Hiro Ramen

My first time here and it is so clean and the food was amazing!! I got the spicy miso ramen which was quite spicy. We also got the pork belly buns. Very fresh ingredients. The service was my favorite part though as they were kind, generous, and friendly. I can’t wait to come back! :)

Went today for lunch. Will definitely say that this place is very cute. Not the biggest space, but there are a decent amount of tables. And this place is spotless. They will see you, but you do have to go back up to the counter to order. Then, a robot will come and bring you your food. Yes, a robot. He is very cute. The curry Ramen was delicious. So was the shrimp tempura. And the Boba. Will definitely be back to try different different items and also come back for the curry Ramen.

Stopped in for lunch today, and I'm glad we did. We had the black garlic and miso Ramen bowls. There is definitely enough food for two meals, full of flavor and fresh ingredients. We also had the pork belly bao buns. Such a good flavor and perfect for two. We're thinking of having a meal of just apps because they sound that good. I had the Hiro Fruit tea at half sugar, and it was so good! Plenty of fresh fruit and boba make it a refreshing and delicious drink. It's definitely not a cheap meal at 56.00 for 2 drinks, an app, and 2 bowls of ramen, but we felt it's definitely worth the price. The robotic server adds a bit of uniqueness to the service, and the friendly staff are willing to assist in any way possible.

When you first walk in you are hit with a warm and cute atmosphere from the friendly and kind staff to lovely smell of the delicious ramen. Had pork belly buns and spicy miso ramen. Both were spectacular. Will absolutely come again for the wonderful food and amazing staff.

If you’re looking for a solid Japanese restaurant with menu items other than sushi/hibachi in the Brick area look no further. I came in and dined at Hiro Ramen yesterday and I was impressed at how good my experience there was! Service was very quick, you order at the counter and then a robot server will drop off your food. The takoyaki was delicious and black garlic ramen was very tasty! You can tell the ingredients are incredibly fresh. I’ve tried ramen in NYC, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and even in South Korea and this is one of the better ramen places I’ve been to! It’s about time we have a solid ramen place in Ocean County. I’m so glad this place exists and I will be back to try their boba and other menu items!

Came here on whim since we were craving ramen. Had no idea this place was open. So thankful we gave it a try. My Spicy Miso Ramen had a wonderful quick. The Buns and Takoyaki both had awesome flavor. Everything came out fresh and hot. And to top it all off, everything was delivered by robot. Was definitely not expecting that. Will for sure come back in the future.

The best ramen place!! My boyfriend and I just tried it today I got the black garlic ramen, he got tonkastu ramen, they were both so delicious and great sized portions and amazing quality for the price! I also got steamed pork belly buns (also delicious 🤤) and brown sugar boba. Everything we had was sooo good were literally planning our next trip back here the second we got in the car. The place is also extremely clean, and the employees were so sweet & quite fast. The robot is also so cute. Highly recommend!

fantastic noodles, both ramen and udon. the black garlic ramen with medium spice was honestly close to perfect, as was the grilled chicken udon, which made perfect use of chinese five spice. we literally ordered from them again the next night because of how much we liked it. and ive been to japan and am a big food snob for this stuff. definitely go check it out if you are too.

My anticipation for Hiro Ramen & Bubble Tea, initially discovered through DoorDash, led to an in-person visit. The restaurant, located in the former Kmart Plaza, offered ample parking. While the space was undeniably new and clean, its stark gray décor was underwhelming. The robot waiter, the thing the child in me was looking forward to, proved disappointing as my excitement waned when my order arrived via human hand, not robot!!. . Although the Pork Belly Bowl and Slush were delicious, what was disappointing was the pickled cucumber appetizer, a previous favorite from DoorDash, which was bland and missing the tang from my prior orders. And yes, this is petty; the robot waiter did deliver to another customer!!

Happy to see Brick got a ramen restaurant! It's charming and clean inside. We spoke with Emily who was so sweet. The food was fresh and delicious. I got the spicy miso and it was a good amount of spice! Not as salty as other ramens. Love the marinated egg. I will need to come back to try their boba tea!

We went to Hiro Ramen on a Friday night around 8pm. There were two other tables occupied as well. I spoke to the three workers behind the counter and one of them, the owner's daughter, told me she was drinking her own creation. I wanted to try it. It is passion fruit with pineapple slushie and for now she is calling it "Tropical Island". I tried it with boba. I also ordered the Vegetable Ramen with no mushrooms and gluten free noddles. My friends got the coconut shrimp and pork buns. One got a rice bowl and the other got ramen. We all liked our food a lot. It was the best ramen I had ever eaten. The broth seemed to be coconut milk and it has lots of veggies! I really enjoyed the tea as well. It is sweet but you can adjust the sweetness. So, I told Albee, the owner's daughter, that her creation was very tasty and she was happy! The most fun thing there is the robot that delivers the food to the table. I read another review that didn't like it and called it cold, but it was fun having the robot come over! I ended ip talking to the counter workers a lot anyway so I didn't feel any cold service there. I also enjoyed their cute songs on the wall. Overall this was a fun night here! We will definitely go back!

