"Though it’s hidden in a north Napa strip mall, Ben and Ali Koenig’s ode to global flavor is sought out for its casual vibe and elevated comfort food. Raves flow in for the Papa K burger ($13.40) — it’s topped with pork belly and underpinned with a “skirt” of crispy cheese — and the Caribbean Chicken Bowl, paired with jicama slaw and plenty of vegetables. But you’re here for the seasonal menu, which, at this time of year, is Back 2 School-themed. Sharpen your pencil for a Sloppy Joe on a potato bun ($11.75). Tune up your calculator with a chili cheese dog ($10.95), and organize your binder before a bowl of chocolate soft serve ($5.65). The menu shifts once you pass your first algebra test." - Christina Mueller

"Try a Very Delicious Mash-up This fast-casual restaurant in the back corner of Bel Aire Plaza in Napa is all about natural and sustainable food and a mix of international flavors. As thename suggests, Heritage Eats sources all of the ingredients for its wraps, rice bowls, tacos, and sandwiches from purveyors within 50 miles of the restaurant. The result: food that’s both delicious and good for the planet. Portion sizes are generous, and Heritage uses its own hot sauces. When dine-in guests have finished their meals, they can spin a prize wheel to redeemdifferent rewards, such as a free soda to a picnic for two. All the spinning and related hollering makes the environment festive year round."

The new Heritage is SO good! I love the Cali Crunch salad and sweet potato fries. Also was extremely impressed by the Mezze platter (hummus, babaganough and more) as an appetizer for a group. Everyone was super nice and ambience was A+

I was excited to try this place, as someone who eats very clean. I was somewhat disappointed after seeing the preparation of my tofu dish, and sweet chili Brussel sprout side dish. First of all, the tofu was not prepared well. It was just grilled in both sides, just for the sake of showing grill marks. It was not cooked through, neither was it seasoned. It was so bland. I cook tofu all the time. It's never like this. Additionally; the slices are cut too thick, and so, it cannot get cooked through properly, for the time that it is put on the grill. Season the tofu with a good amount of salt & black pepper, and natural seasoning, then put it to grill a bit longer. The only good thing about it was that it wasn't fried. Which bring me to my next point. Why would you mess up a perfectly good dish, like Brussel sprouts, by deep frying it in unhealthy oil, then adding some additional chili sauce to it? This dish SWIMS in oil... literally!! I had to throw mine in the garbage... because that's what it was: garbage. You don't "DEEP FRY" excellent Brussel sprouts. Season them with salt & black pepper, then bake them, steam them, grill them, air fry them, toast them. Just don't DEEP FRY THEM IN OIL... EVER!! You can't advertise the store to have "healthy" options; then do that to the vegetables. Everything doesn't need to be fried. Clogged arteries, people. Fix these 2 dishes mentioned, and then those options can save the "healthy" label of this place. I had to go next door to Nekter Juice Bar, and buy a Toxin Flush natural drink, to ensure that nothing was going to harm me from that l this meal. Their juices were PHENOMENAL. ALL NATURAL. In closing: Master the tofu in that tofu dish (cook it.... especially better. Get it seasoned); stop frying your Brussel sprouts. You're defeating the purpose of this powerful vegetable, canceling its effects. You're losing customers by doing this. You lost me. Just grill the thing, or toast/roast it. Get the char on it, but not by frying it in oil. Sprinkle salt & pepper on it, too.

Our dining experience here at Heritage Kitchen and Taps was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and Sharin truly elevated the entire experience for us. She was attentive, friendly, warm, engaging and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was absolutely extraordinary! As for the food, wow was it FANTASTIC. I ordered the Thai Noodle Salad and my sister had the Shrimp Bowl. Both were absolutely delicious and so flavorful. We left full, happy, and already talking about what we’re going to try next time. We will definitely be back!

Google
Crushed it from the gate !!! Top notch customer service. Asking customers how’s the food and try this !!! I had the Texas Bowl. Loved it. Even through in some waffle fries on the house... Hope I work in the area again, because am coming back to try more food. Yes, I would recommend this place. Thanks guys.

