Hifi Cookies - Review - East Nashville - Nashville - The Infatuation

"Hifi makes the best cookies in Nashville. They’re churning out menu mainstays with pretzels and potato chips, stuffed varieties with things like cheesecake or pudding, and even cookie sandwiches holding buttercream. Even a simple funfetti gets taken up a notch with rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate chips. The cookies are baked until the edges are just barely crispy and the centers are still chewy. Order a half or full dozen and they’ll pack them up in a box that looks like a retro cassette—a tell-tale sign to the office or fully-loaded minivan that you brought the goods." - Ann Walczak

Loved these cookies! Great service and price!

This is a decent cookie spot, however cookies are expensive here. They have a good variety of creative flavors! We got a Bonita Applebum (chai spiced), Sweater Weather (sea salt caramel and Twix), and a Mr. Jones (maple cookie and Kit Kat). These all were pretty yummy, with the best one being the Sweater Weather. One thing that I wish this bakery could change is serving warm cookies. Our cookies were cold and probably not fresh due to that. Other excellent cookie spots in the city like Tiff’s Treats will warm up your cookies prior to serving, leading to an incredible experience. If this spot did this, they would definitely be bumped up a star. They also have stuffed cookies, sandwich cookies, and ice cream sandwiches. To be more competitive with other cookie bakeries in the city, it would be beneficial to lower individual cookies by about $1, half dozens by $5, and full dozens by $7-10. They currently charge $3/cookie, $15 for half dozen, and $30 for full dozen. Again for comparison, Tiff’s Treats sells cookies that are just as large at about 70% of the cost of these. In the end, while it’s a decent spot for cookies, I think serving fresher and warmer cookies while looking at the price point again would improve this business to a 5/5.

Google
The creativeness of these flavors (especially the frutti pebbles and Reese’s puffs) had me really excited, all the cookies had the same kind of toasted flavor on the bottom and not much excitement in any of the other flavors. With crumbl and other local cookie spots this place has the POTENTIAL to do great but it’s unfortunate the flavors don’t show up especially after spending 30$ on cookies. Your flavors are so exciting and they look great, maybe go to a smaller menu to perfect the taste and expand later? The actual taste/flavor doesn’t do the idea justice.

Google
HiFi ain’t a cookie-cutter concept. New flavors are offered each month which are inspired by holidays, the season, personal experiences of the bakers, and most importantly—music! They do collaborations with chefs at local restaurants which are well respected. The owners invest in DEI and the community. This is a small business that takes some flack for prices and comparisons to national chains from some reviewers. HiFi is not making you buy their products—that’s up to you. The HiFi family is amazing and they clearly spread happiness and love throughout Nashville.

Google
You won’t find better cookies anywhere. As in “mind-boggling” kind of good. Each bite really is magical with so much thought having gone in to everything that’s part of the cookie. Do yourself a favor and get alllll of them, including the ice cream sammies!

Kimmi E.

Google
Truly the best cookies I’ve had in my life. Wayyyyy better than Crumbl, AND you’re supporting local! HiFi is always coming up with new flavors, and they never disappoint. All are delicious, but the “Johnny” cookie is our favorite. Thanks, HiFi!!

Google
Best cookies in Nashville and it’s not close. Out of towners - pay it a visit. Locals - this is the spot. It crushes any all other competitors

Google
Awesome cookie and awesome vibe! I wanted to give them a shout out for accessibility. The close up labeled cookie display made it super easy for my legally blind teen to be able to make her own decision and get that perfect yummy cookie she was wanting! Thanks for making our day HiFi!

Yelp
I have lots of love for HiFi Cookies. This is my go-to in East Nashville when I'm craving something sweet, or when I want to treat a friend! If you don't already, I highly recommend following their Instagram account. They post regular menu updates - including limited run cookie flavors and other fun desserts and pastries that the chef and owner Sean is experimenting with. (If you see Messy Buns on the menu, run!) My favorite is their classic "Bowie" ... it's a signature sugar cookie with sprinkles mixed in, and the flavors and textures are always on point. I also really enjoy their Strawberry Shortcake cookies - these only pop up every so often and when they do, they go fast! I can't get enough of the music theme and branding ... their colorful cookie boxes are designed to look like mixtapes. Bonus points to the HiFi team for having rotating vegan AND gluten-free options that actually taste great. Everyone deserves a good cookie, regardless of their dietary restrictions.

Yelp
They made me work for it. I have tried buying cookies from the source three (3!) times from the Porter Heights location, all during normal store hours. And three (3!) times I have arrived to find a locked store. I figured the universe was telling me that I didn't need anymore cushion for the pushin'. And then I was out and about at another East Nashville eatery and I saw The Bowie. I didn't have a sweet tooth at the time but I bought it anyway. Who knew when I'd have another opportunity, right? Sprinkles aren't my go-to but I can appreciate them every now and again. I appreciated them here. This cookie isn't cheap but it's substantial. You get your money's worth. In addition to the sprinkles, the cookie was loaded with white chocolate chips. This isn't a 'stick it in your mouth' cookie. This is a 'break it out and eat it piece by piece' cookie -- and that's a good thing. I was thoroughly satisfied by my long-awaited sweet. And then I was out - again - and came across another HiFi Cookie. Again, I swooped it up. I had to. It was the Johnny. This behemoth of a cookie had a chocolate brownie base with dark chocolate chips, cocoa krispies and cacao nibs. I've never been one for krispies but since they came packed in a brownie with loads of chocolate and bearing my name, I allowed it. This, too, was a massive cookie. I felt that the price was worth the reward. I've heard whispers and rumors of stuffed cookies, cookie cakes and peanut butter cookies but I haven't seen them in the wild. I'm too burned to attempt to go to the source. Guess I'll have to hunt in the wild. I'm okay with that.

Yelp
This is a great cookie spot tucked in East Nashville with fun flavors. They have some classic flavors which I think they keep and then some flavors that change often which is nice so you can try different ones. I got a box of 6 cookies - Marvin (chocolate chip, butterscotch, toffee, and a pretzel in the middle), Johnny (chocolate with cocoa pebbles), monster mash (sprinkles sugar cookie), Cookie Monster (blue chocolate chip). All were rich in flavors and I can't wait to try new ones, it's definitely a treat. They have vegan and Gluten Free options as well! I think they change up the vegan and GF options as well which is nice. As one of my friends is gluten free, I got a gluten free strawberry cookie and it was good. This was a fun surprise - if you get a box of cookies, they will let you "name" your mixtape and they will write it on a label and stick it inside the box. I thought that was a cool idea.

Yelp
Following HiFi Cookies on Instagram is dangerous, because whenever you see a new flavor drop you know you HAVE to drop everything and go get a cookie. They have so many nostalgic yet experimental flavors that always rotate. Anytime they do anything with ube, it's always a favorite for me! Their holiday flavors are must tries as well. Their retro theming and friendly staff are the icing on the cake, or should I say, cookie

Yelp
Easily the best in town. Rich and delicious. A beautiful balance between sugar and salt. They always have a delicate crust with a dense chew on the inside. The recipes are innovative but not absurd. Eat these cookies.

Yelp
WOWWW!! s'mores: 10/10 chocolate chip: 7/10 cookie croissant: 8/10 i love it here so much i love everything about this place. there is a bathroom inside hooray!! and the workers were so nice and the cookies were AMAZING! my individual reviews are below s'mores cookie: YESSS!! one of the best cookies i've ever had. i loveeee cinnamon and this cookie has a cinnamon flavor with the marshmallow is so good. i recommend this one the most. chocolate chip: berygood and i love the seat salt! it is also vegan which is cool. i liked it but a normal amount so i gave it a 7! cookie croissant: so much fun. the worker gave it to me for free, if you are reading this you made my day and thank you so much i actually cannot tell you how excited i was to try the cookie croissant. it was great i loved it so much!!! they have a parking lot out front. i saw some people walking from across the street also i think they parked in the neighborhood if there wasn't parking? the owner also said they have seasonal treats which they make (i'm assuming the cookie croissant was a seasonal treat) and ice cream and so many other things here. i will be back to try the other flavors and treats 100%

