Really enjoyed everything about this meal. From the Parker house rolls to the oysters to the yummy yummy 3 kinds of steak we ordered, it was all great. The desserts were a knockout, especially the lemon meringue and the skillet brownie. Fab service to boot. Highly recommend!

I've been here a couple of times but failed to write a review. This time around, I stopped by for a quick drink and meal. I sat at the bar, and the service was slow. I had to ask a guy who was standing around for me to get water. Eventually, the bartender came by to take my order. Food: Grilled Bone Marrow Old Fashioned The bone marrow is now my favorite!!! The crostini was hard, but the bone marrow and was outstandingly delicious. The skirt steak was tender and flavorful. I love the added touch of golden raisins and tomatoes. There's an acidic flavor that complimented the dish well. Overall. I'd return again just to have this dish.

Beyond expectations good. The service is 10 out of 10, very attentive and professional service. Love their bone-in ribeye steak, which was cooked to perfection. The kid loves the brioche and asked for one more order to go. There are many fine steakhouses in Vegas, and we really enjoyed here.

Had seafood tower, porterhouse steak, and onion rings. I have nothing to say about the food as it was just perfect. Seafood tower quality was great in quality, the steak was superb, and the onion rings were equally delightful. However, I must admit that I found the service from the hostess somewhat lacking. Despite making a reservation, we were initially seated at a rather cramped table for two. We noticed an empty table right next to us (a lot of tables were empty) and politely inquired if we could be moved there, but the hostess promised to check and never returned.. Thankfully, our server later recognized that the table was too small for our needs and proactively adjusted the seating arrangement for us, which was greatly appreciated. All the servers here were super friendly. I must say that the atmosphere is not very calm, rather it's quite bustling and noisy. But overall experience was enjoyable.

A great steak experience at The Mirage. I was there in May 2023 and showed up on a Thursday evening with no reservation. However I did ask and opt for the bar seating and also was there shortly after it opened. The experience and service was exceptional. The food, drinks and wine very good and well served. There was a happy hour menu as well and the prices were appropriately reasonable. I would definitely dine here for a good steak and wine experience and being located right in The Mirage towards the rotunda dome in the midst of the space was great. It was open on all sides and the ambiance was very calming. The high end steak with a low casual feel was the prefect one. Definitely recommend and a revisit for sure.

Google
I don’t like lamb. I never have, but I would eat these lamb chops every night for a month. They are delicious. All the food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Our server was lovely. It is inside of a resort and right in front of the casino portion so it is a bit louder than a regular restaurant. They do a good job of making it feel like it’s separate than the resort when you’re inside. Definitely recommend!

Google
The food here is phenomenal and any of these reviews that say otherwise are just people who naturally complain. The appetizers were fantastic. We had lobster thermadore served with a puff pastry. Perfect. A half dozen oysters which were delicious and fresh. But the appetizer star is the grilled octopus which I would come back and order again. For dinner my husband and I split a filet and ordered a grilled lobster on the side. They were accommodating and it was enough for both of us. Our party all had steaks. The crust on the outside is so well done. For sides we had creamed spinach, puréed potatoes and Mac and cheese. All amazing. I wish the wine list had more price friendly options but hey it’s Vegas. Would eat here again. Our total dinner for six was just over $ and worth every penny.

Google
Didn't need a reservation, but it was nice to have one. I'm a Top Chef fan, so was expecting a lot. Although the food is technically flawless, the menu isn't very creative. Very similar to any other steakhouse you might visit. We ordered the beet salad, a NY steak, mashed potatoes with lobster side, and I got a mule to drink. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. We split, and it was plenty to eat. The cocktail was 👌🏼 The restaurant ambiance is upscale so dress up for a nice time out, but I also saw guys in golf polos. Staff was very attentive and service was perfectly paced.

