Lobster in the lobster roll is so tender and amazing. Great selection of non alcoholic drinks. Staff is so warm and kind. The views are stellar. Watched the sunset here!

Pros: the atmosphere is gorgeous and you can't get much better for lunch in the area. Also, the food, once it was served correctly, was delicious. Cons: the biggest con was the service. Both the hostess and our server were very rude, and acted like small requests (like asking for a straw) were very inconvenient. She left our table after serving drinks and we had to ask another waitress to get her after about 20 minutes so we could order our food. Also, two of us ordered the tomato watermelon salad, which only has four ingredients. Two ingredients (basil and shiso) were missing when it arrived. After our waitress came back 5 minutes later, I had to ask about the other ingredients (I thought maybe they had run out and figured they could get away with not telling us?), and she seemed bothered but took our plates back to the kitchen and came back 10 minutes later with the correct full dish. I'm not sure why they served it incorrectly when it's a simple dish.

Fabulous location … made up for the expensive small and odd tasting frozen margarita and lukewarm tap water served by less than enthusiastic staff 🤷🏼‍♂️

Nice atmosphere, decent drinks, but I hate being pushed for higher tips. Waiters should have some dignity if they chose a service industry.

Excellent cocktails and food. The view is incomparable, the vibe is spectacular, and the bartenders are great and extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

Chill pop up in Brooklyn Bridge Park right by the Dumbo ferry stop. Great selection of drinks and bar snacks.

Our server Jon is incredible! As per his recommendations we had the Victory Chimes and Permanent Vacation drinks as well as the spinach and artichoke dip and fries with aioli appetizers. The view is incredible and great experience overall!

I don't understand why poor quality wine is sold in a place with such a beautiful view.

Gorgeous location. Came mainly for the oysters. The drinks are very overpriced and not worth the cost. The oysters were delicious.

The views are amazing.... breathtaking! We stumbled along this bar along the water. We were walking back home but it's such a great view, great chill spot, great people. Our bartender was great and friendly, gave us all waters as soon as we sat at the bar, which I appreciate , he's from NJ (I would write the town but for safety reasons I will exclude). The staff and other customers were all so friendly and welcoming. Then to top it off there were fireworks! We didn't get to eat but I would def go back for drinks and food next time. Cheers!

The atmosphere, decor and view are stunning. High Tide provides such a unique beachy vibe that's hard to find in the city too! The staff is certainly friendly, however, service is usually (I've been 6-7 times) pretty slow and unfortunately there is not nearly enough shaded seating (wish there were umbrellas over the tables that are not covered by the tent). However, if you have a bit of time, get a table in the shade and it isn't packed- GO! You won't regret it! I wish there was a menu online so I could name the cocktails I have had. While they were tasty, I think the cocktail menu could be a bit broader with drinks that fit the tiki bar theme a bit more, and additionally add more traditional cocktails. Food wise, I have only had the fries (I believe they may have been truffle or potentially seasoned fries) and they were excellent- crispy, right amount of salt and seasoning, just so good.

This place should be packed on a nice night. Instead it's half empty. The music is bad. The staff is inexperienced and disorganized. Hire 1 experienced bartender and curate better music with a point of view. Encourage your staff to not argue with each other in front of customers. The tall young lady with right arm tattoo ignored me and spent a lot of time talking to 1 customer. Meh. $30 for 2 glasses of wine with bad service and great views.

It's a skip for me. The view is not worth how expensive everything is and the quality of the food and drinks do not align with the price. It's clearly a tourist trap and I'm only writing a review in hopes that someone from out of town will see this and it will deter them from going so they could spend $100 somewhere worthy of the money.

Came here with my husband after a small brief of rain and we asked for a napkin or a towel to one of the bartenders and she refused. So after sitting there in the humidity, none of the bartenders x3 or the manager asked if we wanted any drinks. 0 stars and poor customer service. The manager should spend less time flirting with old men and actually hire caring workers. Will not return and go at your own risk.