Hubby and I have enjoyed Asian Harbor in Howell for 13 years, so when we heard they opened another restaurant for ramen- you know we had to go!!! Absolutely fantastic!!! In fact we are heading back tonight!!! hope to see you there.

Great Ramen. Ordered miso ramen and the black garlic ramen. Both were delicious and service was quick. Very clean restaurant. We ordered at the counter and robot delivered our food. Also had the shrimp tempura bao buns. Will be visiting again.

Finally! Could it be? An actual authentic Asian restaurant in town, and one that serves one of those most hallowed of dishes, Ramen? I could barely believe my own eyes / ears when I heard the news, but it's true! Hiro Ramen is an absolutely incredible new addition to town, and one that excites me to no end. Prior until recently, Ocean County in general has been devoid of really any decent authentic joints, let alone a place where I could get decent ramen, and let me tell you - Hiro really knocks it out of the park. Walking in, the place is very clean and inviting, with a modern decor style. There's a neat message board along the right wall which people can use to leave inspiring messages for each other (or I suppose to show off their doodles), which I thought was a clever idea. You order your food at the counter, and then go to find a seat. This is where the "fun" starts. I ordered a black garlic ramen, with some steamed pork buns for an app. A few minutes later, a chipper tune starts to play and a happy-faced robot server came over to deliver my food (no spills or sloshing, here!). Never seen anything like that before, but it was super neat! The food was incredible - my broth was SUPER rich and developed in flavor, and more than enough food for a filling meal. The eggs in the soup were a particular highlight, and I'll be ordering additional for my next bowl for sure. Some of the best ramen I've ever had, in all honest. If you like noodles, you absolutely owe it to yourself to give this place a shot. Stellar.

So happy this place opened up! Brick needed a decent ramen place. Generous serving of food. I have a gluten sensitivity (not celiac but hives and GI issues). I was able to have the veggie ramen with gluten free noodles without any reactions. Their bubble tea is also v good. I have tried the passion fruit fruit tea and the rose lychee special tea. Robot delivery is an added fun.

This was the first time I've ever eaten at a Ramen restaurant and I would definitely go back! It was very clean, easy to order, fun to have our food delivered by a robot and everything was excellent!

We saw this new restaurant on TikTok and it did not disappoint. Your food is delivered by a robot which is cute. Loved the Black Garlic Ramen, Curry Chicken Rice Bowl, Salt and Pepper Calimari and an octopus ball (can't remember the name). Food came quickly and was hot. Our specialty drinks were delicious especially since the counter person asked us about our preferences. This restaurant has ample seating. It is in the same complex as "At Home" in Brick, NJ.

Really good ramen! We ordered shoyu, miso, spicy ramen, and tonkatsu ramen. Our whole family really enjoyed it.

Ramen, bao buns and steamed buns were all great. I got the tonkatsu ramen and other one ordered was the spicy ramen (had pork in it). Very good. Service was very quick. Portions are large. Bao buns were delicious and some of the better buns I've tried in the area. Would go back again.

It was great coming here wanted to try the place for a while and it was great!! I had the shrimp tempura rice bowl and it was perfect. I loved the cute little robot that delivers food as well really nice experience.

Ramen here is amazing!! The ramen was cooked perfectly, broth is well seasoned but not too salty, the meat is well marinated and balances out the broth well!! Each topping has a small burst of its own flavors but when combined with the broth (I tried the black garlic ramen), it's like well constructed symphony. I'll definitely be trying more of thier different types of ramen.

I have been to this place 3 times over the past month. The food is consistently good. The ramen is really well done, and the few apps I've tried, Pork belly Bao buns and shrimp tempura were also really good. Don't expect much ambiance, but the place is well run and clean. They even have a fun robot that brings your meal to your table. They only serve cold beverages, but the teas and boba are interesting, albeit too sweet for my taste. BUT...you can order them "not sweet" and I've found them to be very good. While not cheap, the ramen portions are very healthy and the quality of the food makes it a good value. I will be back when my wife and I need our ramen fix.

A robot delivers your food and plays royalty free music to save money on having to pay employees. Very sterile feeling, kind of dystopian. Super expensive, too. I like having a server. It's really disturbing.