Yelp
ONE YEAR LATER DINNER AGAIN: PRIME RIB AND STEAK FIT FOR A KING Last year in July I came to Heritage Steakhouse for dinner. I ordered a dry-aged porterhouse steak for myself. The side order was sauteed mushrooms. The steak was delicious as it was filling, but not heavy. The warm rolls melted in my mouth. Even though I enjoyed my dinner I wasn't planning to come here again to eat. Then the news this past May was announced that The Mirage would be closing in mid-July. When I booked a 3-night stay at The Mirage I made a reservation again for myself to have dinner at Heritage Steakhouse. I came here on my second night in Vegas, which was Monday July 1. This time I wanted the prime rib as I read it was one of the best in Vegas. When I entered the Heritage Steakhouse I had the same server as I had last year. I forgot his name (I believe his name was Henry), but I remember the face. He remembered where I sat last year - right in front the grill. I informed him I would be ordering the prime rib. Out of curiosity I also asked him what steak he would recommend given I was going order the prime rib. As he remembered I ordered the tomahawk last year he said he suggested either the filet mignon or NY strip as each cut is 1/2 of the porterhouse. I was leery about ordering the prime NY strip as I thought it might be heavy. He said that if I get the dry-aged NY strip it would be similar to the dry-aged tomahawk I ordered last year. I decided to get the prime NY strip. I asked if I should get sides and my server said no. He understood that eating two kinds of beef along with their prices made sense not to order sides. The only thing I got was the free bread. Regarding the bread, which I'm going to miss from Heritage Steakhouse, it was the best I've had at any steakhouse. The prime rib and NY steak came out the same time. The server asked me if I wanted them on one plate when I placed on order. I said no and I regretted as I could've taken a picture of both cuts of meat together. How can you tell the quality of the beef? The taste isn't pasty. That was evident on both cuts of beef. The prime beef had the combination of fat and lean meat. It's not the best prime rib I ever had, but it was delicious. The prime NY strip wasn't rich at all. The prime steak isn't nutty as a dry-aged but it's still tasty. I enjoyed both cuts of beef. Is it gluttony at its worst? Yes. I was eating my dinner as a king. There was no way I was going to order dessert. Despite eating the prime rib and prime NY steak I didn't feel bloated. That could be not only there were no side orders but also both cuts of beef were fresh. As The Mirage will be closing besides The Mirage Pool I will miss Heritage Steakhouse.

Yelp
Heritage Steakhouse is an incredible restaurant inside the Mirage and is worth all the hype and price. Be sure to grab a reservation and see the awesome tropical lobby but the wood based restaurant that's hidden inside. We had a great meal, each course was better than the last. Starting with the pork belly was a great choice. Not only is the pork super tender with a great glaze, there is also a slaw in the middle that was almost better than the pork itself. I would have had an entire salad of the slaw, if that was an option. Moving directly into the salad phase, the beet salad was incredible. There were a perfect amount of beets to make it feel worthwhile but not too heavy. Lastly, you can't go wrong with the short ribs. They are huge - filling and extremely flavorful. Honestly, with the bread, the pork belly, plus the salad, the short rib portion felt huge. But, it was worth it with the great taste. Our service was incredible, team servers, connected with the rest of the team made the dinner worthwhile - don't miss it.

Yelp
Decadent eats within the beautiful & tropical Mirage. Here's your inspiration to get to the Mirage one more time before it closes its doors forever on July 17th. We were invited by dear friends to dine here and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised at how great and delicious our experience was as Heritage was never on my radar. The setting is spectacular and feels like you're deep inside a tropical rainforest. Service on our evening was ok, maybe an off night for a newer employee or someone simply ready to move on? But the food was one hit after another. A few showstoppers: steak tartare that has a lot going on and melts in your mouth, the bread service offering very soft pillows of salty & buttery magic, the steaks are cooked exactly to your liking and again just melt in your mouth, the lobster thermador isn't on many menus so when I see it I know I have to have it (this one is classic & ultra creamy), and of course if your pants aren't ready to pop open yet save some room for the molten brownie sundae with ice cream, candied pecans, caramel sauce, and whipped cream. As a party of 4 we had a hard time finishing it. So to the Mirage, Heritage, and everyone at the property ~ thank you for all your years of service and all the amazing memories at one of the most beautiful and iconic properties to ever be built on the strip. You'll be missed.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the steakhouse. The ambiance was really nice. And the staff was really nice. We went for my husband bday and before they closed the property. The food was delicious but I would say it's a little pricey. I got the filet mignon and my husband had wagyu and he said it was a little greasy. We had the potatoes and Mac and cheese. Loved it.

Greyson N.

