They’re churning out menu mainstays with pretzels and potato chips, stuffed varieties with things like cheesecake or pudding, and even cookie sandwiches holding buttercream. Even a simple funfetti gets taken up a notch with rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate chips. The cookies are baked until the edges are just barely crispy and the centers are still chewy.
