The staff were friendly and the store was clean and stylish — great for a quick break or catching up with friends. You can tell they really care about quality, from the ingredients to the packaging. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something refreshing and high quality. Will definitely be coming back to try more!

Good simple made tea. You can taste the tea and other ingredients. Staff is friendly and order came out at a good pace. Going to come again.

Really excited this place is open, super yummy drinks and can't wait to try what they have to offer! My only criticism is that it would be good if online ordering is closed for the first 15-30 minutes from when they open because I lined up before they opened and it felt pretty bad to see them prioritize online orders over people who had been physically waiting in line prior to opening.

We had a wonderful experience trying HEYTEA for the first time! The team was so kind and accommodating, making it a pleasant experience. The drinks are the perfect sweetness, very high quality, and you can tell that they take pride in the quality and precision of their drinks. We can’t wait to come again soon!

It’s pretty amazing to see the No.1 Chinese Milk Tea brand right now in San Diego! I’ve had a grape drink one time in China, it was very delicious. This time, I tried 3 flavors, a light ice classic supreme matcha, a hot jasmine cheese tea and an iced mango coconut drink. All these are yummy! I can tell their ingredients are very fresh. You might expect long line since it’s just opened, but I believe it will be better. Their matcha series is always recommended and you should also try the mango one if you like mango.
