High Fidelity Bakery

My friends surprised me with a cake from here for my bridal shower last year, and I’m so grateful they introduced me to this incredible bakery. Their pizza and cakes are particularly to die for, but they have all sorts of other wonderful treats for anyone unable to consume gluten & vegan! They are also very friendly and lovely. Highly recommend!

Look no further for gluten-free and vegan treats, both sweet and savory! The friendly staff helped me choose from an amazing menu: Cheese Pizza Pocket, Snickerdoodle, Mixed Berry Crumb Bar, and Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake. Next time, I'll try the Cheesesteak Pocket and Tofu Pot Pie. High Fidelity Bakery is a hidden gem in South Philly!

I am so thankful for High Fidelity Bakery and can not say enough great things! It's not easy being both gluten free + vegan. A lot of gluten free products have eggs in them so they are not vegan which was always my struggle. HF makes amazing sweet treats but they also do savory as well (that's not something that is easy to find!!) My family and I get High Fidelity's pizza every weekend, we try different toppings and they are always incredible. I always had trouble finding good pizza. Not only does High Fidelity's pizza checks off both boxes (Vegan + GF)...but it is also a fluffy and a flavorful dough as well. Some of my other go-to favorite items are the tofu breakfast pockets, quiche Lorraine, pot pie, brownies, cookies and the donuts! I don't know how they do it but all the baked goods are moist and don't crumble apart like some gf treats i've come across in the past. My 9 year old is also vegan so we always stop in before birthday parties to grab him a treat to bring along so he doesn't feel left out. We have also done custom orders for birthday parties and events! They owners are such sweet people, I am thrilled they opened up a store in the neighborhood!

Absolutely amazing baked vegan/Gf goods! Everything is delicious, fresh and always so soft when biting into! So so happy I found them, I only wish we lived closer!! The owners are incredibly nice & accommodating when baking special orders :) Can’t wait to keep coming back!

Love this GF/vegan bakery! Fri/Sat after 5PM they do pizzas that are deadly. Hands down best pizza I’ve had since being diagnosed with Celiac’s 13yrs ago. They are dense and will fill ya up pretty quickly, the dough is soft and crunchy. The owners and attendants are all so friendly and accommodating. They really are genuinely thankful for the patronage and support and it shows in their products/services.

Good baked vegan donuts! I went to the HF pop up at Chilly Banana and got the apple and chai baked donuts. I love the gooey gluten-free textures of both, but the overall tastes were a little basic. Definitely a quality choice and look forward to trying their cookies another time!

I stopped here on my way out of town to grab some treats. I bought an assortment of donuts and cookies to try. The person working behind the counter was so sweet and welcoming. I thought the price was extremely fair considering the baked goods are both vegan and gf. Everything was amazing and i wish we had something similar at home but will definitely be back next time we stop in Philly.

Fab location! The pizza pockets were so tasty, donuts were delicious. Amazing to have a location with such tasty gluten free and vegan options. Staff was super friendly, a few seats inside too for dine in. Worth a visit, will definitely be back.

I ordered a key lime cupcake, chocolate mint eclair (I think) and pizza pocket (unpictured). The items were a hit. The staff was friendly and responded quickly when I wrote them an email a few days before that. I wish there was seating but the place lends itself to take out only. It is nestled in a very residential area and is hard to see from the street when going by car. Never had I ever heard of a place that sells all gluten free AND dairy free until now. Truly a food heaven for those who need it.

The donuts and jawns were delicious. A bit on the delicate side but tender and moist and the flavor was great. We weren't a huge fan of the mint chocolate cookie we got as it was a bit artificial in the mint flavor taste and a bit hard. The front desk girl was very friendly. Recommend!

I cannot begin to describe my joy at discovering a gluten free bakery that was also vegan. This was one of the best parts of my visit to Philadelphia, and I recommend it to ANYONE with food allergies or preferences! Everything was so good, and the staff provided great recommendations.