Yelp
It's a shame that we are trying this restaurant just as Mirage will be closing for good. Just wanted to try it one time before this establishment closes. Service was super attentive and the ambiance is a little more open than when we enjoy the private booths and more dividers. Has a feeling of open air that matches the "jungle" atmosphere that fills the inner greehouse of Mirage. Overall it was solid for a steakhouse. I don't think we had the BEST snapshot of it as a steakhouse since we got a fish dish and a braised short rib dish. But our server was very efficient and everyone was very smiley. I'm glad we got to sneak this last one in before Mirage closes.

Yelp
I came with two other people one of whom had been here before, and between the beauty of the restaurant to the amazing staff and the food. Johny and the team 4 staff were phenomenal, there were no empty glasses or dirty plates. Our team was very nice and helpful in giving us directions. The food was very good, our bill totaled out to $400.

Yelp
Had a great time at Heritage Steakhouse! Located in the Mirage you only have a few more months to try this place before they tear down the hotel. The wait staff was amazing and very diligent with checking in and refreshing drinks. We went at 5:30 pm which is when happy hour starts and the drinks and appetizers are half off. The mashed potatoes were so creamy and rich, they melted in your mouth. The bone in ribeye was seasoned well and cooked to a perfect medium rare. I would highly recommend getting if you're looking for a hefty meal.

Catherine C.

Yelp
My mom & I were walking past Heritage & the aroma was so amazing we decided to dine here. Spur of the moment so we didn't have a reservation but were seated immediately. The restaurant is beautiful & nicely decorated. "XO" took our drink order & she brought them quickly; they were delicious! Our main server, Alan was great! I forgot my mom likes her meat cooked longer than I do so I asked Alan if her portion of my prime rib could be cooked medium. He returned with it cooked exactly how she wanted. Another server, Tomas was so attentive that we didn't need to ask for anything except a take home container. Their service is impeccable, definitely worth the price & highly recommended!

Rebecca G.

Yelp
3rd time here! Definitely a favorite! Only reason for the 4 stars vs 5 is because our server CLEARLY was a little annoyed that we didn't come "starving" and ready to order a ton of food! I don't like that. The food was amazing! The bread is to die for! The "clam chowder w/crab" was actually more like a crab bisque and was amazing! The "chopped salad" was not chopped- So why advertise it on the menu that it is? It came with very little dressing on it (a very bland dressing) and asked for a little more (waiter seemed annoyed by my request) I don't like that. Don't bother getting this salad. Not worth $18. The halibut was so good! Very tasty but a tiny bit dry. I still highly recommend trying it! And...My lemon drop martini was yummy too! We really do love this restaurant and it is a favorite for us in Vegas and we've been to many! Highly recommend! Plan on dropping a large sum of money as they are very pricey!

Karina G.

Yelp
Service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. I organized a private dinner at this steakhouse for my company and dined just outside the private room while the event took place. It was a delight to work with their events manager and the restaurant manager took great care of us on the day of. My boss and I ordered just about the entire menu (for future research, right??) and we had a wonderful meal. The standouts were the two scallop dishes. Hands down the best scallops of my life.

Ellen M.

Yelp
Pros: If you don't have a reservation, you can easily sit at the bar and order dinner. Our bartender Victor was fantastic (and super funny!). He was always attentive and not annoyingly so. The decor is upscale and not super noisy, so you can hear your fellow diners. Loved the whipped mashed potatoes - so creamy Cons: Food is crazy expensive. Our tab for 2 was over $200 and there was only 1 beer ordered for alcohol. Bone in ribeye was seasoned well, but overcooked and a bit thin. No baked potato side tonight since the chef didn't like how they turned out The bread, though delicious, was a bit boring compared to the rest of the meal. They should elevate this aspect. Pro tip: They have a restroom in the restaurant itself and you don't need to head out into the casino

Russell S.

Yelp
The bloom is off the rose. Let me be very clear; the entire staff from host to bar to service were all fantastic! The food however has dropped off in quality and presentation. I sat at the bar and started with the French onion soup which was devine. Hearty without being filling. The filet (medium rare) had no jus. It was almost dry despite being a delightful shade of red. I had inconsistent cut of meat with sections being tougher and chewier than others. The potato was cooked well but not seasoned. The presentation is sparse and highly lacking. Again because I want to be clear; the staff was fantastic! Well versed with the menu and bourbons and with a very welcoming spirit. But the food didn't meet the price point and unfortunately I will not return.