Yelp
Alright, HiFi- I'm officially a fan! This review is solely based on the cookie itself. I was having a conversation with a friend when I mentioned how much I love cookies. She asked me if I had HiFi before, and I had never heard of it. We live in STL and aren't able to have quick access (sad state of affairs). She told me she was headed to Nash the following weekend and said she'd bring me a cookie (like a true friend). She brought me back the Bowie- fun gettin cookie dough with white chocolate chips. I LOVE sugar cookies, so she nailed it on the head. This is probably one of the best cookies I've ever had. Everything about it was remarkable. The texture, density, and overall appearance. It wasn't dry, and had this perfect balance of buttery and sweet. HiFi- where have you been all my life?! She also told me that they ship (dangerous information) and also have sandwich cookies. Also a big frosting gal, so this is right up my alley. I'll for sure be stopping in next time I'm in Nash!

Yelp
I regret not taking pictures of my cookies. I often order sweets and joke about being "on a diet," hoping it might trick my mind someday. The shop is quite small but filled with a wonderfully sweet aroma. The cookies are sizable for the price, featuring both classic and unique topping combinations. My friend and I wanted to try something new, so we chose the crème brûlée cookie. It was, without a doubt, the best cookie I've ever had. The crisp, sugary top is perfect, and the gooey interior combined with the cookie's texture makes it exceptional.

Yelp
I love hifi! Their seasonal treats and main menu items never disappoint. They also have fun promos like happy hour. I've never had something bad from hifi. My favorite menu item ever is the crème brûlée cookie that comes out around the holidays. Hoping to see it again this year!! This fall I was happily surprised by the Apple cookie. I usually prefer pumpkin flavors but it was my favorite from the half dozen I picked up!

Yelp
Great cookies and awesome staff. Wanted to see how the Nashville cookie game is as I'd be here for a few days... looked up local places and 4 popped up that were close to me.. of the 4 2 stood put based on pics.. My sister in law said she tried 1 of the 2 and it was good but not go out of ur way for a cookie good.. lol So we decided on hifi since the pics looked great and none of us knew what to expect... went in got 14 cookies for the group and they all tasted gr8... my hands down fav was the triple chocolate cookie.. wish I remembered the name.. but it had cocoa rice krispees on top and was amazing! Highly recommended

Yelp
The Tito, Issac, Marvin, and the Bowie are the names of the cookies and if you're reading those and wondering what the connection is... it's music baby and these cookies can sing! My 1st favorite treat here is the Marvin; a cookie loaded with pretzels, potato chips, mini chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and toffee! Tied for second fave are the Bowie; a childhood throw back cookie made with funfetti and white chocolate chips. The other one is the Jackie. A cold brew infused cookie with malted milk balls and sea salt caramel chips. Errmagerd, this place is amazing! The cookies here are always rotating so you might not get to sample the goodies I listed, but I love that they keep it fresh in regards to the menu. They also offer gluten free and vegan options for cookie lovers with dietary needs. Order your cookies for pickup or delivery today!

Yelp
Made with Sugar and Soul! This cookie bakery is a hidden gem in east Nashville. Upon arrival, we loved the painted pink brick grout and sidewalk. The door was also decorated with a pride flag! The inside of HiFi is small but packed with big flavors. Each of the cookies was named after an influential singer, such as Dolly, Bowie, and Johnny. I got the Bowie which was sugar cookie with sprinkles and white chocolate chips! It was amazing and so pretty. My mom got the Hall and Oatsmeal-- she was in awe. Her oatmeal cookie sandwich had a devine surprise inside-- caramel! Each cookie was fresh, colorful, and delicious. They also have great options for drinks such as milks, waters, seltzers, and canned coffee. The inside is clean and they had a few tables outside for seating. The staff was so fun, welcoming, and engaging. We will be back! Go give them a visit and get a taste of Nashville.