Google
Old seating design was way better and more casual. Food is good but the prices aren't and the portions are small. Feels like they're trying to be some upscale tapas place when its more of a food truck vibe/quality. Won't be returning after years of coming here.

Google
We have been coming here since it opened in 2015. We loved the novel food, ability to customize dishes in a casual way including choosing along several types of bread. We hadn’t been here since last fall. We stopped tonight and were really surprised by the changes. Table service, a very small bar with TV and expanded menu that included most of our favorites but without the ability to customize them on the spot. We don’t know why the owners made these changes but found them disappointing and off-putting. Table service is a bit much for the historical menu items, especially with no ability to customize. The Bahn Mi, our historical favorite, was still good. The jerk chicken not so much. Fatty and too much meat. I guess they wanted to justify the price increases but it just wasn’t as good as before. And the extra time to wait (10-15 minutes at least compared to the “old” HE approach, wasn’t justified by ambience or better service. The service wasn’t actually bad but our view is that it is totally unnecessary to deliver what we were looking for. We are very sad about the changes as we expect our days visiting this place are over.

Google
Great food, I thought music too loud, but I’m oldish. Couldn’t be happier with my meal. Employees were friendly helpful and patient since this was my first time here. TY Heritage Eats.

Google
This place is really nice. However, it's small and gets super busy. The hostess was incredible and our service as well. Because it was so busy the wait time was really long and they brought out the dishes separate with long waiting times in-between. Also the chairs for the high tables are really uncomfortable. Go for the food and friendly service but expect wait time during lunch.

Yelp
Heritage Eats is a Napa staple in our community! You can expect the BEST service, amazing culinary cuisine, and very happy, bubbly, caring, outgoing, and warm welcome each time you visit! You will have an amazing dining experience as did I and my daughter today for lunch! We were warmly greeted as we entered the restaurant and ordered our Jerk Chicken Bowls which were very tasty and large portions too! If you enjoy spicy chicken, I highly recommend the Jerk Chicken Bowl! My daughter enjoyed a fancy iced coffee and they have amazing Boba too! I enjoyed a fresh brewed lychee iced tea as well! Don't forget to order the tasty soft serve ice cream too, we shared a portion of swirled toffee and vanilla soft serve ice cream and it's delicious! Thank you very much for an amazing dining experience! We'll see you again soon!

Yelp
Last minute plans turned out to be worth it! My husband and I met our family here Saturday afternoon and we weren't disappointed! The menu was multicultural magic! They have tacos, Bao buns, loaded French fries and they even have a kids menu OK loosen the straps baby more!! I ordered the spicy jerk chicken tacos with blue corn tortillas...GLUTEN FREE!!!! The spicy jerk chicken was just enough spice for me and the flavor was on point!! My husband ordered the Thai pork bowl and the meat was tender and delicious!!! Will be back next time to try the bow buns !!

Yelp
Two stars for the friendly, helpful staff (they personally deserve 5 stars really). But... I was not expecting a kind of Panda Express style buffet food that was of exceedingly bad quality. We paid $30 and got one adult meal, one kid's meal and a San Pellegrino. My kid ordered a burger and waffle fries. She refused to eat more than two bites of the burger because she said it was gross. She isn't usually picky about burgers. Her waffle fries were undercooked. I eat a lot of Indian food so I ordered the Mumbai Masala with turmeric rice and salad. The salad was good, the rice was a bit cool, and the masala was rather plain. The square blocks of chicken were tough and overcooked (they had been sitting around in the buffet style heater for a while) and the masala sauce was okay. I asked for it to be made spicy (a menu option) and got chipotle sauce squirted on top! It really didn't work well with the masala. The atmosphere strongly reminded me of my British high school canteen. Plain little tables and uncomfortable benches / chairs and some stools in the window seat. No decor to speak of. We got plastic knives and forks for our $30 lunch. It was all very sad. I regretted our choice to visit. Perhaps we ordered the wrong dishes, but I won't be back to find out.

