a bar with some food, which was fine. Lots of TVs around, so this would be a good place to watch a game and have a beverage.

Best wings in Tampa!! I got out my way to get the spicy buffalo flavored wings. Also great vibes and plenty of TV's to watch spots. The staff members are always nice and it's always good service. The watermelon high cocktail is very good too.

Giving it 2 stars because of the service. When you walk in you seat yourself, it felt weird nothing like the pictures, was thinking i was going to walk into more of a yard house kind of place. But it's like an actual bar bar, The bar had a few people wasn't too busy for a Friday. We sat down and waited for a while...... till we had to flag someone to get their attention. Ordered our food, the food was decent for a bar. Ordered a soda and it was water with ice.... Yuck, switched it to a lemonade. The bill was about $50-$60 for pizza , sticks and 2 lemonades. Wouldn't return.

This was our second time trying this place because the first time we had good burgers although they were a bit expensive. Tonight we walk in and it was half empty & the sign says seat yourself...so we did and sat there for 8 minutes without anybody acknowledging us!!! On our way out, I stopped and talked to the manager after watching him play on his phone and talk with several servers while we sat there. All he wanted to know was where we were sitting!!! This is not the kind of family restaurant we need in our neighborhoods, most of the patrons were college boys drinking pitchers...save your money!!!!!

Best spot to watch a game compared to other local spots as the bar is huge and the restaurant space is wide open. Food is great, the new owner is friendly. Fun bartenders! Pizza was excellent!

The food was ok, but I have had better burgers in South Tampa. Maybe it was an off night in the kitchen, but my burger was super dry. I wasn't crazy about my cocktail, but I blame myself for ordering the wrong drink because I did enjoy my husband's cocktail. I appreciate that the restaurant is super chill and family friendly, but I wish there were some arcade games instead of the claw machines. My kids insisted on playing the claw games and then were devastated when they didn't win. I'm not much of a sports fan, but this looks like a great spot to watch a game on the big screen. My husband seems to be a fan so I would give this spot another try.

OK, let me start by saying visited in the aftermath of hurricane Milton and the restaurant was out of a number of items. That said, here were the things "wrong" with the food. Burger was obviously frozen, the chicken parm sandwich was overcooked and the sauce was nothing more than stewed tomatoes mashed on the bun and lacking taste. The Coke Zeroes were totally flat. What was good? The onion rings and sauce were delicious. The truffle french fries were also good. Again, this was in the aftermath of a bad storm BUT if you cannot provide customers with the same level of quality then either don't serve sub par food or any food at all. I have wanted to try this place since I first noticed them in the area but based on today, I would definitely not return. Final note, the service was very hood and our server Jen was really nice and attentive. Try harder guys.

Great food, horrendous prices. Look at the price of double Woodford and diet. More than most steakhouses in the area. Not sure if the bartenders charged incorrectly -they insisted this was right-but this is absurd. 3 drinks for $80 at a local neighborhood BAR in Tampa!! NO THANKS. Will never be back because of this-too many other local restaurants and bars to support that don't rip the customer off. **On a review about this same subject left on a different platform, Hendersons marketing representative chose to comment "Maybe you should order a drink next time that fits your budget." Mind blown that this is their response

Awesome new sports and cocktail bar serving up elevated bar food in a super fun atmosphere. The restaurant is located in the space formerly occupied by Tampa Pizza Co, but Henderson's is much better than its predecessor and offers a terrific menu consisting of meatballs, pizza, burgers, wings, salads, etc. The meatballs and Caesar Salad are the best ever! Trust me...you have to try them! The pizza and wings are delicious. I really like the industrial modern decor. Overall, it's a great place to watch the games, grab a bite, or just chill sipping on a cocktail. The restaurant is open late which is great. They also plan to bring in DJs, musicians, etc. Definitely check it out!!!

I went to Henderson's while visiting my sister in Tampa. The food was good but I recall asking what kind of fries they serve (shoestring? Steak? Crinkle?) and the server didn't know what kind they serve... then he said they were skinny so I got onion rings instead but the fries my sister got were amazing looking steak fries. I was pretty bummed I didn't get the fries. It wasn't very busy in there except for a loud kids sports team having lunch. I left my purse on my chair and when we came back for it more than 20 minutes later, our table hadn't even been cleared yet.

We went there for the first time today with family from out of town. We showed up on Sunday at 12:10 and the doors were locked and nobody answered the phone. The Yelp hours showed it was supposed to be open. Oh well....