Michael J.

Yelp
Great bar area! Top notch professional service, attentive and friendly. I love to eat in the lounge. Besides the drinks, the food is phenomenal as well!

Harris S.

Yelp
We recently tried this restaurant following a night out to see Shin Lim show at Mirage. It was good to try it before the hotel closes for a year for the new renovation. The place feels like a restaurant that is top notch with all the warm tones and wood on the walls and ceiling. Reservation tables are in a separate dining room away from the bar area where you can order food too. The food was delicious. The chef knows how to cook steaks, of varying temperatures and cook types. All the food was tasty. The wait staff really care and take care of their guests.

nora s.

Yelp
I had one of the best dinners of my lifetime, last week, when I stayed at the Mirage hotel in Las Vegas. I cannot express enough how great my meal was. The French onion soup was delicious and the frilled octopus was flavorful, perfection. I have thought about both of these items several times over the last week and cannot wait to go back to order them both again. I could literally order two grilled octopus appetizers and make it an entrée. I highly recommend both of these items! I also ordered fresh, raw oysters. Great flavor and definitely fresh, but extremely small. Even smaller than a raw clam. I would skip these because they are not worth the price, and there are way too many better options for your money. The grilled lobster tail was cooked perfectly and tasted absolutely divine, and my Grey Goose dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives was the icing on the cake. On top of that, it is a beautiful restaurant with great ambience, and open airways. If you are looking for an upscale, airy, unpretentious place with great food and good service, run...don't walk to Heritage Steakhouse.

Kurt R.

Yelp
Be ready to get what you pay for. Excellent service, the staff is professional and on point. The food was excellent, my husband and I went with our waiter's suggestion on the bone in rib eye. Tender, cooked correctly. The duroc pork belly appetizer was fresh and cooked perfectly. The salads were fresh and delightfully tasty. When you order the side to your dinner, plan on sharing one dish as there is way too much food. The ambiance for dining was a good setting.

Dude K.

Yelp
In A Nutshell: -Heritage Steakhouse is a delicious upscale steakhouse located in the current Mirage casino/hotel. -You will find excellent service here in addition to wonderful food. -I really enjoyed the Seafood Tower, the Filet Mignon & the Grilled Octopus. -Each one of those items above, were mouthwatering good & I highly recommend all three. -Their Pinot Noir from Santa Maria, CA paired excellently w/ the dishes too. Overall, I really enjoyed dining at this steakhouse!

Ryo Hanalei Z.

Yelp
This evening was all about my mom and spending a nice evening with a nice dinner. Since we were gonna go see Beatles Love I thought we'd go out for a nice steak dinner. I made the reservation over the phone which was super easy. By the time we arrived - the host was quick to greet us and get us to our table. Shortly after Johnny & Enrique were pleasantl and was able to get our drinks to us while mom & I chatted to catch uo on the goings on with the ohana. The ambience of the restaurant really set the tone for great conversations while enjoying our drinks. The Parker house rolls arrived and we were in buttery heaven. When our steaks arrived, we both agreed to how well they tasted and they were cooked at the perfect temperature- hugs to the chefs! Overall, the experience was amazing and just perfect! Applause to the staff for being so welcoming & attentive. I hope if you come here that you'll have the same amazing experience. Njoy!

Salvador E.

Yelp
Had a great dinner here last time in Vegas. Finally tried some dry aged steak and it was a really good first time experience. The dry aged was not that much more than the regular so we decided to try it out. Our server only came back twice but the bus boy came plenty of times to insure our table was clean and dropped off our complimentary bread and refilled our drinks so he saved the service experience for us. The ambiance is nice traditional steakhouse vibes. The lobster is a must to add to either your mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese. The mushrooms missed the spot, unfortunately not much flavor and they were all bunched up and not sliced well, pretty disappointing as the rest of the food was great. Would come back next time in this area of the strip!

Brittany G.

Yelp
This is an interesting one star review, because for a regular restaurant, this would earn 3 stars. A steakhouse at this price point should not struggle to provide excellent service, cocktails, or food. I ordered a rare filet and received a medium steak. The seasoning was passable but nothing to write home about. The daiquiri I ordered was so oversweet and unbalanced it may as well have come from a diabetics wet dream. I was the only table there but figured the night was still young, it was not. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

Olive J.