Yelp
Nice little spot that I found to grab a lil sandwich .... well that's what I thought. I initially was thinking just a small sandwich would do, then I seen they had shrimp tacos served on blue corn tortillas. I was done at that point. So I offered the shrimp tacos, plus they had a steak sandwich with sweet potatoe fries which is what I originally wanted. They have an assortment of lemonades and tea which I ordered a pomegranate lemonade and one of their local pilsner ales. Overall the sandwich was very flavorful. Definitely filling. But I think I loved their shrimp tacos more. The place itself has a laid back vibe and is one of those places that I'd definitely come back to! BTW, the Ale that I had was very good, and hit that spot where the lemonade couldn't after eating as much as I did!

Yelp
Shrimp taco platter was nothing short of amazing. Big grilled shrimp, yummy slaw, fresh lime, cilantro and we added avocado,. So good!

Yelp
Love this place. Been here a few times while in the area. Follow the emails and read the restaurant is "changing"... But it's sooooo good and don't fix what isn't broken. Great customer service. Tonight Terry..Grrat suggestions and prepped a fab bowl! Poured a chilled vietnamese coffee too. Loved my #16. Thai Pork. Lemongrass. Choices of rice and i went with the saffron style that is made with coconut milk. The toppings like kimchee and slaw carrots daikon and I added edamame. The homemade sauce on the side is fab. Nice portion. I cleaned my evo friendly bowl. I don't think you need a family type setting. It's comfy and creative. Come to Folsom! Hope to be back soon before the changes. I'll still be a fan. Cheers!

Yelp
The food was decent but they charge you hidden fees. They charge you for items you do not purchase like ice, if you want a drink and you would not like ice in it they charge you $3.50. This is unfair business practice and we will no longer visit because of this.

Yelp
First time at Heritage Eats before doing wine tasting. Service set up reminded me of Chipotle. You can order from one of the set menu items or make your own bowl, wrap, etc. Ambiance: the music played a little too loud inside. Chicken Tikka Masala Wrap (3/5): The chicken was all white meat which was quite tough. Since the chicken bites were big, it was hard to eat it wrap form. Not even halfway into my wrap, a lot of watery sauce started leaking out from the bottom and onto the table. I don't think I would get this again next time I'm here due to the mess and the toughness of the meat. Cowboy Dirty Fries (3.5/5): The flavors were solid and the fries were seasoned well! Some of the fries were stuck together so it could have been crispier. A little too much sauce for my preference so I would ask for light sauce next time. The fries itself are quite heavy so it was quite filling. Vietnamese Coffee (5/5): Very similar to ones I get at Vietnamese restaurants. Super delicious and very balanced from the chicory and sweetened condensed milk. It was really inspiring to see so many different cultural foods in one establishment. However, the chicken tikka masala was watered down in flavor and was unlike tikka masala I've had before. Next time I would love to try some of the other options on the menu. Added +1 star for the kind and attentive service.

Yelp
When in Napa, must try Heritage Eats. It's inside a big shopping center. We tried their Thai pork bowl which had so many delicious and fresh ingredients. It was customizable too. They gave me sauce/dressing on the side but I didn't need it because it already had ton of delicious flavor without being salty. We also tried their banh mi sandwich on a toasty bread. This was delicious too but little too sweet for our liking. We both enjoyed the Thai pork bowl much more. The Brussels sprouts were good as well. Employees were very helpful. Will return if we are ever in Napa again. Highly highly recommend!!

Yelp
Great service and variety of options were a nice surprise. Wish we had a similar creative spot closer to home.

Yelp
DON'T FORGET TO CHECK-IN ON YELP FOR A FREE DRINK. A fun place for foodies with a focus on globally-influenced meats and sauces. You order at the counter, then the cashier checks you out and brings your food to the table of your choice. The menu is well-designed and extensive, with helpful symbols for dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian/vegan. My boyfriend got the banh mi sandwich and held the creamy cilantro sauce. I got the Jamaican chicken bao bun and the creamy tomato soup, which only appears on the menu as a combo with a grilled cheese, but can be ordered as a standalone side for $8.75. We also split the O.G. Dirty fries, but held the cheese and cilantro. My boyfriend thought the banh mi was good and a unique take on the Vietnamese classic. We both loved the O.G. Dirty fries and thought the carnitas, especially covered in Boom Sauce, was perfect. I wasn't a big fan of the Jamaican chicken bao bun: the DIY aspect meant it was harder to assemble and eat, and the elements, while tasty on their own, didn't end up melding together in a satisfying way like with a traditional pork belly bao bun. I'd recommend the jerk chicken in another form (like the bowl) instead. The creamy tomato soup was another winner and is highly recommended. We also tried the hibiscus tea, which is quite sweet but still delicious. Despite a misstep with the bao buns, the flavors and concept were on point. We'll definitely try to come back!