Great atmosphere. Cool bar. Great service. Straight bar food. Primarily pizza and wings are the go-to. Not enough beer taps, but a good selection with what they have. Local spot for sure. Good vibes.

This is a kid friendly, sports bar with a full liquor license. So, naturally, we checked it out. Food is fairly standard bar food: burgers, pizza, etc. They have a cocktail list full of user-friendly libations. We went on a Friday evening, and we were able to find a table right away. Service was a little slow, but the waitress was friendly. We ordered: a passionfruit pisco sour, a strawberry basil gin fizz, some sodas, fried calamari, a burger, a fig and prosciutto pizza, and two kids meals. The alcoholic drinks came out pretty quickly. We had to remind our server about the sodas. The calamari came out quickly, but the rest of the food took quite a bit longer, maybe because there were pizzas in the order, or maybe because of staffing issues. The waitress apologized that we waited so long. The food was good. The calamari was quite good with tender calamari and crispy - and not too salty - breading. I think the fig and prosciutto pizza could have skipped the goat cheese without losing anything from the dish, but it was still tasty (more a flatbread than a pizza, but that's okay too). My daughter loved her kid pepperoni pizza (it was the same size as my adult pizza, but for a kiddie meal price). My son thought the chicken tenders were only okay. My husband loved his burger. My husband didn't like either cocktail and ended up ordering a beer. I thought both cocktails were good but not great, so if we return, I'll stick to wine or beer. The place felt clean, and I loved the 90s music. There's plenty of parking in the private lot.

New venture that replaces a former pizza parlor whose signage is still evident if you look around. Typical bar food menu features burgers, pizza and wings. But the real attraction are the daily specials. On a Monday, I enjoyed half off martinis ($5-6) and $5 meatball sliders, of which you get only 2, not 3, as you would for full price. Drinks were well made and poured by the very busy lone young bartender. I would return just for these alone. The sliders left me hungry for more. The regular burgers look delicious as do the very good appearing pizzas. The concept is just another average sports bar. But they plan live music on Fridays. So that would be a great attraction if they pull it off. By early evening, things had slowed down a lot. Since I am neighbors here, I will probably return often as there is no reason not to make this a regular spot for drinks and occasional meals.

Great neighborhood bar and restaurant. Reasonable prices. Well maintained. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. However they don't return phone calls if you leave a message on their voicemail about mistakingly leaving your jacket at their restaurant. I'll still go back.

FoodieIQ Score = 8.8/10 (Impressive!) This is simply just a GREAT A** burger to be honest!!! It was cooked to perfection, super juicy, every component blended well together, and the truffle aioli just complemented the mushrooms and carmelized onions so well! The fries ..... oh man don't get me started on the fries. Best fries I've ever had at a bar or restaurant hands down. They were crispy, seasoned and coated well with the right amount of spice, and the parsley is always a must! They were not salty which is the #1 thing most restaurants do but it didn't need anything. No ketchup, no sauces, no extra salt or pepper, nothing. It's perfection so just enjoy it as it is! :) Like guys please try this place next time you want a burger or fries because the food was simply incredible! The best I've ever had at a bar and it's not even close! Also, they have some interesting cocktails too so I'll def be back to try some of those.

It's super loud on Cowboy football days but the service and food (chicken) has been spot on each time. We've visited about four times, each time with other people and kids. Each time we've all agreed the service and food were good.

Great bar plus a fun family atmosphere to bring your kids to. Food and service were excellent. New owners. Highly recommend!

Opens at 5pm , martini and meatball Monday was spot on! Taking a spot at the bar, its very open and light, great clean bar area, beautiful interior. Billiards table and a dart board and touchtunes. Martijis are excellent, espresso martini with fresh espresso (nespresso) with each martini, creamy or non creamy. Bartender Alayeah(?) very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We chose the meatball sliders to start, fresh, meaty, great bun with garlic butter, tasty!!! Flatbreads and baked wings were perfect, what a hreat neighborhood bar!!! Looking forward to next Monday, or any other day!

The food excellent. The server Julia was outstanding. The music way too loud and probably not appropriate for the young kids that were running around inside. Suggestion : make it a fun bar or a good fun place for families. But both does not seem to work too good. Looks more like a bar to me. When you wake up in that is what you are hit with - a nice BIG bar. Good luck. Great burger!!!!

Went for the first time for trivia night (on Tuesdays) and it was such a blast! My husband and I sat at the bar and TJ was so friendly and attentive. We had the spicy buffalo wings (fried) and boy were they surprisingly spicy but delicious! The Trivia host was great and the questions were challenging. Can't wait to return.