Yelp
I actually bought these cookies at BNA (Nashville airport) while on layover. I am SO glad I did. I needed a little sweet treat after being delayed. They then boarded our plane so I didn't even get a chance to eat them. 3 DAYS LATER I remembered I had them in my backpack and my Fiancé and I ate both of them.. WOW. STILL SO FRESH. They were perfectly cooked and soft yet crisp on the outside. I flavors were like a party in your mouth. My fiancé couldn't believe that these were "airport bought cookies". Now I need to stop at the actual store next time I am in Nashville!

Yelp
There are so many good cookie spots here in Nashville but HiFi cookies is my absolute favorite. All of their regular cookies are super solid (the Bowie and Marvin are my favorite of those), but I always look forward to their rotating cookies each month! They have such fun and creative flavors, and they are always delicious. When people ask me about must-eats in Nashville, HiFi is always on my list!!

Yelp
While visiting family in Nashville I got the opportunity to get some cookies from this fine establishment for the first time. I believe they rotate their cookie options weekly so it could be hit or miss if you are a returning customer and looking for a particular cookie. The two of us couldn't decide which ones we wanted and to be honest didn't want to share a single cookie so got two of our choices, plus she got a rice krispy treat thingy. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the chocolate chip type of cookie along with the rice krispy treat but the two I remember were Debbie and Biggie. Maybe I remember them because they were amazing, the other two were so so in our book. The Debbie was a nice texture with a little tang (lemon). Not a overwhelming citrus/sour flavor but enough that you know it's part of the cookie. Now for the Biggie....OMG that was probably the best "chocolate" cookie I've ever eaten and I've had a lot of cookies in my lifetime. The cookie and the toppings blended together well and just made for an overall enjoyable cookie. I will definitely be returning to Hi Fi Cookies the next time I'm in Nashville and keeping my fingers crossed that Biggie and Debbie are on the rotation because I'm going to buy more than one of each, I don't care if it puts me in a cookie coma. I will also sacrifice myself by purchasing other flavors also....to give them a whirl.

Yelp
This black-owned, music influenced business has some amazing cookies that are a much welcomed group of people to the East Nashville neighborhood. Not only are the variety of flavors great but they are fun for any occasion. Each flavor has a fun name and you'll have to check out the menu to see what you'll be craving because you almost for sure want more than one. Sean is such a nice guy and definitely happy that he's patiently waited to open his business and glad to see such success on day one. Atop of having cookies, he has some brownies as well and they do ice cream cookie sandwiches too! So make sure you make room for dessert or run that little extra on your workout to indulge! When you come in, they have eclectic vinyls on rotation and boom boxes on the walls. Such a lovely atmosphere for what's been The Terminal and The Loading Dock before. Bring some friends and make this a go to stop while you're in the 'hood.

Yelp
I don't get it - these were expensive and just ok- would not go back. Crumbl is better imho.

Eleanor W.

Yelp
Fantastic cookie house. We hired HiFi for a large catering event. I was looking for a locally owned bakery and HiFi was the perfect forever find. The cookies were absolutely delicious and its cookie crew were wonderful to work with. Not one cookie was left at the end of the event! Our options from which to choose made it hard to select - not your mama's cookies for sure! Crazy, creative, ever-changing, go, have fun, you'll be back!
google avatar

Yelp
If you were decadent cookie spot--the wait is over. Hi Fi cookies operates out of East nashville on porter road. The shop is small and currently they are also taking online orders. The flavors of the day are displayed on the counter, the helpful staff can help answer any questions you might have. There were cookie sandwich, ice cream cookies and, brownie options listed on the menu but these are only available Friday-Sunday. I got the red velvet Dolly, the patsy and the biggie (chocolate cookie). All three are topped with different creams which are then topped with crumbles of different kinds. All three flavors are very sweet, chewy and a definite treat! I can't pick a favorite as I've to try the remaining flavors! There are vegan options available. All in all a great addition to Nashville's baked good scene!

