I frequently visit this shop mostly because it’s close and vapes are reasonable most the time. I buy a new vape RL with the lil chain attached. Pay my $21 open it to make sure it’s working shook the box, no chain. I told them and he says, it probably fell out. Dude you watched me open it! Can I get a different one, I asked. He said No, there’s nothing I can do about it! Not that big a deal but when you pay $20 for something you want all of it. He was so rude. I’ll drive the extra couple miles to somewhere different since there’s nothing you can do about it!

Employee was VERY rude. We pulled in with a trailer and my hubby was going to let me out and pull around to the street. The worker opened the door and said NO trailers allowed. I told him that he was moving. He proceeded to tell me two more times NO trailers at this point I got hateful and told him once again he is moving! I FOUND NO SIGN THAT SAID NO TRAILERS. Then I went in to get a vape and they were so picked over that there wasn’t much to pick from and they had raised their prices. I won’t be back to them again!!!

I've shopped a great number of shops in the county! And this shop is definitely a favorite. Well staffed and exceptional inventory, not to mention very competitive prices!

Forcing customers to buy overpriced pre rolls that’s overstocked. Refuse to sell cannabis flowers. Claim they have no bags so they can’t sell product. Ask if I can use my own bag that I received for the store previously. They told me no

Workers are rude. I called 1 hour before hand about a product twice. (And to add that my home is 20+minutes away) when I arrived at the shop the worker didn’t greet me when I entered and lied about having the product over the phone just to suggest something different when I got there,which they could have suggested over the phone. They were no help and caused me a major inconvenience and I left with nothing. And will not be returning.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Attention; they only accept cash and refuse to give you a receipt and WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS NOR EXCHANGE. I purchased a glass piece, later realized it did not match w my setup so went back to the store (still new original condition), and told them needed a different color/style as it did not match, item still in new condition. The salesperson is aware of who I was, just wanted different color, that's it. He said no, I asked where are the policies rules, he said I know them.... like what? LOL. I ended throwing the item in the trash and he almost did the gesture to take it out... LOL Will never buy from them, first and last
