Creative cocktails from seasonal mixologist menu in cozy decor

"Hidden Bar at Noelle has bathed the speakeasy adjacent toLonain pink, hung cowboy boots from the mantle with care, and put up shimmering fringe lights overhead. Are there rhinestones? Of course, there are rhinestones, as well as disco balls spinning overhead and standing in as cups for your drink. Santa’s red-tufted throne oversees the room, but we can’t promise that sitting on it won’t put you on the naughty list." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones

"Noelle’s speakeasy has been transformed into its own version of Whoville this season, complete with truffula trees. Snack on roast beast sliders, and cocktails like the Seasick Crocodile, featuring brandy, amaro Montenegro, honey clove syrup, and mezcal. Stop in before January to get in on the Seussian fun." - Ellen Fort

"Noelle’s speakeasy may not require you to say “fragile” to get in, but that would be a missed opportunity for its A Christmas Story-inspired pop-up experience, Ralphie’s Christmas. Scenes from the film come to life throughout the space with a little added help from menu items like crispy duck fried rice and homemade fudge. The drinks add to the theme with cocktails like the Drink Your Ovaltine made with Bailey’s chocolate and vodka, and the Fraa-Gee-Lay served in a tall glass fashioned after the infamous leg lamp. The pop-up runs through January 8." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones

"Might be wise to save the drinking for after you’ve found the Hidden Bar at Noelle — locating it has confused more than a few patrons. (Hint: Just ask the hostess at Makeready, the hotel’s restaurant.) On weekend nights, this small, swanky spot fills with revelers catching the eye of strangers or groups sharing one of the large format drinks that announce their arrival via sparklers." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones, Eater Staff

"The Shining’s infamous Overlook Hotel has taken residence at Noelle’s Hidden Bar until October 31, bringing to life scenes from the movie including Danny Torrance’s typewriter and manuscript, the Grady sisters, and the “here’s Johnny!” door set. Drinks at the bar mirror the theme — the Red Rum with coconut rum, pinot noir, and habanero tincture is a standout. Room 237 is open Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones
