"Opened earlier this month on the Dumbo waterfront at 1 Water Street, this seasonal outdoor bar offers panoramic views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the skyline and serves food, cocktails, wine, and beer while the weather permits. Run by brothers Alex and Miles Pincus of Crew Hospitality—who are also behind Grand Banks, Holywater, and Island Oyster—the new spot seats 25 at a bar and 50 more at tables and features a short food menu that includes corn chowder, lobster rolls, and fries.