Yelp
Great place. Food was delicious. Lots of drinks to choose from and desserts too ******

Yelp
The spicy jerk chicken tacos were amazing, all of the ingredients complemented each other and the kick from the habanero pineapple salsa definitely opens the sinuses.

Yelp
Wow, wow wow! This was a happy surprise! I came to a Heritage East looking for something tasty and found a Whole Plaza Ala of wonderful items to choose from. There was so much, I really could have been here five times in one week and still have wanted to try something new. Definitely with While, and if you were in the Napa area, you should look at this place up! FOOD: basically, this is a sandwich, place to beat all sandwich places. It's not a deli, so don't expect that kind of sandwich, but rather they feature different types of sandwiches from all around the world. Everything from upon me, to a bow, to a rap they have it all. It was great to have that kind of variety plus the different types of meats they had all looked tempting. The pork belly in particular I have to say, was really delicious. like I said, I definitely could've come here more than once, and been very, very happy SERVICE: I love places that have good service! And this place definitely meet secretariat. The person who helped me was very familiar with the menu and made solid recommendations. They gave me an overview of what I was looking at which made it easier for me to choose since like I said, there were many things I wanted to try. The portions were great, and they packaged everything perfectly. I was surprised that my bow was separated into different elements, which was awesome because then it allowed me to organize my sandwich the way I wanted to. Really cool. COST: very reasonable for what you get. It's a tad on the higher side, kind of like a Whole Foods, but worth every penny. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely come here! I'm so sad I did not take pictures of the food I got because it was so good.

Yelp
Ordered delivery and they forgot my utensils and napkins. Got the Caribbean bowl and all I taste is straight up spice but the meat was pretty tender. The sweet potato fries weee unseasoned and super soggy.
google avatar

Rudy G.

Yelp
Found this place when I was traveling out of town for work and though it seems like a chain, it wasn't half bad. Had the a rice bowl with yellow rice, corn, pico de gallo, cilantro, green onions and grilled shrimp. They didn't over cook the shrimp which is my personal peeve but the rice was dry. The overall taste was good though. I would give it another shot.

Yelp
A great place to grab good food on the go at affordable prices in Napa ! Many different choices of entrees - salad/rice bowls - jerk or masala chicken, shrimp, veggie, bahn mi, boa sandwiches, burgers, wraps, fries, tacos, etc. Many different drink options and cold teas, soft serve ice cream and ice/cream cookie desserts. Service is fast and everything is fresh !
google avatar

Yumei H.

Yelp
I ordered drinks for my team from Heritage Eats. The restaurant is clean and super spacious. We got the - Matcha green tea latte - Taro milk tea - Thai iced tea I think the boba is slightly overpriced and the drinks are too sweet.

Kelly S.

Yelp
So many great, flavorful choices-Thai lemongrass pork in a taco or bao bun, falafels in a rice bowl, spicy jerk chicken on top of waffle fries!!! And to wash it down, a delicious Thai ice tea or Vietnamese coffee!
google avatar

Erin W.

Yelp
I ordered the pork belly udon (one of their seasonal items) and they forgot to put the pork belly in it...!! I didn't notice until I was more than halfway through the bowl and thought it was too late to say anything. The broth, noodles, and mushrooms tasted okay, nothing too special about the meal. I just was disappointed that they forgot the main item that's in the dish... I did however like the chili oil in the broth. We also ordered the falafel and hummus and that tasted fine. The bowl was tasty, but cold. The service was just okay, nothing notable and it was self service and self cleaning.

Deric W.

