"In the Northcross Mall in Allandale, Hi Wings specializes in Korean fried chicken. You can get whole birds, thighs, drumsticks, tenders, and, of course, wings. All of it comes naked or battered, but you’re definitely going to want to try the latter if you’re going for ultra-crispy.