Yelp
Beautiful spot inside the mirage. Our server was amazing! He was so pleasant and truly enjoyable to be around. The food was absolutely delicious. One of the best wedge salads I have ever had. I loved the blue cheese vinaigrette. The shrimp cocktail was also amazing, absolute 10/10 truly one of the best I have ever had. The lobster tail and spinach did not disappoint. Can't wait to go back.

Robert B.

Yelp
Heritage is has been consistently serving some of the best steaks in Vegas! The quality and cook on meats are always spot on and seasoning is always perfect. But do NOT sleep on other dishes here. Pretty much everything that comes out of the kitchen is top notch (except one dish which I'll get to later.) The seafood tower is one of the best things in the appetizer menu. It comes with lobster, oysters, clams, salmon tartare, smoked halibut rillettes (more like a whitefish salad because it's too dry/not fatty enough to be a rillette) and shrimp cocktail. Sweet, juicy and ULTRA fresh! Scallop tiradito is another favorite. It's pretty spicy but I love it as a palate primer! French onion soup here is strange. The onions are barely caramelized and blonde (like still had some crunch and bite to them) and the broth has a fair amount of acid (sherry vinegar?) so the soup is lighter and zippier than a traditional one. It's not that bad but I wouldn't order it again. Beautiful ambiance with mellow lighting nestled in the Mirage's rainforest entrance. Very friendly and attentive service too!

Katina M.

Yelp
I am confused by my experience. The food was seasoned beautifully. The fresh rolls were amazing!!! However, better cuts of meat could be found across the street at Dennys. HORRIBLE.

Ryan S.

Yelp
We had a 6:30PM reservation here on 11/26/2022 for our party of two. This was our first time at this restaurant. If you have not been here before, you may be surprised to know that the restaurant extends far past just the front area that you can see from the casino. We just had an amazing time. Our server (I believe Antonio) and all of his co-workers just treated us with awesome service and they were friendly and timely in everything that they did. Our meal was spectacular! The rolls were served with a slightly sweet butter. I had the very generous French Onion soup as my starter for the evening. I had the Seabass for my main entree, which was a huge portion of fish and it was absolutely delicious! The drinks were good; however, we did not have room for dessert. I am not sure we could have asked for a better experience, and I appreciate being able to try out this restaurant.

Long C.

Yelp
This place is located inside the Mirage Hotel. You have to walk across the street if getting off the harrahs/linq stop. Only decided to chose this place since I was coming out from shim lim performance and was open till 1030pm. Greeted by the hostess and was kindly inform to wait if you want to sit at the table. You can sit at the bar. Up to you. The menu is very small but it's simple. The blond waitress is very attentive to her customers. Very knowledgeable of asking first timers questions. Decided to try the seafood tower for 4. Why 4? It's huge and mainly serve 4 people because it has 20 scallops 8 jumbo shrimps 2 lobsters and side of salmon bits with sides of tartar sauce and horse radish. That horse radish will hit your nose or make your eyes cry. But it's very good. Got the chicken. It's very crisp and moist and not dry. Especially with handcutt fries. Very fresh and tasty. Sodas are can and it's $5 each time. But overall, highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Heritage Steakhouse was a wonderful find for me and my family. We decided to give it a try since we were staying at the Mirage. When we checked in with the hostess, we were seated right away. Another Yelper mentioned in his review that the restaurant is bigger than what you see from the casino floor. The decor was pleasing to the eye and not at all the typical dark steakhouse vibe from a different era. Our head waiter was an absolute delight and very knowledgeable about the menu. We all decided to order the prix fixe menu and are we glad we did! The shrimp cocktail was a highlight and tasted so good. Our entrees were perfectly prepared and delicious. I don't know how we managed considering how full we were, but we were able to enjoy our desserts too! Throughout the evening our servers were attentive but not overbearing. We had a wonderful dining experience and would definitely return the next time we are in Vegas.

