Henry's 12th Street Tavern

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday the other night. It was great! We placed a reservation for a big group - 15 of us. Service was great for such a large group. The jalapeno mojito was one of the best drinks I've ever had. We had calamari, orange chicken and the chicken club. So so good. Highly recommend the orange chicken. Henry's has a great atmosphere and plenty of great food to choose from. We will definitely be going back for more.

GINORMOUS beer selection, scrumptious food, fun atmosphere. I always get nervous when I see a menu that has food selections from sushi to burgers to tacos. Usually... that means that they have a whole bunch of food that is "okay." This was not the case at Henry's. Great food all around. Try the Gorgonzola waffle fries.

Amazing ambience and classy setting, with indoor and patio seating. Needless to mention, the beer selection is amazing and you can get some many hard-to-find lagers and pilsners. I had a blackberry cider and it was absolutely delish. The servers are very friendly.

Cheese curds and a Mac N Cheese burger! First order of business when I got to Portland was to grab some good food. So we just googled near the hotel and landed on this place. Loved the interior, casual but not too fancy and not too bar like. Burger was perfect and everything was well seasoned. Even the macaroni and cheese on the burger was seasoned but the flavors together weren’t too much. Tasty!

The food was good. However, the service was bot the best. My husband and I went with my 7 yr old niece and 16 yr old son. They put us upstairs in the corner and essentially forgot us, we had a hard tine getting our waitress to refill our drinks or to get us water, or bring silverware.

Great tavern vibe and feel. They have over 100 craft and domestic beers on tap, so there's something for everyone. Food menu is decent with plenty of options. Atmosphere in the bar is perfect for sporting events unless you are with minors which, due to state law will not allow you in or allow you to be eligible for happy hour. Only downside, is no TVs in the dining room for sporting events, which is not typically a bad thing, just not kid friendly on gameday. All and all I would recommend any day other than gameday.

Great food, atmosphere was relaxed and upbeat all at the same time. While sitting near the bar area I was able to enjoy a conversation with friends and while outside on the patio seating area I was able do the same, only difference was the music was a little louder. The Host, Servers and Managers all were very attentive to the restaurant and you could really tell. Give it a try if you in the area. You won’t be disappointed.

Seems like an unlimited selection of beers. Good food, large variety of offerings. Chloe was an attentive, friendly and informative server. Comfortable atmosphere.
