"At Heytea, a popular Soho takeaway bubble tea spot, queues often form outside for their special coconut mango bubble tea. But for us it’s the supreme brown sugar milk tea that takes first place. The refreshing milk tea, with a caramel flavour thanks to the brown sugar tapioca, has a layer of thick, creamy cheese foam that balances the sweetness with a little bit of salt.