Yelp
I honestly hate to write this review. I've been looking forward to dining at this restaurant for a long time and unfortunately it was disappointing. Service 1/5- there was nearly no fluidity or teamwork among the server, associate servers, and staff pouring the water. We were originally greeted by our server, and then never saw him again until he brought us our bill. The associate server did a terrible job, describing the menu, the offerings, and the description of the food. I'm unsure whether they need to go through a team building exercise, or just have better communication, but for being a fine dining restaurant it was very disappointing. Food- 3/5 - my friend, which I was dining with ordered his steak " Pittsburgh style" , which is charred on the outside and medium rare on the inside. While the steak did have a light char on the outside it was nearly medium well if not well done when he cut into it. For priding yourself on steaks and employing well trained chefs this seems unacceptable. I ordered the short rib which had an Asian flare with kimchi, and was very enjoyable. It was soft, tender, and moist allowing the meat to just fall apart upon application of a fork. I would highly recommend staying away from the steaks. The key lime pie was absolutely terrible. There is zero sweetness and very tart. I also had some flavor profile issues with the mixed berry sorbet when combined with the pie. In the end, the real highlight was the bread. Served in a skillet, warm, buttery, and salty. Ambience- it was very nice removed from the casino floor and be surrounded by tropical plants in the Mirage. I love the wood tones and layout, but I was unable to appreciate it, as the food and service was just not up to par for a flagship steakhouse. At this price point, there are many other steak houses that I would recommend before returning to this location.

Jessica B.

Yelp
Located in The Mirage, Heritage Steak is a sleek, beautiful restaurant. The service was great, James was awesome! The shrimp cocktail was probably one of the best shrimp cocktails I've ever had. The shrimp were huge! The cocktail sauce was good, I tend to prefer more horseradish but it was still nice. The 14 oz NY Strip was perfectly cooked. I liked the slight rosemary flavor to it. The cheesecake was perfectly fine, nothing to write home about. The whipped cream on top was actually really nice.

Shannon K.

Yelp
Nope... just no. Service was fine, everything I would expect in an upscale restaurant but nothing over the top outstanding. I got in 30 min before close and ordered quickly, as there weren't many other patrons. Food arrived quickly but while my steak was well cooked it was tough and the knife was dull. Not much flavor. Also got a side of fries with the truffle cream sauce which was good but after a while left the fries very soggy - they could've been a bit crispier for my liking to begin with. And the bread was meh... Overall, I have enjoyed steaks from Texas Roadhouse much better. So for the price point this is a hard pass for me. Luckily there are many other steakhouses in Vegas

Giovanna V.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant and by far the best meal I had during my week in Vegas. My friends are still raving about the French onion

Anthony P.

Yelp
Food was great. Price point was great. Service was excellent. Attentive but not over bearing. Classic steakhouse experience. The ambiance is date night appropriate but has a nice vibe. Solid steak and sides. Salads were spot on. Great wine recommend. It may be past its heyday as a hotspot but not to be missed.

David M.

Yelp
We went to Tom Collichios Heritage Steak for my bday. We were pretty disappointed with the food and service. The ambience was nice and very modern. Our waiter brought out cold bread that was placed in a skillet. Had to ask them for a new one. The 18oz ribeye was a thinner cut and what I had expected. Also it wasn't hot like other places. The seasoning on it was salty. Their onion rings and sautéed mushrooms were just standard. The crusted salmon was a bit overcooked and dry. I definitely would not come back.

Gena J.

Yelp
So overall this one was a 4/10 for me. I had the scallops with a shrimp addition. I've never seen shrimp prepared this way!!! They were prepared in the oddest tasting 'gravy'! Like really weird and quite frankly not tasty or good at all. When I made (one of the) servers aware that I didn't want it, he simply took it away without comment! Like nothing! No offer to replace with something else, no offer to remove from bill....NOTHING!!!! This addition was like $28 for 5 shrimp....that I had taken a small bit of 1 of them! The rest of the meal was just simply 'average'! I'd skip this one! For a $300 priced meal (2 people)....i definitely expected better!!!

Yelp
The best man hooked it up with a reservation in one of the private rooms nestled in the corner away from the buzzing of slot machines and random tourists. For a second there, we forgot we were in the Mirage which might have been a good thing. Wine and whiskey flowed effortlessly and I was blown away by the proactive, polite, and conversational waitstaff. While steak is cleary the move (for obvious reasons), their shrimp cocktails are massive and worth splitting amongst a crew of hungry dudes.