Service was outstanding - it's always good but Maria G. was great. I'm super picky about my food coming out hot and it always does here- Like husband waits to eat it because it needs to cool... Ambiance is a great happy hour , sports, pub type of time. Our go to for sure.

My wife and I went in sat at a table and we waited 10 minutes for any acknowledgment we were there. The restaurant was about 1/3 full. We walked out after the 10 minutes. passed.

Nice sports bar. Burger was ok. Bun was good. Could have used more seasoning and sauce. Wings (hot) had a good flavor. Blue cheese was not great. I'll try ranch next time. Waitress was attentive.

This local place has delicious food... really delicious!! ... a friendly staff and live music. Prices are reasonable too.! Great local place & great addition to South Tampa!! Cheeseburger sliders were excellent as was the steak sandwich!!

Always get the best service here and have a great time! Especially from Sarah the bartender, she is such a special gem! You will not find someone who makes a better espresso martini, I guarantee it. Anytime I'm at another bar I think to myself, "Man I wish I was at Henderson's instead" Great place for football and also AMAZING food! Love love LOVE this place

I was torn on this one. I wanted to give 3 1/2 stars. I couldn't quite go 4 stars, but it was close. We went on Sunday at 12:30 to watch football games (specifically the Steelers/Browns game that was not being carried in this area). The server was very accommodating offering to show whatever games we wanted to watch. I ordered a bloody mary (one of my favorite drinks, especially for early afternoon on a Sunday), unfortunately our server came back and informed me that they were out of bloody mary mix. Kind of odd to be out of that particular drink early afternoon on a Sunday, but oh well. I settled for a beer. It was disappointing to see they didn't have any of the local craft beers on tap. With so many great breweries in the area, you would think they would have at least a few. Anyway, she took our food order. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger w/fries. This is one of the items most mentioned in Yelp reviews as being worthy of trying. The hubs ordered the Thai Chili wings (baked on the recommendation of our server). Server came back again to let me know they were out of burgers. HUH? How does a sports bar/pub type place run out of burgers by 12:30 on a busy sports Sunday? Ok, strike 2 --- I decided to try the pepperoni pizza with an added topping of sausage. Wings came out hot, good size and very tasty. Onion rings were just okay, the basket was plentiful, but the batter was soggy. If they had been crispier, they would have been delicious. The rectangular, thin crust, personal size (2 people with lighter appetites could easily share this size) pepperoni/sausage pizza came out piping hot, and was delicious. Service was good, however there was only a handful of people in the place. This could be a fun, neighborhood pub to watch the games on Sundays, but frankly the place was deadsville. They have a nice bar, plentiful TVs and can play out of our broadcast area games. Not many customers, no drink specials, no game day specials etc. Not sure why they are not promoting themselves better as a game day locale. We will go back because we enjoyed our food and the place was comfortable and clean. But was kind of like watching the game in a library... LOL. Maybe Friday or Saturday evening would be more fun. FYI, our bill with 2 beers, wings, onion rings and personal size pizza was $51.

We came here when they were in their first two months, and the food was delicious. The baked chicken wings had so much flavor. Also, it was a Thursday so the pizzas were 50% off !!! which is unreal now a days. The pizza is thin crust and so yummy. The service was slow at first, but again they were recently opened so we will give them some grace there. Definitely a cute place to watch sports games or local bar to grab a cold beer.

I had the burger and chicken nachos. You can tell they just use a frozen burger and not real meat. The chicken nachos not great the chicken was cold. Not sure if they will make it.

This is an amazing place to take families with a bunch of kids- great food that is kid friendly, there's a little arcade setup in the back, foosball, so things to keep them entertained! Loud, fun atmosphere. Staff is always very nice and we are often there with large parties. We've even hosted a few end of sports season get together there and working with staff to have food ready upon arrival has worked great for us.

Love this place EXCEPT the servers vape while working!?! And customers vape at bar while we're eating 3 feet away. Having vape blown in your face while eating! Adrienne , the manager, did tell us he will address it. I hope so!

This place is so great, and so kid friendly. We brought in 7 kids tonight and they were so unfazed. Excellent service, great food, great entertainment...everyone working tonight deserves 5 stars. We go all the time, but we'll be back again. So fun and laid back. The neighborhood restaurant we all need.

I had an amazing experience there! the place is amazing! Good music and they always have games on TV's! Food is great! I had truffle pizza, and some wings and OMG... Delicious! The bartenders and servers they are super friendly and polite! I definitely recommend this place if u want to have a good time and good food!