Rachael H.

Yelp
I know your friend is trying to get you to get cookies from that other cookie place - but ignore them and go to HiFi. The cookies are delicious and taste like your grandmother made them - unless your grandmother made crappy cookies then disregard that analogy because these are so good! Their basic chocolate chip has a little sea salt added for a not so basic taste. I literally went here after my dog died for emotional cookie eating and the staff was so incredibly sweet while I ordered through snotty tears. Sorry this review ended on a bummer note - go get some HiFi cookies to cheer you up. Support your local cookie business!
google avatar

Jessica Z.

Yelp
Favorite bakery!! Cookies are undoubtedly my favorite dessert, and these are the BEST cookies in all of Nashville. I've come here many times and have tried so many different flavors, but my current favorites are two of the classics - the Marvin and the Bowie. The Bowie is their take on a funfetti cookie and is perfectly chewy and buttery with just the right amount of sprinkles. The white chocolate chips add such a wonderful extra flavor to the cookie. The Marvin is packed with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, toffee, pretzels and potato chips. The sweetness and saltiness compliment each other perfectly. You've got to try this one, trust me. In addition to the flavors being exceptional, everyone who works here is so friendly and the ambiance inside is really fun! When you order a half dozen or more they'll let you name your box of cookies like a mixtape. Anytime I have guests come to town I try to pick up a "mixtape" of HiFi cookies for us to share, and these cookies are a hit every time.
google avatar

Phil M.

Yelp
It was ok. Reminded me of crumbl cookies. The girl inside didn't seem too thrilled that we were there, and she wasn't very helpful. Tried a few flavors yet they didn't wow us. Maybe it was an off day. Would try it again but would need to try other flavors.
google avatar

Maddie H.

Yelp
A fun little cookie shop with some great flavors. We went on a Saturday late afternoon and they had sold out on many of the flavors but what we tried was still very good. The sprinkle cookie that I tried was called sweater weather and had a sinfully sweet blend of nutty and Carmel flavors. The staff were very nice and helpful and we would definitely return. Support small and local businesses is the way to go!
google avatar

Kelly R.

Yelp
These cookies are amazing. We tried 6 different cookies and each was moist and tasty. I microwaved nine for 5 seconds to get it warm, and they were a dream. The staff was also super friendly and the store was bright, beautiful, and colorful. Very happy we visited.
google avatar

Kendall R.

Yelp
I've been dying to try these cookies for over a year-- their Instagram makes me drool! I came once and was so heartbroken that as I pulled up they put a sold out sign on the door. Luckily I was in the neighborhood early this morning and they still had plenty of cookies. The woman who took my order was very nice and walked me through the different cookies when I said it was my first time. I ended up deciding on the vegan chocolate chip cookie (I believe called the Moby) because it just looked so good. The looks did not deceive, this is definitely in the top 3 of best chocolate chip cookies in Nashville! It was slightly crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside and a lot of chocolate chips. I cant wait to come back for more!
google avatar

Lainey O.

Yelp
The best cookies ever! Event flavors I think I won't like are absolutely delicious. Always one of my favorite places to bring family and friends visiting from out of state. Also the employees are so nice and decor is so cute
google avatar

Nicole T.

Yelp
Great cookies with great flavor! I bought some cookies as a treat when my sister visited me here in Nashville. She loved them as well. My favorite is the Bowie cookie, but every flavor I've tried are great.
google avatar

Sara S.