Yelp
Had a great dinner at heritage steakhouse. Booked on my phone and received a confirmation text message. At 9 o clock I was there. Restaurant is in the mirage, first time going there. Place was quiet. Only saw one other table. Restaurant was practically empty. Our waiter Anthony, hope I got his name right. Was super welcoming, friendly and had a nice upbeat personality. My girlfriend and I enjoyed an order of shrimp cocktail, lettuce wedge, braised shortrib, lobster tail, followed by a bake potato and creamed spinach. Shrimp cocktail, fat huge shrimps. Delicious cocktail sauce, tasted hints of horseradish. Lettuce wedge, my girlfriend loved it. They were kind enough to split this into 2 plates for us. Light and fresh Braised shortrib, Delicious. Tender meat, the sauce was sweet with smoky flavors. Very enjoyable. Lobster tail, my girlfriend enjoyed this very much Baked potato and creamed spinach. Not amazing, 5 out of 10. Service was excellent, ambience was warm and romantic. Very nice place for steak dinner. 10 out of 10 Surprised there wasn't more people but we did go a day after labor day.

Yelp
Great experience. We had a samalia and he was great helping us find a great wine to pair with dinner. We had a caesar salad along with their seafood platter. I want to give this restaurant 5 stars but I didn't due to the very small table we were given and prices. The staff struggled to find a place to put things and we had to quickly take away items in order to fit the new. Spending $300 for 2 people, we shouldn't struggle with finding room on our table to enjoy our dinner. We will come back again and request a larger table.

Yelp
I was kind of bummed about my experience here. I've never paid $400 for a *nice* steak dinner and sat in the middle of the casino floor. They sat us in the front bar area instead of in the regular restaurant. It was my birthday dinner, not exactly what I expected for a special dinner. Party of 3: Order one bottle of wine, the ribeye, the porterhouse, mushrooms, & mashed potatoes. None of the steaks were cooked to ordered temp. Mushrooms were average at best. Potatoes were good. Wine was excellent. Service was terrible. We had to ask for every possible thing. Plates, utensils, a napkin. Water wasn't refilled. Had to request bread that other tables received right away and without request. Left wishing I went somewhere else for dinner. It's Vegas, there's SO many good options. This was not it. Go to Craftsteak instead at MGM! Way better.

Yelp
Average to Good Restaurant. Make sure you and your date don't look young, me and my date are 20 and 21, service will not be the best if you are looking on the younger side. Other wise the staff was nice. Food was good steak melted like butter , shrimp was great, break was good tasted like there was some ham on it tho kinda weird for my girl but not for me, and the short rib was good lacked a bit of flavor but was still great! All in all i think it's a basic restaurant definitely should be better soon!

Yelp
If you like eating over/under cooked food, poor service and overall disappointment, here's the place to get it. The Shellfish Tower had shrimp that was incredibly chewy, and "lobster" that really wasn't lobster but parts of something that was inside of a lobster shell. The steak was raw, the french onion soup was very salty and the crab cakes were not made with crabs [according to the waiter]. Issues were brought to the managers attention but he was annoyed and basically kicked us out since we "don't know what good for is". YMMV but don't say you weren't warned ‍

Yelp
We should have known that dinner was going to be a disappointment when it took 10 minutes for the hostess to appear to check us in for our reservation, while at least 10 staff stood around the bar doing nothing but leaning against things chit chatting. The food... The only explanation is that the kitchen mistook a bag of sugar for salt, cause there's no way anyone who works for Tom can forget the salt... The bread, aus ju, horseradish, and the caramelized onions all tasted like they came from the sugar candy store up the strip. Even salt and pepper couldn't save the potatoes... The prime rib was actually cooked well, but eating it without aus ju made me cry inside. The medium rare NY Strip required a magnifying glass to find the pink center. We didn't bother attempting dessert despite our lingering hunger. Why a second star? The staff in the restaurant. Every single member of the staff in the back restaurant was extremely friendly, and constantly ensuring the restaurant looked and ran it's best. Order some wine from out of state, but skip the food.