Yelp
be careful of this place. my wife was on the phone when she was paying and a $4 tip on her $15 meal appeared. she cancelled the payment and it was corrected but has she not noticed they would have given themselves a 27% tip. Not a good thing if you want repeat customers. It's ok, it was pretty plain food anyway.
google avatar

Yelp
Food is great but service is bad when the owners are not around. Went to just buy an horchata water. I figured it be quick. I am in line for about 5 to 7 minutes, no one at the cash register, I just walked out after 10 mins of waiting and NO ONE WAS AT THE CASH REGISTER!!! No one said something like "we be right with you" or anything like that. This days, is hard to find good help

Yelp
Probably 4.5 stars seem like the right fit for this spot. The ambiance (9/10) - Typical walk up, order, and pick up your food when it's ready. Nothing too exciting but it was nice and clean and well designed. The staff (10/10) - All very nice and helpful! They helped provide a lot of insight when asked about menu options. Our order: - Hawaiian Bowl (limited time offer) - Pulled pork, macaroni salad, fried plantains, grilled pineapple, and greens. It was really delicious but there was very little pulled pork. Made it challenging to enjoy when the feature of the dish was so sparse. - Hawaiian Burger (limited time offer) - Basically a burger with a fried egg and grilled pineapple on it, you can't go wrong! TLDR - Heritage Eats does a really good job of mixing it up all the time and there is never a wrong answer!

Yelp
I'm surprised that I haven't left a review before. This spot is one that I like to go to because it was the last spot with meat before going over the hill to Middletown. I like the fact that they have meat and many preparations - sando, taco, salad, etc. I appreciate the fact that everything isn't dredged in a ton of flour before cooking, frying, etc. I really did enjoy my stay and look forward to returning. The service was quite good. The people were very nice and they prepare the food in front of you which is a nice touch. The place was set up for takeout, which was cool and they had the stations for that. It was clean looking. The only issue is that when it comes to drinks to go with the meal, they don't have a lot of options. However, while not a destination for me, this is a reliable, quality place for when I'm in the area.
google avatar

Stephanie S.

Yelp
Meh we ordered take out from here for lunch and while everything arrived hot and on time, the food was bland. I got two kids rice bowls one with cowboy steak and the other with shrimp. There was a decent portion of steak but literally only two shrimp in the bowl. I don't know about anyone else's kids but mine like to eat. I ordered the tikka bowl with white rice for myself and it was bland. It tasted like some store bought sauce poured over unseasoned chicken breast. The peppers and onions also bland, I thought the cucumber sauce might be able to help it but it somehow made it worse?
google avatar

Amanda B.

Yelp
The food was bland. The tortillas were not cooked either. Overpriced for mediocre food. The drinks were extremely overpriced.
google avatar

Laurie M.

Yelp
This casual counter/cash register restaurant is eclectic, international, earthy and tasty. I ordered the Tikka Masala chicken wrap, and while it was messy it was so good. I stole a spoonful of the tomato soup and have been craving more since then. My friend had the Bao that required assembly and while he enjoyed it, the spice created beads of sweat (we both have a low tolerance). Tucked away in a corner of the strip mall would be hard to find if it weren't for the gigantic sign on its rooftop. Parking is easy and free. I'll be back!
google avatar

Joseph L.

Yelp
Great food that is well seasoned and tastey!!! Love the cool theme of beach vibes. The kids love the bao and boba. Soft serve is legit. They have the real sugar sodas. These people know good.
google avatar

Wayne G.

Yelp
We've been here twice and the Heritage Steak sandwich and the Papa Burger are very good. They have indoor and outdoor (covered and uncovered) seating and the center has a reasonably large parking lot.
google avatar

Mitchell R.

Yelp
Great Restaurant experience. They have a wide array of food choices on the menu and the staff is always very friendly. A very underrated and un-talked about family owned place.
google avatar

Cyn T.