Yelp
I cannot stop recommending this great business! Definitely worth the drive from Brentwood to East Nashville to pick these up. I did the weekly mix-tape option and ordered online. You have to pre-order or get there when they open as they sell out FAST. You can schedule to pick up your treats later in the week and they are fresh and prompt. Great atmosphere inside and added another cookie to my order as they had them on hand in shop. The funfetti was really good (and I don't even enjoy funfetti things that much)! The Marvin was superb!! I highly recommend a whole half dozen of Lenny unless you want to share (trust me you don't). Love that I found this black-owned business to frequent now...thank goodness they are a little bit of a drive for me or my waistline would most definitely be in trouble!!!
google avatar

Ashton D.

Yelp
Best cookies I've ever had, y'all. Seriously. Don't even bother reading anymore reviews- what are you waiting for?! GO NOW! I had the s'mores ice cream sandwich and it was perfection. The graham cracker cookie was what dreams are made of.
google avatar

Jeremy C.

Yelp
Cookies. What else do I have to say? Aren't you already wanting to go here?? No but seriously, if you're looking for some super fun cookies that aren't your typical chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, or PB, come check out HiFi Cookies. Their boxes of cookies are called mixtapes, which fits perfectly with their cookies named after bands/artists. Cookies are $2.50 each, $12 for a half-dozen and $22 for a dozen and can be mixed and matched with what we flavors you like. They also have stuffed cookies and ice cream sandwiches which i have to try next time!!
google avatar

Shirley C.

Yelp
These cookies are extra but in the best way possible. My favorite was the Frankencookie (1/3 chocolate chip cookie with candied cornflakes, 1/3 red velvet cookie with Oreos, 1/3 chocolate cookie with M&M's and Snickers). Tasted as good as it sounds! The Dylan and Marvin cookies were also tasty, but I prefer a thicker cookie.
google avatar

Kristin Marie S.

Yelp
The best. I'm keeping this short and sweet. Go to HiFi, buy a bunch of their cookies, and freeze them. Yes, it's true, you can freeze them. Then you can enjoy HiFi over the next few weeks or months, depending on if it's a two or three cookie kind of day. For the vegans out there, their vegan chocolate chip is excellent. A true fave of mine. For real though, you can't go wrong with any of their cookies. They are a true Nashville treasure!
google avatar

Robin B.

Yelp
This cute little cookie shop located in the shops at Porter East will bring a smile to your tastebuds. They're open every day except Monday but you gotta be quick if you want some of their deliciousness since they tend to sell out regularly. Their cookie selections change so there's always something new to try. Not your typical "cookie-cutter" offerings, flavors are fun and many have candy or cereal mix-ins. I was so happy to see they have several vegan varieties as well. On my latest visit I tried the Smooth Operator- vegan peanut butter with butterscotch chips and chocolate covered peanuts. So moist and full of flavor. Check them out to satisfy your next cookie craving.
google avatar

Mark L.

Yelp
Oh man, these cookies are so good. I think my favorite is the Bowie. I'm in there twice a week at least.

Claire G.

Yelp
Best cookies. Hands down. They make an amazing gift too because you can name your custom "mixed tape" after the recipient.
google avatar

Sasha A.

Yelp
These are without question the best cookies in town. We live on the west side and are happy to drive all the way out for all the amazing things they have. They have a rotating menu with ZERO bad choices. You can't go wrong with anything. My favorites so far have been the Etta, Dylan, and one that I can't remember that is a vegan cookie that involved fruity pebbles and marshmallows (You would never know. If you tend to avoid vegan things you are missing out). Your best bet is to go early or pre-order the day before so you don't risk missing out on what you have your eyes set on. Don't forget to pick up the blondies or marshmallow treats along with the cookies! They are equally as delicious!

Valerie C.

Yelp
So glad I finally got around to trying these guys out!..we got half a dozen and tried six different cookies. The Marvin was my favorite. Next time we'll get a dozen.
google avatar

Brad H.

Yelp
Best cookies in Nashville--hands down. I literally drive across town to get these. The Dolly is my fav but everything I've tried is delicious. And the folks are super friendly, too.
google avatar

Annika S.

