HERITAGE Hamburg

Love this place. Steak is good, soup is great, and the chocolate dessert is perfect. The waiters are also pretty nice. The view is pretty cool too

We went there for dinner and the views during sunset were quite beautiful. The service was nice and quick. We ordered the heritage tartar, which was awesome, the 350g asparagus (I'd recommend sharing it because it gets tiring quickly), and the Dover sole, which had excellent quality. For dessert, we tried the 'I Love Chocolate,' which is basically a chocolate coulant - not worth its price though. Overall, it was a nice experience.

DINNER WITH A VIEW PAR EXCELLENCE---NOT TO BE MISSED!!!Whether for a business meal, romantic dinner a deux or a wonderful meal with family the Heritage Hamburg starts you off on the right foot once you get into the express elevator outside the Le Meridien that whips you up to the Heritage in a blink of an eye. The view is astounding once you step out of the elevator and are led to your table--we were lucky enough, thanks to the Concierge, Herr Wagenfür, at the Hotel Atlantic, that a window front table was reserved for our family of 4. Alex our server arrived promptly to offer cocktails or an aperitif and recommended the Carrot Ginger soup with grilled prawn that I ended up having as an appetizer and was as good as he promised. Our table ordered both the amazing Pasta with Pfifferling and Spinach and Tomatoes as well as the Seezunge (Dover Sole) which was filleted table side and was a very generous portion and served with an excellent homemade hollandaise as well as fresh potatoes and spinach. We were so full we could not take advantage of the amazing desserts that included a lovely cheese assortment cart but we did have a shot of the Orange Blossom Geist they had amongst a cart of lovely after dinner drink options. Come for the View and the Food as well as the Service to match---a not to be missed on your next trip to Hamburg whether business or pleasure.

We had Christmas Day Brunch at Heritage and it did not disappoint. Firstly, the venue is stunning and service is implacable. The table was beautifully laid including a few small gifts. Then there is the food which really is amazing. We had reindeer, goose, prawns, pasta, oysters, vegetables, cheeses, bread, salmon the list goes on and on. Our wine glass was also never empty so I’m laying in bed eight hours later, digesting and remembering how good that afternoon was. Vielen dank!

Very nice location, kind stuff. Tasty food, especially the lava cake. The main course was basic.

Soup was very delicious. Salmon was alright, beef was oily.

End of Nov 24 Dinner 4 of us Our friend invited us here. At the top of the Le Meridien Hotel Hamburg. Nice ambience and foods. Service fast.

Amazing view and very tasty food! The filet was spectacular (I ordered it medium and my friend rare - we both were positively surprised). However, didn’t feel very welcome by one of the waiters. That mage the service a bit uncomfortable.