Yelp
Whenever you're in Napa, stop by and get a bowl of healthy and tasty goodness! I love the ease of menu choices and fresh options. I've come to this location for years and always look forward to a good meal and great service. I had the Tikka Masala Chicken bowl with yellow rice, Cole slaw, edamame beans and cucumbers covered in Lemon Tahini sauce with a side of Creamy Cilantro sauce. I washed it down with the Hibiscus tea. It still tastes great. I'll see you all again the next time I'm in the area

Yelp
Really good lunch spot in town! The Papa K Burger with pork belly is soooo good!! Also really enjoy the banh mi pork sandwich!! Always had a great experience here.

Yelp
The loaded fries are really worth the price in my opinion. I get full off of half the order, so definitely a food item you should share with others. Staff was really friendly.

Yelp
I was looking forward to coming here to eat because I have not been here in a while. Needless to say that would be my very last time. The workers here definitely do not like their job and it seemed as if I was bothering them when I was asking for what I wanted on my salad bowl. I also ordered a Thai tea with boba and received a whole bunch of slime at the bottom of my drink. Yuck. I just threw it away... a waste of money. I did not even want to deal with the workers and their poor attitudes. As someone who worked in customer service... If you do not like what you do you should just find another job. Sigh.
google avatar

Lena M.

Yelp
Service felt very rushed ordering. Staff not super friendly but that is fine. I realized after I started eating my bowl it was NOT what I ordered. I didn't have time to go back in line as it was quiet busy to complain so it was not worth it. I ordered chicken jerk bowl half turmeric basmati rice half salad. I got steak bowl. Steak bowl was underwhelming. I didn't even get if I wanted the other toppings. I guess I need to "build my bowl" next time and not order from the menu. I had to ask for edamame and I would have loved some kimchi. I don't go here often I think I have been to heritage eats one time before. Curry wrap.. just get the bowl the "wrap" became soggy from the tikka masala sauce and there was way more rice than meat and other ingredients. Idk if I'd come back tbh. Fries were good and Brussels sprouts was alright. FYI you cannot upgrade kids drink to a boba drink which is unfortunate.
google avatar

Hai L.

Yelp
This restaurant offers gourmet wraps & tacos filled with carefully sourced ingredients in a modern cafeteria-style space. I appreciate how their delicious meals are inspired by homes across the globe. Only had them for takeout but the food was still good. Would come back for a dine in visit.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious healthy food with so many options! The shrimp bowl was very good. Also tried the chicken tikka wrap. Friendly staff
google avatar

Lauren M.

Yelp
I ordered a Bahn Mi from here on a whim and was really disappointed with the quality of the bread, it practically crumbled apart while I was trying to eat it and in general the ingredients seemed underwhelming. I believe it was a vegan version of a bahn mi so I understand that sometimes vegan alternatives can be hard to execute but as someone who enjoys the original bahn mi and usually enjoys vegan alternatives, I felt like this was a really expensive and not well actualized sandwich. I threw the majority of it away.
google avatar

Yelp
I had been eating and ordering food from Heritage Eats religiously when I worked at the Napa Outlets a few years ago, and just recently came in for a quick lunch last month. The food is just as good as I remember! My go-to is the Caribbean chicken bowl cuz I absolutely love the spice on it! And their waffle fries are probably the best ones I've had from anywhere. So crunchy and flavorful! My husband said he really liked the lemongrass pork that was in the bahn mi, and that it had a great cook to it! Only complaint from him was that the dutch crunch bread is pretty massive, so the sandwich was hard to eat. Otherwise it was a hit! And the churros!! They were delicious! Crispy on the outside, and warm and fluffy on the inside. Perfectly paired with a side of their chocolate sauce. Besides a few additions to the menu, not much has changed since I last grabbed a bite to eat here a few years ago. The service has always been very friendly and speedy, and it's a great place to sit down and have a bite to eat. Really can't complain! It's a must try if you haven't already!