Yelp
So for starters I got to say that even though some ratings might give this place little lower, the experience was amazing! Staff was super friendly and really helpful. Refills got refilled quick and didn't wait long for anything really. They were definitely up to par on taking car of customers. Started off with a NY whiskey sour which if you haven't had one try it, it's a whiskey sour as said but they throw some Malbec on top which gives the whole drink a new flavor which I enjoy. The break was nice and hot and when you pull apart steaming. Love that they give out whipped butter to enjoy with the bread and not cold hard butter that you have to struggle to put on the bread. Next orders the mixed green salad, the freshness and crisp of the green are exactly what you look for in a salad. I have to say simple yet so delicious and so refreshing to have. Dinner came in as they wood fire the steaks. The bone in ribeye had the right flavor and just the right amount of fat to make that piece of steak so juicy and tender. I would definitely go back just for that steak, it didn't need any other sauces or seasoning, was perfect the way it was. The filet mignon melted in your mouth and again you could taste the little bit of wood charred, which was fantastic. I will say the only let down from the steaks was the bone in NY steak, which was also aged dried for 30 plus days. I got medium rare which it came little over cooked, a bit tough and needed seasoning. I was sad to ask for steak sauce for this cut as I was hoping for better flavor and softness with the cut. The sides however made up for the steak as the Mac n cheese with lobster was wonderful together. The right balance of cheese, crispy bacon and that hit of lobster blended all wonderful together. The steak fries freshly cut and fried up were just what you want with a steak if you don't have a backed potato to go with it, there's steak fries definitely do justice. Lastly the dessert! There were many to choose from but the fudge brownie was so delicious. Think of a pizookie on steroids but 1000x better than you've had. All in all this place definitely should get more hype and the good credit it deserves. Would definitely go back.

Yelp
Coming to a fine dining establishment. I expect decent customer service & quality food. This place lacks both. They have tons of employees standing around cause this place was not full at all at night. The rib eye steak was basically almost all fat. I was too hungry to say anything and wait forever. One positive was the maple syrup butter for the bread was very good. I am never coming back here again.

Yelp
This place is delicious! I've been here twice, the steak and sides are sooo good! It's definitely a little pricy but it's worth it! If and when we are in town, we make it a point to come here. Also, they have a shareable steak with an option for it to come cut for you. The staff is friendly always a pleasure!

Yelp
Omg the service was amazing. Everyone coming to us every 5 sec with water, with our drinks, we asked for bread 5 sec later bread came. I was like wait how? The food was orgasmic. No other way to describe it. Amazing. Will always come back again

Yelp
Expensive place to eat but worth the money if you have it! Service is great and sides are shareable

Yelp
This restaurant is beautiful. Great service and food, highly recommended. The server brought the complementary dessert for our anniversary, which was really nice of them.

Yelp
Quick Summary Great food and great service. It's not the most upscale steakhouse on the Strip, but still a very enjoyable experience Food- 5 stars Seafood tower- such a cliche getting this on the Strip, but it was very enjoyable. Kussi oysters were fresh; lobster and shrimp were plump and delicious Porterhouse- I was surprised by how tender and good this was. Usually large cuts to share aren't cooked the best at medium rare, but they did a great job Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, onion rings, and spinach- sides were good. Onion rings were the best of the sides Key lime pie- pretty good and well balanced Brownie Sundae- this was a behemoth that can serve 6 people. Very good, but it's a sugar glutton's paradise Drinks- 5 stars Las Vegas Blvd- this was so good. Great flavor and a bit on the sweeter end Menage a trois- very good as well, but sweeter than the Las Vegas Blvd Service- 5 stars The service was solid throughout. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout Bottom Line Great food, drinks and service. Order the free bread which was delicious. Would recommend the porterhouse, onion rings, and Las Vegas Blvd.

Yelp
I really wanted to love our meal. The service was great, the atmosphere was inviting ... but the food was just okay. My prime rib was absolutely delicious! However, I wasn't a fan of the au jus or the creamy horseradish (not spicy at all!) My hubby enjoyed his steak. But it wasn't memorable. We wouldn't come back, but that doesn't mean others shouldn't either. Maybe our expectations were too high.

Yelp
I recently stayed at The Mirage hotel in LV, Nevada to celebrate a my birthday & wedding anniversary, and we decided to try Heritage Steak. Let me tell you they did not disappoint, the steaks we ordered were cooked & tasted perfect. We had the braised Pork belly first solid choice, bread & butter was great. I had the Porterhouse my wife & sister had bone in ribeyes, & my mom had the Salmon that did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly, anything you asked them they got you. The vibe was really great everyone was having fun. If your staying at the Mirage give this steak house a try. We also had dessert.......the hot fresh brownie with vanilla ice cream is a must!!!!
