The restaurant is on the Michelin Guide. We did omakase at the bar. Be aware that it was a two hour lunch. My bf was adamant in coming here because he loved the ika (squid) the last time he dined here. The ika was melt in your mouth, which is surprising for what it is. On top of it, there was uni and shaved macadamia. I also liked the yaki onigiri, grilled rice ball. It was filled with ikura (fish eggs) and uni. My favorite was the toro though. I was able to try some new to me fish. In all, it was about 12 small plates. Honestly, I could've ate more.
Customer service was quite good. The plates were cleared quickly and tea was constantly refilled. When we went outside, they escorted us with an umbrella.