Yelp
Boba drinks ? Horchata ? Yes! The only large selection in Napa. It is not a chain. Local.. The frozen yogurt here is also wonderful and better than others in the area. I love it!! ( tart style or other flavors. ) You can order an amazing healthy salad ( thai tiki masala , steak, tofu chicken pork carnitas or pulled pork .. or grains bowl with choice of salad/ rice / grains base. -crazy monstrous waffle fries bowl with anything atop is very popular here Never tried their boa or sandwiches but any of their wraps are like explosions of food ( witnessed the hubs look like a toddler needing a bib) and you will need a million napkins to survive the wrap explosion ( in a good way !!!) Love their yellow or white rice option in their bowls because good Asian takeout is so hard to find in Napa and the Indian Vietnamese and Thai features are pretty good. Only complaint is the chicken breast is dry. I would use some dark meat to remedy this or just be careful with treatment of denser white meats' tendency to get dry. I love this place and want it to thrive! love! I also love the staff here. For some reason the summer camp vibe runs all year long here. Everyone is high on positivity and inhaling the natural vibe of Napa I guess ? When staff smile N sing in the kitchen it's a good thing!

Yelp
Had a day date in Napa with my husband, decided to try this place out. Looked a their menu online and thought the Papa K Burger "Housemade burger topped with roasted pork belly, cheese skirt, tomato, red onion, shredded romaine and Boom sauce." Sounded really good. We were not disappointed, staff was very friendly, we will definitely eat here again.
google avatar

Yelp
Food is always good! This was cheese burger that they added a slice of pork belly. Cheese was excellent. Service is fast and staff is friendly. Relax and cheerful ambiance. Definitely a grab and sit down area type of place. Skip the watermelon lemonade. It made me cringe in how it was too sweet.

Yelp
Great place for a quick bite - service was kind and the food came out very quickly. I got the pomegranate lemonade and the Mediterranean falafel wrap, both of which were fresh and delicious.

Yelp
The young man with the beard and glasses at the counter was super cool and polite- food was great! Grateful! If you're in town for a quick bite- check this place out!

Yelp
I head to Heritage Eats when jonesing for international flavors such as Thai, Indian, and Korean because they create fantastic bowls (rice, vegetables, and protein) that don't disappoint in flavor or value. They offer healthy comfort food in many forms and flavors, but I rarely stray from their almighty bowls, ideal for a satisfying meal. Heritage Eats is also very accommodating to diet restrictions. Stand in line to order, and they will happily answer any questions. Casual inside and outside seating, open 11 to 8 daily.

Yelp
We found this spot after a spa day in Napa. As soon as we walked in, were greeted by a friendly person behind the counter. There's a nice variety of Asian fusion comfort foods. Everything from waffle fries covered in pulled pork it jerk chicken, to salads with proteins, to burgers, to sandwiches. We ordered pork belly bao sliders, banh Mi, waffle fries, grilled shrimp salad, and sweet chili Brussels. I did the Yelp check-in and received a comped drink (viet iced coffee). Food came out quickly- pork belly, shrimp salad, waffle fries were excellent- banh Mi was good, but nine napkin messy as it was full of saucy pork goodness. It was all tasty- a definite must try in Napa.

Yelp
I have been to this location over the years and I always have amazing food, served quickly and always something different! I love all their flavors and it's quick. Now I normally order online but I have also waited in line as well. Yesterday we did the cheese quesadilla for my daughter and I did a custom order of the lemongrass pork bao bun. On another day I like the pork belly option or even try some of their monthly new items. I love how much they support local schools and are such great community supporters too Compared to other locations in the area they are a bit lower in cost but you also pay for what you get. Great value so worht it!

Yelp
Honestly, neither a 4 star review or a 5 star review feels right- if I could do a 4.5, I would. We really, really enjoyed this place but there were one or two small things that could be easily fixed. Overall, though, Heritage Eats is definitely a place that I'll revisit. My coworkers and I tried several different things when we were there- the OG fries and a taco sampler plate (both pictured), jerk chicken bao buns, falafel, and the sweet chili brussels sprouts. All of us had a hard time deciding what to order- there are so many creative options! The owners of the restaurant have developed a menu that incorporates some of my favorite types of food from all over the world. Everyone except one person was satisfied with their dishes, but as I mentioned there were a few things that could be improved. The carnitas, for example (specifically on the OG fries) were almost 50% fat. The person who got the tacos said that their meat on one of them was a little bland. Still, the meal was an overwhelmingly positive experience and we all left full and happy. We'll definitely stop by again!