Yelp
WOWOW. There are not enough words for how incredible the offerings at HIFI cookies are!! This is my second time having their cookies and this time we sprung for the cinnamon roll blondies and cosmic stuffed cookies in addition the the old school chocolate chip and a pumpkin cookie too - Literally couldn't wait to take a picture before taking a bite of the blondie and YUMMMM. Such great service and such fun environment. Make this a weekly weekend treat and you will not be disappointed!!! Can't wait to be back
google avatar

Ellen O.

Yelp
Seriously, the best cookies around! They have the most fun flavors and I love that their menu is always changing. They have been a great place to frequent during COVID-19 because their curbside pickup is so easy!

Yelp
My friends have been coming to this establishment every week (sometimes twice a week) for over two months or more and have spent a lot of money here. I have occasionally requested flavors when they have something I want to try. Today I went to HiFi after a bad experience Friday (two days ago) as I decided to give them another chance. On Friday it was COLD outside (still just above freezing) and I watched three people leave these store and one person who was standing outside enter, but when I entered I was told only two people could be inside at a time. There was NO ONE else outside and it was cold. Three people had just left. Yet I was forced to stand outside for another 5 minutes while people couldn't decide what they wanted inside. I finally just left. I went back today to pick up some cookies, giving the place another chance and not only was I limited to two of a particular cookie instead of the three I wanted to buy, I was also intentionally over charged. I told the lady at the counter I needed to make a half dozen, so I ordered four regular cookies and the two special ones I was allowed (meaning I actually wouldn't get one of the special ones and told her that... she didn't care). I got my six cookies and got to the car where my friend, who comes here weekly was waiting, and was told that the two special cookies do not count toward a half dozen and I had just paid more than I would have if I had gotten two more cookies. A fact that damned sure is not marked clearly inside for anyone to see, and the lady serving me knew damned well because I told her I was getting half a dozen. She KNEW and intentionally over charged. Sorry, your cookies are ok, and you'd have had a new long term customer in me, but after Friday and now today being overcharged on purpose, I will NOT be back, I will NOT recommend you to others, and will in fact warn others to steer clear. You have shown to be unethical in business practice and I will not do business with crooks.

Yelp
Hands down the best cookies in Nashville! Every kind I've tried has been a home run! My favorite place to treat myself to dessert!

Yelp
WOW! These are great cookies! I got myself two of the chocolate-based ones and they were both incredible! I got my friend the Golden Hour cookie and one of the pretzel ones and she loved them! I can't wait to come back again :)

Yelp
Cookies Rule Everything Around Me I don't know where to start, but this place is amazing. Each cookie is it's own trip to the 36 chambers of deliciousness. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It's a warm place and we'll be coming back every time we're in the area.

Yelp
We love Hi Fi cookies! So much that we had them as our "wedding cake!" They are always delicious and creative and the owner was kind enough to deliver them to our wedding venue a few days after his baby was born! That was above and beyond. Thank you!

Yelp
I love being able to support other black owned businesses! I myself make stuffed cookies so I love being able to try other cookie companies and what they have to offer. I have been following HiFi on Instagram for sometime, and put them on my to-try list. While visiting home (AL), we go through Nashville so I made it a point to stop by during the holidays. I'm glad I did! Sean, the owner, and his team are making some delicious cookies. They are thin but thick enough and have the perfect chew. I ordered five different flavors which are as follows: Jingle Jangle (Molasses Cookie), Velvet Rope (Red Velvet), Old School (Chocolate Chip), Caramel Queen (Oatmeal), and Bowie (Funfetti with White Chocolate Chips). All of this cookies were delicious. However, I did like some flavors more than others. My favorite two were Jingle Jangle and Velvet Rope. These two flavors were amazing! I love his version of Red Velvet with a thin layer of cream cheese on top and candied pecans on top of the cream cheese. It was the perfect sweetness and crunch! I also really enjoyed the icing on the Molasses Cookie (Jingle Jangle). My third fav which was also very good was the Bowie cookie. It was tasty and fun as well. Overall, I enjoyed trying another black owned business who is making delicious cookies!
