I recently visited Heytea SOHO and had the coconut mango drink and it was absolutely amazing.🥭🥥 It was so thick, rich, and delicious. You can really taste the freshness of the mango blended perfectly with the creamy coconut. Every sip was smooth and satisfying honestly one of the best fruit drinks I’ve had. The place was very crowded, but that’s not surprising because it’s so famous and clearly loved by many people. Even though it was busy, the staff were incredibly hardworking. They handled the crowd efficiently while still being nice, friendly, and welcoming to everyone. If you’re a fan of fruity, creamy drinks, I definitely recommend trying the coconut mango at Heytea SOHO. Totally worth the hype! ✨

HeyTea Soho is a great spot if you like bubble tea or fruit teas. The drinks are very refreshing and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The tea flavor is strong and well balanced, not too sweet, which makes it much more enjoyable than many other places. The fruit drinks in particular taste fresh and natural. There’s a good variety of options on the menu, so it’s easy to find something you like, whether you prefer milk teas, fruit teas, or something more creamy. The texture and toppings are also very good and add a lot to the drink. The shop itself is modern and clean, and even though it can get busy because it’s in Soho, the service is still quite efficient. Overall, a very solid place for bubble tea and definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.

This branch holds a special place in my heart as the first time I tried HeyTea was here! 🧋🤍 I absolutely love HeyTea and all the different drinks from their menu, here's a few flavours I tried: 🧋 Milk Bobo Tea / Yumberry Boom / Mulberry Boom / Grape Boom / Guava - some of these were seasonal or limited edition though. 🩷 They were all very delicious and unique in their flavours! Very fruity, yet you can also taste the tea , the tapioca pearls here are always super fresh and delicious and the milk tastes amazing! It always smells very unique at every HeyTea branch as their tea is one of a kind! 🤍 They also accommodate requests here for less fruit pieces 💜🍇 Only teas I wouldn't have again would be the mango boom and jasmine milk tea - they just didn't fit my flavour palette 🙈 This branch is always very busy and cramped, queue times vary and there's no seating, it's a "to-go" takeaway place for sure. 🤍 Staff were always very nice and understanding here!

The matcha is okay, certainly had much better elsewhere. The cheese cream cloud foam on top was nice though. The limited edition tiramisu milk tea was very nice. But always so busy.

I was excited to see there was a Hey Tea in London. I've had Hey Tea in other countries and unfortunately this outlet did not live up to their standards. There was very little space in the outlet and you cannot see/hear when your order is ready from outside the store (there was a queue when I was there). The QR code directs you too download the app, in my case it was not available in my base country's play store. Unfortunately, this means you have to order at the counter. The brown sugar boba milk tea also did not taste as good as the ones I've had in Hey Tea in Asia. Additionally, they did not have plant based milk alternatives for my friends, this was available in other countries' Hey Tea outlets. Oh well!

Really great matcha latte - the cheese foam is so delicious! Unfortunately, the shop is very small and a victim of its own success. You queues are very disorganised as you don't know who's queuing to order and who's waiting. The wait for drink also takes 15-20 minutes, which is incredibly long and you're only told about after ordering. I feel like there must be a better structure to make for a better and quicker experience. Worth going to when it's quiet though.

Really enjoyed the mango grapefruit boom - it’s sweet (but not too sweet) and refreshing. They use actual mango chunks, purée and juice, so the mango flavour tastes natural and not artificial. I’ll definitely be visiting again to try some of the other drinks on their menu! This location is pretty small and was very busy when I visited. There’s no seating (it’s a more of a grab-and-go spot) but some of the nearby branches do offer seating. You can also order ahead on the app to skip the line.
