Nestled in a north Napa strip mall, this fast-casual gem serves up gourmet wraps and tacos loaded with fresh, local ingredients, all in a vibrant cafeteria setting.
"Though it’s hidden in a north Napa strip mall, Ben and Ali Koenig’s ode to global flavor is sought out for its casual vibe and elevated comfort food. Raves flow in for the Papa K burger ($13.40) — it’s topped with pork belly and underpinned with a “skirt” of crispy cheese — and the Caribbean Chicken Bowl, paired with jicama slaw and plenty of vegetables. But you’re here for the seasonal menu, which, at this time of year, is Back 2 School-themed. Sharpen your pencil for a Sloppy Joe on a potato bun ($11.75). Tune up your calculator with a chili cheese dog ($10.95), and organize your binder before a bowl of chocolate soft serve ($5.65). The menu shifts once you pass your first algebra test." - Christina Mueller
"Try a Very Delicious Mash-up This fast-casual restaurant in the back corner of Bel Aire Plaza in Napa is all about natural and sustainable food and a mix of international flavors. As thename suggests, Heritage Eats sources all of the ingredients for its wraps, rice bowls, tacos, and sandwiches from purveyors within 50 miles of the restaurant. The result: food that’s both delicious and good for the planet. Portion sizes are generous, and Heritage uses its own hot sauces. When dine-in guests have finished their meals, they can spin a prize wheel to redeemdifferent rewards, such as a free soda to a picnic for two. All the spinning and related hollering makes the environment festive year round."
Crushed it from the gate !!! Top notch customer service. Asking customers how’s the food and try this !!! I had the Texas Bowl. Loved it. Even through in some waffle fries on the house... Hope I work in the area again, because am coming back to try more food.
Yes, I would recommend this place. Thanks guys.

Really enjoyed the food here. There are lots of choices on the menu - sandwiches, burgers, wraps. Dishes sound simple but they are flavorful and well executed. The ingredients are fresh. Service was very nice. I would definitely eat here again.

I got the pork belly Bao buns and OMGG it was very good. They come disassembled, which my buddy thought was a negative, but I love being able to control exactly how much of what goes into my sandwiches. The pork belly pieces were adequately sized , 2 slices per bun. I was very very pleased. As a hungry man, I nearly stopped after 2... but my taste buds were begging to finish all 3.
We love this place!

We were excited to try this spot because of its diverse menu. Unfortunately, the meal was underwhelming and totally missed the mark. We ordered pork belly udon and Thai bowl (which was recommended by the employee). Noodles for the udon were well cooked but the broth was not flavorful at all. Quite disappointing.
I didn’t understand the Thai bowl at all. It had kimchi and the pork was sweet and did not have lemongrass flavor in the pork either. I felt like it should’ve been called a bibimbap, which is a Korean dish. I was thoroughly confused by the name of this meal and what was served. Between the two dish the Thai bowl is better than the udon because it had flavor but it is far from the Thai heritage.
Service was mediocre. One of the older guy wasn’t as kind to the younger kid helping us.

Havent gone here in months but decided to go since I was craving it again. The thai fry tastes completely different it used to not be spicy to the point where I couldnt finish it or enjoy it, the fries werent hot, and they used a different type of meat instead of the shredded one they used to. My husband got a grilled cheese and it tasted microwaved very tough texture. The thai tea tasted bland like there was no sugar. Idk if theres a new owner or manager but never going back food was very disappointing.

No Jain options. Food seem to be ok. Pretty much everything was premixed with onions and garlic. Even cut veggies were premixed. This review is only relevant for Jain people looking for Jain options. Others please go by rest of the reviews.
